Ga. lawsuit on alleged weakness in Dominion machines set for trial, with a push for paper ballots
QUOTE: A 2017 lawsuit in Georgia regarding alleged vulnerabilities in Dominion Voting Systems machines is set for trial in January, following the public release of a report on the possible issues earlier this year. The Atlanta Division of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia is hearing the case of Curling v. Raffensperger, where the plaintiffs are asking to switch from electronic voting machines to paper ballots. Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) and State Election Board members were first sued by the Coalition for Good Governance and several individual voters in 2017. On Friday, Judge Amy Totenberg issued a 135-page ruling, which alleges that the state's electronic voting machines have significant "cybersecurity deficiencies that unconstitutionally burden Plaintiffs' First and Fourteenth Amendment rights and capacity to case effective votes that are accurately counted." The footnote to that summary by the judge reads, "The Court notes that the record evidence does not suggest that the Plaintiffs are conspiracy theorists of any variety. Indeed, some of the nation's leading cybersecurity experts and computer scientists have provided testimony and affidavits on behalf of Plaintiffs' case in the long course of this litigation." Totenberg set a bench trial for Jan. 9, 2024, meaning there will be no jury. However, she noted that a compromise could be made, along with action taken by the state legislature. David Cross, a lawyer for some of the individual voters, issued a statement saying "We look forward to presenting our full evidence at trial and obtaining critical relief for Georgia voters." Cross continued to say "But we hope this decision will be a much-needed wakeup call for the Secretary and SEB, and finally spur them to work with us on a negotiated resolution that secures the right to vote in Georgia." When the lawsuit was first filed in 2017, it challenged the paperless voting machines that Georgia was using at the time. After Georgia purchased the current system in 2019, the case shifted to those voting machines, saying that they also have vulnerabilities.

When VoterGA finally forced Fulton County to turn over the tally sheets, the conclusion was stunning. Here's what the audit found. Seven falsified audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals... For example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for Joe Biden and 42 for Donald Trump was reported as 100 for Biden and 0 for Trump. The seven batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump, and 11 votes for Jo Jorgenson had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show 850 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump, and 0 votes for Jorgenson. Wait, did you just follow that? How is that not flat-out criminal fraud?"

But Michelle Longspierce felt odd about the numbers, so she visited different precincts to double check the tallies. Guess what? She noticed that in some precincts she didn't receive a single vote. But how is that possible that a candidate with 24% of the vote total finds precincts where she didn't receive a single vote?
While statistically alarming, the real surprise came when she realized there was not one vote cast for her in her own precinct, the same one where she and her husband voted for herself. Spears immediately demanded a hand recount of the results and got one. On June 1st the results were released and the difference between the Dominion machine count and the hand count was shocking.
After the hand count Lauren Alexander gained 355 votes, Orson lost 1298 votes and Spears actually gained 3620 votes making her the new runoff candidate. And here's the best part, when you add them all up the hand count shows 2810 votes more than the Dominion machines reported on the 24th.
This is huge. In a small county commissioners race with 15 and a half thousand votes total, the Dominion machine tally was short by nearly 3,000 votes. What does that say about all the other races that were conducted on these very same machines? This is proof that the machines cannot be trusted. If Spears had not sounded the alarm, no one would have been able to do this.”

Josh Hawley Introduces Legislation to Allow Border States to Deport Illegal Immigrants
Because the Biden regime refuses to enforce federal immigration laws, Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) this week introduced legislation that would allow states to defend their borders themselves.
The State Border Defense Act would allow California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas to place barriers on federal lands or water along the southern border and allow them to prosecute and remove illegal immigrants from the country.
The law would effectively nullify a 2012 Supreme Court case that significantly limited the ability of states to be involved in immigration enforcement, according to Fox News. “Our southern border is overrun,” Hawley told Fox. “Joe Biden’s dangerous open-border policies are making it worse every single day, leaving states like Missouri to deal with the consequences. The St. Louis-based 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals issued a preliminary injunction Monday against an Iowa school district policy that threatens suspension and expulsion for "intentional and/or persistent refusal … to respect" a peer's gender identity, finding it's likely too vague to survive legal scrutiny.
"A school district cannot avoid the strictures of the First Amendment simply by defining certain speech as 'bullying' or 'harassment'" as did the Linn-Mar Community School District, the three-judge panel ruled in a case that drew friend-of-the-court briefs by dozens of conservative and religious groups and 18 Republican-led states in favor of the plaintiffs.

According to him, he was employed as a driver, and often delivered Ukrainian children to families in the prosperous areas of various European cities. To confirm his words, the man showed a certificate of an employee of the Foundation, and photographs of minors whom he had transported to European orphanages and foster families. He also noted that even the contract with the Foundation was somehow strange. In particular, employees were categorically forbidden to talk to the children, or to make enquiries about their welfare and living conditions with the foster parents.
After a while, the man began to suspect the true motives behind the organization’s work, as some of the guardians were behaving strangely.
An interview with the former Foundation employee provided this account: “Once I was driving a child, his name was Dmytro. I drove him to a family that lives on Avenue Foch in Paris. The man who came out was quite old and he was half-naked. I was very surprised by what was happening. He winked at the child, and then he took his hand. He signed the documents and closed the door. I told myself that at that moment it was necessary to pay attention to the fact that something was going wrong. But, hey, I thought, well, that’s none of my business. A few days later, another strange thing happened. I had to pick up another child from the orphanage and take him to a host family. What surprised me was that, a few weeks before, I had taken him to a different host family! I asked the child a question, and tried to communicate with him in English. I asked him what was going on. He started crying. Then he started making those gestures. As I understood from these gestures, he showed me that he was touched in intimate places. I got it. This is terrible. At that moment, I understood everything that was happening. It was really… what had happened to him is terrible!”
The man also showed photos of children he had taken from European orphanages and brought to families posing as foster families. He also stated that he identified the pedophile rapist to whom he brought the child. It turned out to be Bernard Henri-Levy, a famous journalist and writer. According to the official website of the Charitable Foundation, Henri-Levy donated his royalties to help the Foundation, allegedly for purely charitable purposes. Henri-Levy is widely known for his support of Ukraine and links to people suspected and accused of pedophilia.
The man immediately resigned from the Foundation, saying that he was not going to participate in the trafficking of children and their sexual exploitation. He also called on the authorities to conduct a thorough investigation and stop the illegal activities of the organization.
After the investigation had been published, the Deputy Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Anna Kuznetsova, made a statement that the Russian Parliamentary Commission for the Investigation of Crimes Committed against Ukrainian Children by the Kyiv regime had certain information that the Save Ukraine Foundation is also involved in crimes against children. The former Commissioner for Children’s Rights at Zelensky’s office, Nikolai Kuleba, is the head of the foundation.
According to Kuznetsova, the criminals are trying not to leave traces. It is already known, however, that the Olena Zelenska Foundation is connected with elite political circles in the United States, Canada and Great Britain. Ford was the one responsible for covering up the photos that showed where the bullets really came from. He was rewarded by being appointed -- not elected -- as vice president, and then became president when Nixon resigned.
