On Tuesday night Mesa County Colorado Clerk Tina Peters stepped forward as the whistleblower behind CodeMonkeyZ’s explosive report on Dominion Voting Machines last week. Tina Peters leaked documents to Ron Watkins, CodeMonkeyZ, last week before the planned Lindell Symposium.
The whistleblower and Mesa County Colorado Clerk Tina Peters had her office raided on her way over to the symposium.
Lindell announced at the start of the symposium that evidence of election fraud he would release at 7pm would shock the world when. Yet, the release was delayed following the raid of the whistleblower Mesa County Colorado Clerk and Recorder Tina Peters.
Lindell: “I was bringing people here from Colorado on my plane and why they were on the way here, their office was raided. Why was their office raided? There’s a lot of complications out of this — after what happened we don’t what they did. It’s a scary situation. They are doing their job and all the sudden they take over with fear,”
“The red team is going to be doing stuff here. It will probably be Thursday,” he said. “I know the expectations were here but this is even bigger news — on the way here, her office was raided. I don’t even know the whole story. They were coming here to say quite a bit.”
Mesa County District launched a criminal investigation against Peters for allegedly posting election system passwords on the internet. Peters maintains she had nothing to do with the crime she is accused and is being targeted for documenting election fraud in her county.
Peters:
“We have a secretary of state that is drunk with power. She makes emergency decrees and when we query her – she refuses to answer in violation of the state law,” she told the crowd. “When I started having citizens come to me and tell me that something didn’t’ seem right in our local city elections from years ago to our 2020 election I said if there is a there we will do something about it. I am a Republican — I am a conservative and she’s not and she weaponizes her position to attack people who disagree with her.
“I’ve been persecuted. They are trying to take over our election office. We are the last bastion of freedom in Colorado,” the Mesa County. “We have listened to people. They send me things from all over and there are some discrepancies there that I cannot deny or unsee.”
Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters told the audience her office NEVER had the Dominion machine passwords.
CodeMonkeyZ, Ron Watkins, spoke at Mike Lindell’s Cyber Symposium on Wednesday morning. Watkins brought with him the alleged images from before and after a software update of the Dominion Voting Systems in Mesa County Colorado. During his presentation, there were connection and audio problems.

There's the cyber-crime of election theft, and then there's the physical faking of ballots too:
Georgia ballots rejected by machines were later altered by election workers to count
Records obtained by Just the News provide unprecedented glimpse into human adjudication of thousands of ballots, where marks for candidates like Trump were sometimes removed so ballots could count for Biden.
Scores of additional ballots that same day had checks manually removed next to Trump's name as well as many other candidates up and down the ticket — Libertarians, Democrats and write-ins alike — and the votes awarded instead to other candidates.
In all, more than 5,000 of the 148,000 absentee ballots cast — or about 3% — in Georgia's largest county required some form of human intervention "adjudication", according to logs obtained from Fulton County by Just the News under an open records act request.
Sidney Powell: The government has admitted that they are withholding crucial evidence that proves the innocence of January 6 defendants. More shocking about this situation is that the US Department of Justice is refusing to release this evidence.

While prosecutors refuse to produce exculpatory evidence, today they admitted that it is in their possession:

However, the DOJ continues to drag its feet and deny these January 6 defendants their constitutional right to access this evidence. The Government alleges it is
"not currently in a position to identify all information that may be material to the defense in this case."
It further states that
"we are not in a position to turn over the universe of information we possess for Defendant to review."

Wendy Rodgers Decertify Petition now Available!
The petition to decertify the Arizona election started by State Sen. Wendy Rogers (R-AZ) has reached over 100,000 signatures, as the movement to secure election integrity within the state continues to gather momentum. Roger’s website had been driven offline by high traffic demand for the petition on last week, but has since been restored.
“We have 107,918 signatures now,” Rogers posted to Twitter on Monday. “Over 10% there. I want to have 1 million signatures to show support for decertification. Please share this and also send to everyone you know.”

American College of Pediatricians disagreeing with the AMA:
Physicians from the American College of Pediatricians (ACPeds) reject the American Medical Association’s (AMA) request to remove the designation of “male” and “female” from birth certificates, stating that “Sex is a Biological Trait of Medical Significance.”
“This is precisely why sex does belong there,” said Dr. Michelle Cretella, executive director of ACPeds and co-author of the organization’s position paper titled “Sex is a Biological Trait of Medical Significance.”
“Identifying sex in the public portion of the birth certificate affirms the scientific fact that sex is an innate and immutable binary trait of public significance; a trait determined by genetics at fertilization,” she added.
The AMA board of trustee’s recommendation stated:
Existing AMA policy recognizes that every individual has the right to determine their gender identity and sex designation on government documents. To protect individual privacy and to prevent discrimination, U.S. jurisdictions should remove sex designation on the birth certificate.
However, Dr. Michael Artigues, ACPeds vice president and co-author of the group’s position statement, articulated once again, the scientific truth:
Due to genetics males are different from females at the cellular level from fertilization. Biological sex differences due to genetics and sex hormones affect the tendency to develop certain diseases, alter responses to drugs, toxins and pain, and also cause important physical, cognitive, emotional and behavioral differences between the two sexes.” This is why the NIH recognizes sex as a binary biological variable in research and medical practice.
“Genetics – not wishful thinking and not only testosterone – is what makes males male,” Cretella added. “Overall, males are bigger, stronger, faster and more aggressive than females. Genetics is why a male who self-identifies as female remains male, and explains why giving estrogen to a male does not transform him into a biological female.”
“Similarly, a female who self-identifies as male remains a biological female, and giving her testosterone does not transform her into a male,” she asserted. “In terms of genetics, she remains female at the cellular level.”

About those fires in CA:
Gary Maynard, 47, taught Criminal Justice courses at Santa Clara University and Sonoma State University, FOX 40 of Sacramento reported, citing information from Maynard’s bio page on the Sonoma State website. That page was not working on Tuesday night.
Note: Both those universities are so hard left leaning that it is hard to imagine anyone working there that was not a hard left ideologue.
"Maynard denied setting any fires and, at one point, stated that if the agents were going to accuse him of starting fires that he would defend himself in court," court papers say, adding that after he was booked into the Lassen County Jail he "became enraged and began kicking the jail cell door."

Maynard was facing charges of arson in connection with the Ranch Fire as well as unauthorized entry into a closed area, FOX 40 reported. He was arrested Saturday following an investigation that began in July, according to the station.
Court documents indicate that the Ranch Fire and six other fires started between July 6 and Aug. 7 near the Lassen National Forest and Shasta-Trinity National Forest, both in Northern California. The three most recent fires, including the Ranch Fire, started in the area of the Dixie Fire, the report said.
"The area in which Maynard chose to set his fires is near the ongoing Dixie Fire, a fire which is still not contained despite the deployment and efforts of over 5,000 personnel," Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael Anderson wrote in a memo, according to FOX 40. Anderson argued that Maynard should remain in custody pending further legal action.
