The vaccine mandate ordered by Biden is illegal, Un-Constitutional, Scientifically and Medically Stupid and Economically Insane.
President Joe Biden on Thursday announced sweeping new federal vaccine requirements.
The expansive rules mandate that all employers with more than 100 workers require them to be vaccinated or test for the virus weekly. Workers at health facilities that receive federal Medicare or Medicaid also will have to be fully vaccinated.
Biden is also signing an executive order to require vaccination for employees of the executive branch and contractors who do business with the federal government — with no option to test out.
Silver Linings:
Supreme Court: This will get the government mandates (all of them) to SCOTUS, The "mandate" is unconstitutional in that it infringes on both individual liberties and usurps States rights.
If this won't wake people up, nothing will.
Big Business will be on the front lines in this fight, no matter which side they take.
This forces would-be tyrants to out themselves.
This will show the TRUE number of vaccinated in the country and I believe it is a whole lot less than the "official" number they're claiming.
This could actually SOLVE labor shortages for small businesses that are not following the mandate.
Unions representing big parts of the federal gov workforce are already preparing lawsuits to fight this, including those that represent federal law enforcement officers. Fed. LEO are now aligning with personal freedom where they SHOULD have been all along.
If mandate is ruled unconstitutional by SCOTUS, that should give a path for military members to fight this as well.
FDA and CDC will now be mandated to take their own poison - many of them (50% un-vaxxed as of a month or so ago). Maybe some whistle-blowers will emerge now that the vax is mandated for them too.
So, in summary: Big Business will be fighting this, Unions will be fighting this, States will be fighting this, and most importantly civil liberties groups should be fighting this on behalf of individuals. HOLD THE LINE PATRIOTS!!!"
The mandate does not kick in until November, and there are lawsuits poised from many fronts intended to stop it.

But even more baffling is how Biden believes this can be enforced. Employers are supposed to narc on each other to the federal government should a company fail to comply? And none of that is to mention that the economic implications will be given our already artificially tight labor market.
From Democrats casting doubt on the vaccine during the Trump administration to the disastrous Johnson & Johnson pause, the White House and the public health bureaucracy have failed to sell the vaccine successfully. With no political capital left to spare, Biden has resorted to brute force."

Remember the hundreds of thousands of lost and ghost ballots in Maricopa county, where Biden only "won" by about 10,000 votes? That fraud required the assistance of the USPS.
The Maricopa County Canvass showed that any state's election using mail in ballots is likely to be wildly fraudulent.
Biden needs the USPS to back his ballot destruction campaigns - just like he did in Maricopa AZ. Thus the exemption. It is a new favor to bestow on supporters, and a bargaining chip for bribe money for multiple businesses large enough to have over 100 employees. This opens up a new government protection racket for vaccine exemptions.
Biden's handlers have now spent what is left of his political capital in a desperate attempt to vaccinate more people. Evidence now shows it doesn't work well, if at all. Medical doctors and Nobel Laureates who warned us this would happen were proven right. It is now widely known ivermectin works to cure Covid. The promises of "freedom" if vaccinated are now shown to be a deceitful bait and switch game. The vaccination itself is now known to actually prolong and intensify the Covid crisis.
So why would the Democrats risk everything they have on a bad vaccine?
An excuse to keep Covid going and thus the fraudulent mail in voting so they can control the election results?
Payoffs to and from Pfizer and other entities in the medical industrial complex?
