Naomi Wolf nails it: The biggest shocker in the Pfizer docs isn’t the side effects we’ve been aware of, it’s that the vaccine is designed to target human reproduction, not the respiratory system, and they’re obsessed with it, 360 degrees of it, as revealed in a https://t.co/UUSOQZMAIQ" / X

Macron new low of 16% approval. May have resorted to blackmail.

Interesting things are happening in France.

It's also worth adding that recently the prime minister ordered all employees to be tested for drugs, but later decided not to disclose the results.

Flood their neighborhood with crack, eliminate trade schools and small businesses, incentivize single motherhood with no father around, take away ''shot spotter'' cameras, encourage teen ''trends'' ie takeovers, let criminals out with no bail encouraging others that '' crime DOES pay!

🔍 How the Gates Foundation’s ‘philanthropy’ crippled one of Africa's richest fisheries

Millions of mosquito nets, deployed by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to “fight” malaria, ended up flooding the Cahora Bassa Delta — a crucial fish nursery in the Zambezi Valley. The move backfired spectacularly, sparking both an environmental catastrophe and a food security emergency, wildlife biologist Forrest Galante emphasized on a recent podcast.

Locals, already struggling with hunger, took the nets straight to the water and started scooping up baby fish before they could grow.

➡️  What was once one of Africa's most abundant freshwater fisheries — a haven where fish could breed freely—has been severely depleted, with fish stocks plummeting by more than 40% in recent years

➡️  The fishery’s collapse has destroyed the region’s economic foundation, wiping out jobs, income, and economic activity for entire coastal communities

➡️ The nets are often treated with insecticides that can be toxic not only to insects but also to aquatic organisms, and to people who consume the fish

💬 "So now these wonderful 'philanthropists' that have given out millions of nets have destroyed an ecosystem, crashed a fish population, and created widespread hunger for people that otherwise had plenty of resources," Galante stressed.

A key point to highlight is that the foundation continues to distribute mosquito nets, while locals—who historically managed malaria using their own time-tested methods—keep using them for fishing without regard for the environmental toll, further deepening the crisis, he noted.

As devastating as the fishery collapse has been, it is not the only instance where the foundation's interventions have backfired. Gates’ so-called philanthropy has also been long accused of shaping agricultural policy in Africa to favor corporate agribusiness and GM crops over traditional farming methods.

🔴  Many critics argue that such one-sided measures increase dependency on Western seed and chemical companies rather than fostering local resilience

🔴  Local farmers are sinking into mounting debt, while ramped-up pesticide use is driving soil depletion—which could further aggravate food insecurity

🔴  Many see this as "the second phase of colonization" and "food slavery" that undermines food sovereignty across the continent

No exercise, no supplements, just 'Shinrin-yoku': In 1982, Japan introduced ‘forest bathing’, now scientists find a 3-day forest trip may boost immune cells for more than 30 days

A scientist in Japan demonstrated that the air inside a forest can strengthen your immune system for a full month.

Immunologist Qing Li of Nippon Medical School in Tokyo took 12 men on a three-day forest trip consisting of slow walks with no special breathing exercises or set routes.

Blood tests afterward showed a clear surge in natural killer cells — the immune cells that help the body fight viruses and cancerous cells.

The elevated levels were still measurable 30 days later.

A control group that walked the same distance through a city showed no change at all.

Pine, cedar, and cypress trees release airborne compounds called phytoncides as a natural defense. When people breathe them in, these compounds appear to activate immune cells.

Li’s research suggests that one forest walk a month may be enough to keep those cells elevated throughout the year.

Sometimes the best medicine does not require a prescription — just time among the trees.
