▫️During the time that the town has been under the control of the Russian armed forces, not a single local resident has suffered from any violent action. Russian servicemen have delivered and distributed 452 tonnes of humanitarian aid to civilians in Kiev Region.
▫️For as long as the town was under the control of the Russian armed forces and even then, up to now, locals in Bucha were moving freely around the town and using cellular phones.
❗️The exits from Bucha were not blocked. All local residents were free to leave the town in northern direction, including to the Republic of Belarus. At the same time, the southern outskirts of the city, including residential areas, were shelled round the clock by Ukrainian troops with large-calibre artillery, tanks and multiple launch rocket systems.
❗️We would like to emphasise that all Russian units withdrew completely from Bucha as early as March 30, the day after the Russia-Ukraine face-to-face round of talks in Turkey.

A beauty blogger, Marianna Vyshemirskaya, who became the “face” of an alleged airstrike on a maternity hospital, recently admitted that there was no airstrike. Even the opposition’s media are talking about this. Vyshemirskaya confirmed the authenticity of this video message on her Instagram.
According to the her, neither she nor other women in the maternity ward heard any sounds of an approaching aircraft. Marianna mentioned that previous to the event, the Ukrainian soldiers sent all the doctors to their homes, and the pregnant women were moved to another building.

Putin said last week that Moscow would only accept roubles as payment from 'unfriendly' countries in retaliation for sanctions imposed over his invasion of Ukraine. According to Gazprom, 58 per cent of its sales of natural gas to Europe and other countries as of January 27 were settled in euros. US dollars accounted for about 39 per cent of gross sales and sterling around three per cent.
A Kremlin decree published today sets out that contracts will be stopped if buyers do not sign up to the new conditions, including opening rouble accounts in Russian banks. The buyers can still pay in foreign currency and authorize the bank to sell that for roubles, which are placed in the second account, where the gas is formally purchased.
Putin also decreed today that foreign buyers of Russian gas will have to use special accounts at Gazprombank to pay for the import of Russian gas.
A foreign buyer is now obliged to transfer foreign currency to one special, so called 'K', account. Gazprombank would then buy roubles on behalf of the gas buyer to transfer roubles to another special 'K' account, the order said.
Gazprombank would then transfer rouble funds from a 'K' type account of the foreign gas buyer to Gazprom's rouble accounts, the order said. Gazprombank can open such accounts without a presence of a foreign buyer's representative.
German Economy Minister Robert Habeck, speaking during a joint news conference with his French counterpart, said: 'With regard to the threat, demand or consideration - one doesn't know what to call it anymore - to be made to pay in roubles, it is crucial for us that the contracts are respected...
