Circuit Court Judge Bruce E. Schroeder on Wednesday ripped Kenosha County Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger just one day after the prosecution rested its case in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse.
Kenosha prosecutor Thomas Binger tried to go around the judge’s ruling and introduce inadmissible evidence and Judge Schroeder RIPPED into him.
“Don’t get brazen with me!” the judge said. “Why you would think that you can go into it without any advance notice to the court, I don’t understand that and as the defense is pointing out, you’re an experienced trial lawyer and this should not have been gone into.”

It appeared Judge Schroeder’s phone went off during the Rittenhouse trial just one day after the prosecution rested its case. Schroeder’s ringtone is “Proud to be an American” – he was seen checking his phone shortly after it rang.
Gaige Grosskreutz chased down Kyle Rittenhouse in Wisconsin last year and attempted to shoot him before Rittenhouse blew his bicep away. Why has Grosskreutz not been charged with attempting to kill Rittenhouse?
This past week we saw in the court case where Kyle Rittenhouse is charged with murder, that Rittenhouse was acting in self-defense. We also saw the case fall apart as one of Rittenhouse’s assailants admitted to pointing his gun at young Rittenhouse before he was shot.
What is not being reported by NBC and the Big Media is that Grosskreutz regretted not killing Rittenhouse and admitted this to his friend only days after the event. He also had a rap sheet so we wonder if Grosskreutz had a legal right to carry a gun.
The judge presiding over the Kyle Rittenhouse trial has warned that jurors are being filmed entering the courthouse in what might be an attempt to intimidate them.
Judge Bruce Schroeder declared on Tuesday that a deputy observed somebody taking video of the jury as they arrived.
“I’ve been assured the officers had the video that was taken deleted. New measures are being taken to make sure that does not reoccur,” the judge told the jury as they arrived that morning.

Scientists working on the most authoritative study on climate change were urged to cover up the fact that the world’s temperature hasn’t risen for the last 15 years, it is claimed.
A leaked copy of a United Nations report, compiled by hundreds of scientists, shows politicians in Belgium, Germany, Hungary and the United States raised concerns about the final draft.
Published next week, it is expected to address the fact that 1998 was the hottest year on record and world temperatures have not yet exceeded it, which scientists have so far struggled to explain.
The report is the result of six years’ work by UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which is seen as the world authority on the extent of climate change and what is causing it – on which governments including Britain’s base their green policies. But leaked documents seen by the Associated Press, yesterday revealed deep concerns among politicians about a lack of global warming over the past few years.
What it says will inform renewable energy policies and how much consumers and businesses will pay for them.
The report is expected to say the rate of warming between 1998 and 2012 was about half of the average rate since 1951 – and put this down to natural variations such as the El Nino and La Nina ocean cycles and the cooling effects of volcanoes.
The draft report, which is not new research but a synthesis of all the work being done by scientists around the world, is likely to be highly disputed at the three-day meeting.
It will make the case that humans are causing global warming with carbon emissions even more strongly upgrading it from ‘very likely’ in 2007 to ‘extremely likely’ it is manmade.
But scientists are under pressure to explain why the warming has not exceeded 1998 levels although the decade 2000-2010 was the hottest on record.
Alden Meyer, of the Union of Concerned Scientists based in Washington, said yesterday: ‘I think to not address it would be a problem because then you basically have the denialists saying: ‘Look the IPCC is silent on this issue.’
Jonathan Lynn, a spokesman for the IPCC said yesterday: ‘This is the culmination of four years’ work by hundreds of scientists, where governments get a chance to ensure the summary for policymakers is clear and concise in a dialogue with the scientists who wrote it, and have the opportunity to raise any topics they think should be highlighted.’

The Newsom administration said Monday Gov. Gavin Newsom has had no adverse reactions to a COVID-19 booster shot in response to speculation about why he hasn't been seen in public since Oct. 27, the same day he received the booster. Newsom was scheduled to participate virtually in a U.N. climate conference last week but didn’t, leading reporters to ask where he was. On Oct. 29, in an emailed news release, his office said he was dealing with unspecified family obligations. He hasn't made a public appearance since.
Today, reporters couldn't get an answer on his whereabouts from the senators in the Scotland "delegation." Yesterday, Newsom's wife told those asking questions to "get a life" before quickly deleting the tweet.
"Governors work for the people, so an unexplained absence is always a matter of public concern," Rep. Kevin Kiley said. "But that's especially true for a governor who has claimed sole authority to control the lives of millions of people through his own 'State of Emergency.' So one-man rule continues, and nobody knows where that one man is."
Why delay a public appearance to dispel the rumors? Trying to dig up an adequate double? Or getting over a bad reaction with the best medical tech has to offer?

Recent data from the U.K. Office of National Statistics reveals people who have been double jabbed against COVID-19 are dying from all causes at a rate six times higher than the unvaccinated.

Both studies are of questionable quality and have several problems, including selection of time and date ranges that allow them to pretend that the COVID shots are safer and more effective than they really are.
According to all-cause mortality statistics, the number of Americans who died between January 2021 and August 2021 is 16% higher than 2018 (the pre-COVID year with the highest all-cause mortality) and 18% higher than the average death rate between 2015 and 2019. CDC data reveal that while the number of hospitalized patients with natural immunity fell sharply over the summer, when the delta variant took over, the number of vaccinated people being hospitalized soared, from three per month on average during the spring to more than 100 a month in late summer.
