Rod Rosenstein quoted Supreme Court Justice Robert H. Jackson in his resignation letter stating government lawyers, "must at times risk ourselves and our records to defend our legal processes from discredit, and to maintain a dispassionate, disinterested, and impartial enforcement of the law." Robert Jackson is most known for being the Chief Prosecutor at the Nuremberg Trials.
Robert H. Jackson was an American attorney and judge who served as an Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court. He had previously served as United States Solicitor General, and United States Attorney General, and is the only person to have held all three of those offices. Jackson was also notable for his work as the Chief United States Prosecutor at the Nuremberg Trials of Nazi war criminals following World War II.
He additionally thanked Trump in his letter for his courtesy and humor.

FBI Official: FBI Agents Threatened Physical Harm to President Trump In Missing FBI Texts & Other “Frightening” Communications

A high-ranking FBI official confirms a number of the missing 50,000 FBI text messages — as well as other text and email messages among FBI brass — reportedly discussed initiating physical harm to President Donald Trump.
The FBI official urged the U.S. Department of Homeland Security — which oversees the U.S. Secret Service — to launch an investigation of the Justice Department, the FBI and all text messages missing and otherwise that threatened the President.
“This is dangerous territory and all FBI text messages and personal phones should be examined,” the official said. “It would reveal some frightening conversations.”

BREAKING: FBI Texts Show Agents Discussed Recruiting White House Sources To Spy For Bureau
Senior Republican chairmen submitted a letter Thursday to Department of Justice Attorney General William Barr revealing new texts from former FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok to his paramour FBI Attorney Lisa Page showing the pair had discussed attempts to recruit sources within the White House to allegedly spy on the Trump administration.
The texts and sources reveal that Strzok had one significant contact within the White House – Vice President Mike Pence’s Chief of Staff Joshua Pitcock, whose wife was working as an analyst for Strzok on the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server. A senior White House official told this news site that Pitcock’s wife recused herself from the Clinton investigation as soon as Pence and Trump became the Republican nominees in July 2016. A senior law enforcement official also told SaraACarter.com that Pitcock’s wife no longer worked under Strzok after she recused herself from the Clinton investigation.

A background check into Lamparello that has been verified by law enforcement sources who wish to remain anonymous provides the following address for Lamparello, and lists it as his “most recent address”.
Lamparello’s address is the same address as the “Al Madina Mosque” in Brooklyn, New York. It’s worth noting that Lamparello also has an address in New Jersey, which is the address the media is primarily focusing on.
A recent photograph of Lamparello indicates that Lamparello may in fact have converted to Islam. If he did in fact convert to Islam, being a Muslim and leaving Catholicism would explain why he, as a devout Catholic, woke up and decided he was going to attempt to burn down a Cathedral.
Stuart said investigators obtained phone messages and other materials under a search warrant that indicated Mr. Lamparello intended to start a fire, and had “spent considerable time planning and surveilling the location.”
The facial hair on Lamparello’s face is a classic Sunnah beard, which is worn by Islamic men, particularly Islamic converts.
In previous pictures, Lamparello wore a shorter beard, but the growth and specific way his beard is trimmed indicates that Lamparello may have converted to Islam.
Not only does he have the beard, but Lamparello also has a Zabiba on his forehead. A Zabiba is a prayer bump/ mark on the forehead of some Muslims, due to the friction generated by repeated contact of the forehead with the prayer mat during daily prayers.
Upon entering the Cathedral, Lamparello was noticed by a security guard, who said he alerted NYPD counter-terrorism officers who just happened to be on the scene outside of the Cathedral when Lamparello arrived.

NYPD counter-terrorism officers arrested Lamparello, and he has been charged with attempted arson, reckless endangerment and trespassing.
“There doesn’t appear to be any connection to any terrorist group or any terrorist-related intent here,” said John Miller, the New York Police Department’s deputy commissioner of intelligence and counterterrorism.
