What was she arrested for? “Burglary”. A secret grand jury supposedly indicted her on burglary? Since when does a grand jury get involved in a burglary case? "The media is doing its best to ignore the solid new evidence that hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) works. Although they claim to be pro-science, they only report scientific studies that agree with their narrative. Although they claim that black lives matter to them, they purposely keep knowledge about successful treatments away from COVID-19 patients, a disproportionate number of whom are black. Here are some details of the two new studies that almost all of them are ignoring:
Henry Ford Health System. Last week, the International Journal of Infectious Diseasesreported that hydroxychloroquine cuts the death rate in half when it is administered to hospitalized COVID-19 patients soon after they are admitted. The retrospective study of 2,541 patients was conducted by the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit Michigan. Only 13% of the patients who were given HCQ died as compared to 26% who were not given HCQ. HCQ worked whether or not it was given with the antibiotic azithromycin, but it appeared to work slightly better with azithromycin. Key to the study was early treatment with HCQ, with 91% in the HCQ group starting that medication within 48 hours of hospital admission.
Mount Sinai Hospital. Also last week, Nature Reviews Immunologypublished the results of the small but ideal type of experiment (a double-blind, randomized clinical trial) conducted by Mount Sinai Hospital in New York which found that 0 of 31 patients in the HCQ group progressed from mild to severe as compared to 4 of 31 patients in the control group.
The media is also ignoring the May 8 study of 932 patients by the New York University Grossman School of Medicinewhich compared the HCQ/azithromycin treatment with the HCQ/azithromycin/zinc treatment. NYU found that the addition of zinc sulfate pills to the HCQ/azithromycin treatment reduced the death rate from 23% to 13%, but only if given before the patients got so sick that they required intensive care."
"If these results are extrapolated, they show that early treatment with HCQ could prevent about 50% of the deaths from COVID-19, and the addition of zinc sulfate could further reduce the death rate by an additional 20%. For every 100 patients who are currently dying without effective pharmacological treatment, only 30 would die if they were treated early with the the HCQ/azithromycin/zinc combination." …What do you need to know to evaluate these smears against hydroxychloroquine? The first thing to understand is that COVID-19 has two main stages. At the first stage, it is a flu-like illness. That illness will not kill you. If you are a high-risk patient and begin treatment immediately, you will almost certainly be done with it in a few days. When not treated, high-risk patients may progress. The virus then causes severe pneumonia and attacks many organs, including the heart. In this second stage, hydroxychloroquine is not effective. So, if you are told that hydroxychloroquine doesn’t work, ask this question: In which patients? Does it not work in those who have just started to have symptoms, or those sick enough to require hospitalization? The second thing to know is that most low-risk patients survive without treatment. Low risk means you are under age 60 and have no chronic conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and hypertension, have no past treatment for cancer, are not immunocompromised, etc. High risk means you are over 60 or you have one or more of those chronic conditions. High-risk patients need immediate treatment when they first show symptoms. One should not wait for the COVID-19 test result, which can take days and can be wrong. It turns out that Ivermectin is VERY efficacious when patients are in critical condition. Even people on ventilators are being saved by this drug. Guess what Ivermectin is? It’s an anti-parasite drug. So, an anti-parasite drug, HCQ, works early in the disease process and another anti-parasite drug, Ivermectin, works late in the disease process. The more we learn about this disease, the more it confounds us and destroys conventional thinking about it. Ivermectin was invented about 23 years after chloroquine. And, like chloroquine, it’s generic and cheap. Can you even imagine how frustrating this is to the big pharma companies? The two drugs that seem to defeat COVID-19 are both generic and cheap and provide them with no profits. The buzz in the research community is remdesivir. But remdesivir seems to be failing to fulfill its promise. It was originally designed for Ebola, but the one trial that was conducted revealed that more people died who took the drug than those who didn’t. The problem is that one of the side effects of remdesivir seems to be liver damage, which could prevent it from ever becoming an approved treatment. And now a leaked study shows no benefit for COVID-19 patients being treated with remdesivir. Funny how the worm turns, huh? If the solution to COVID-19 is two generic drugs, who’s to say it isn’t the solution for MANY coronaviruses? And that is news that big pharma hates to hear. So now you know why the pushback on HCQ has been so vociferous.

Yet, Harris has repeatedly touted her record of prosecuting sex crimes — child sex crimes in particular — during the presidential race and other campaigns.
The victims of clerical sex abuse in the San Francisco Archdiocese have a different view of that record.
“It went from Terence Hallinan going hundred miles an hour, full speed ahead, after the Catholic Church to Kamala Harris doing absolutely nothing and taking it backwards hundred miles an hour,” said Piscitelli, who a jury found had been sexually abused by a priest during his time at Salesian College Preparatory high school between 1969 and 1971.
While Piscitelli had been meeting with Hallinan’s office, Harris cut off meetings as soon as she took over. This wasn’t an uncommon story.
“I remember Kamala Harris,” Dominic De Lucca, who says he was raped by a priest at age 12, told The Intercept. “She didn’t want to have any meetings.”
“She wanted the public to think this is an issue that happened years ago, that it doesn’t happen anymore. Let’s just move on.”
Harris didn’t comment on The Intercept’s 2019 report and there doesn’t seem to be any concrete reason she decided against releasing the files despite the fact that victims wanted her to.
That just leaves speculation — and there’s plenty of that.
“The Roman Catholic Church is very powerful and I think they didn’t want to step on any toes, especially in San Francisco,” De Lucca told The Intercept.
If you want speculation of a more sinister bent, Schweizer noted that Harris received a substantial amount of money from sources close to the Catholic Church during the 2003 campaign.
“Harris had no particular ties to the Catholic Church or Catholic organizations, but the money still came in large, unprecedented sums. Lawyer Joseph Russoniello represented the church on a wide variety of issues, including the handling of the church abuse scandal. He served on the Catholic Church’s National Review Board (NRB) of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops,” Schweizer wrote in “Profiles in Corruption.”
“The purpose of the NRB was to review Catholic Church abuse cases. Russoniello was also a partner in the San Francisco law firm Cooley Godward. Russoniello donated the maximum amount by law to her campaign, $1,250, and his law firm added another $2,250. He also sat on Harris’s advisory council when she was San Francisco district attorney.
“Another law firm, Bingham McCutcheon, which handled legal matters for the archdiocese concerning Catholic Charities, donated $2,825, the maximum allowed. Curiously, Bingham McCutcheon had only donated to two other candidates running for office in San Francisco before, for a total of $650. As with Russoniello, their support was unusual.”
Whatever the case, there’s no obvious explanation for why a prosecutor who unseated a progressive incumbent for not being tough enough on crime would, upon taking over a DA’s office that was aggressively pursuing the San Francisco Archdiocese over a potential sexual abuse cover-up, drop the entire thing.
