Judge: My nightmare has come true.

Updated: Nov 18, 2021

Judge: "My nightmare has come true."

As the jury in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial deliberates, complications over one piece of evidence have emerged.

Jurors want to review drone video evidence that has become the center of controversy in the trial.

That led Kenosha Circuit Court Judge Bruce Schroeder on Wednesday to comment, “My nightmare has come true,” according to WMAQ-TV.

MSNBC BANNED FROM RITTENHOUSE TRIAL AND COURTHOUSE! Reporter Taken Into Custody – Was Following, Stalking Jury Bus and Ran Red Light!!

Judge: “I have instructed that no one from MSNBC will be allowed into this building for the duration of the trial. This is a very serious matter and I don’t know what the ultimate truth of it is, but absolutely it would go without much thinking that someone who is following the jury bus – that is an extremely serious matter and will be referred to the proper authorities for further action.”

Rittenhouse Defense Files Mistrial Motion Saying Prosecutors Withheld Video Evidence

"The video footage has been at the center of this case,” the defense wrote.

Kyle Rittenhouse’s defense attorneys filed a motion for a mistrial on Monday, alleging prosecutorial misconduct.

The defense team filed for a mistrial with prejudice, accusing the prosecution of withholding video evidence that could be key to Rittenhouse’s self-defense argument. The seven-page mistrial request alleged that prosecutors had high-resolution drone footage but failed to produce it, only showing only a grainy low-resolution version of the footage in court. The defense said they only received the higher-resolution clip later on Saturday after testimony was over. “The failure to provide the same quality footage in this particular case is intentional and clearly prejudices the defendant,” the motion stated.

The motion also mentioned several other issues with the prosecution about which Schroeder reprimanded Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger, including bringing up evidence the judge had already banned and questioning Rittenhouse on his post-arrest silence.

More: Worried about media leaking their names, what will happen to their families, jobs, etc Including doxxing threats from ‘anarchist groups’.

We now know: Binger withheld the original drone video from Kyle's defense team

“You will pay no heed to the opinions of anyone — even the president of the United States or the president before him,” Judge Schroeder said.

In an Aug. 27 interview with CNN, Biden acknowledged his own ignorance about the case, but immediately suggested through his response to a question from Anderson Cooper that Rittenhouse was a “militia” member who had gone to Kenosha with criminal intent — and, of course, Biden then attacked Trump for not attacking “white supremacy.”

Note the contrast:

At an Aug. 30, 2020, news briefing, in fact, then-President Trump was asked if he would “condemn the actions of vigilantes like Kyle Rittenhouse.”

“You saw the same tape as I saw. And he was trying to get away from them, I guess, it looks like. And he fell, and then they very violently attacked him. And it was something that we’re looking at right now, and it’s under investigation.”

Famed Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz:

“CNN and some of the other TV stations have become vigilantes,” he told Breitbart.

“They’re the vigilantes, not Rittenhouse. They’re the ones who want to put not the thumb, but the elbow on the scale of justice. They want to influence the outcome of this case,”

“There are others who are threatening violence if there is anything but convictions in this case, as they threatened violence in previous cases and will in subsequent cases unless something is done about it,”

“It’s The New Yorker and CNN that are the vigilantes,” he said. “They’re the ones who are trying to influence justice without regard to what the evidence or the law is.”

“The fear is that we’ve turned our criminal system over to the mob, CNN being part of the mob,”

“He should be acquitted. The jury should not even be able to consider the attempted murder of the guy who admitted on the witness stand he pointed a gun at him before [he] was shot in the shoulder,” Dershowitz said, referring to Gaige Grosskreutz. “That is a clear case of self-defense — no doubt about it — and it should never go to the jury.”

Rittenhouse, he said, “shouldn’t be convicted based on the evidence that I’ve seen.”

Whistleblower Discloses Explosive Documents Showing FBI Using Counterterrorism Tools to Investigate Parents

House Republicans have obtained whistleblower documents showing that the FBI is using its counterterrorism division to investigate and add "threat tags" to parents—contradicting Attorney General Garland's sworn testimony.

In a live-streamed Fort Worth Independent School District Board Meeting last week, Malik Austin threatened local parents who oppose the anti-white curricula being taught to their children. He wore military apparel to a school board meeting in August and declared he is willing to “fight”.

“For those who got an issue with this critical race theory equity, this is something I fight for, for my children… How dare you come out … and talk about the things that my daddy and my grandparents went through, the lynching, the oppression, Jim Crow, and my kids are still being afflicted by this!” “How dare you come up here and challenge me on critical race theory!”

“We are not our ancestors, he said, drawing a distinction between his supporters and peaceful civil rights leaders of the past. “I’ve got over 1,000 soldiers ready to go. One thousand ready to go.”

As other parents in the audience began to jeer, Austin’s microphone was cut off. But he continued his tirade, threatening violent retaliation of parents who oppose CRT. “Yes I will. Locked and loaded. Locked and loaded,” he said, as he was being escorted away from the podium. “Yeah, I’ll bring my soldiers with me next time.”

Concierge Services for Illegals

Often courtesy of American taxpayers struggling to pay their bills during surging inflation, illegals are given free quality hotel rooms, plane tickets and transportation to the airport, travel maps, and instructions to TSA to bypass photo ID requirements, according to the documents shared with Just the News.

The prototype packet, which was provided by a whistleblower to Rep. Lance Gooden (R-Texas), undermines Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas' claim that the southern border is closed. Instead, it highlights an extensive network of nonprofits, corporations and family foundations working together to circumvent immigration laws passed by Congress.

The packet provided by Gooden to Just the News details a travel itinerary of a 46-year-old Honduran who entered the U.S. illegally in California, one of thousands assisted by the San Diego Rapid Response Network, which identifies itself as a "coalition of human rights and service organizations, attorneys and community leaders dedicated to aiding immigrants and their families in the San Diego border region of the U.S."

"The state of California, U.S. corporations and nonprofits, and the Biden administration are facilitating human smuggling and child trafficking in our country," Gooden told Just The News. "They are allowing these migrants, many of whom are unknown to U.S. law enforcement agencies, to board commercial aircraft, creating one of the greatest threats to U.S. national security since September 11, 2001. It is time for transparency and accountability for everyone involved in exacerbating this crisis."

The Honduran was processed by a Border Patrol agent and while in ICE custody was likely connected to a JFS contact tasked with coordinating his travel. This included booking a free room at the Four Points Sheraton in San Diego, a Mariott-owned three-star hotel near the city's Little Italy attractions, and a free United Airlines ticket to Louisiana, the Honduran's destination of choice.

The most recent financial statement for JFS shows it got more than $16 million in government support and lists numerous services it provided, including refugee resettlement, legal aid and migrant housing.

Even worse: No social security number needed for tax credit money for kids. Imaginary kids can be created and be paid for:

It’s not hard to hide things in a 2,135-page document, and that is exactly what the Democrats tried to do in their new spending bill.

It has already been quite a fight for the Biden administration to get Democrats to back the $1.75 trillion bill. There was disagreement over the timing of the bill and its relation to the rest of the president’s Build Back Better plan.

But now the discovery of a provision, tucked on page 1647, may cause even more disagreement over the legislation. The provision would end the requirement of a Social Security number in order to get child tax credits. This would mean that billions of dollars could be doled out in child tax to credit to just about anyone. Illegal immigrants would be able to claim child tax credits with this new provision.
