The Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats resigned over the weekend and Trump announced he nominated GOP Rep. John Ratcliffe to replace Coats.
The ousting of Dan Coats is “just the start of a major Trump shake-up of the Intelligence Community,” investigative reporter Paul Sperry said.
“More changes are coming at other IC agencies.” Sperry added.
The ODNI is “Deep State central” Judicial Watch boss Tom Fitton told Fox Business host Lou Dobbs Monday evening.
Dan Coats (Clapper 2.0) immediately became defiant after President Trump gave Attorney General Bill Barr the authority to declassify Spygate documents.
Dan Coats spread the Russian interference hoax and was causing a bottleneck for Barr and Durham in the declassification process in their Spygate investigation.
“The ODNI was in many ways Deep State central in terms of protecting Hillary Clinton believe it or not, while targeting president Trump,” Fitton said, adding that the ODNI is just an extra bureaucracy that doesn’t add anything to the national security of the US.

BALTIMORE, MD – Charm City is once again among America's "Rattiest Cities," according to a new report from pest control company Orkin, although it has shown progress in each of the past two years. Baltimore comes in at No. 9 on the company's 2018 rankings released Monday.
This is the fourth year that Orkin has compiled the rankings, which are based on the number of rodent treatments the company performed from Sept. 15, 2017 to Sept. 15, 2018. It includes both residential and commercial treatments.
Baltimore dropped one slot from last year, when it was ranked eighth; two years ago it was No. 6 on the Orkin list. The city has undertaken several rat control measures, including the issuance of municipal garbage cans to contain waste.
For the fourth year in a row, Chicago was No. 1 on the list.
Here are the 10 "Rattiest Cities" in the U.S. for 2018, according to Orkin:

Now, a stunning new installment of the Project Baltimore series from Fox 45 reveals that 13 public high schools sprinkled around Baltimore, of the city's 39 total, had exactly 0 kids that tested proficient in math.
An alarming discovery coming out of City Schools. Project Baltimore analyzed 2017 state testing data and found one-third of High Schools in Baltimore, last year, had zero students proficient in math.

A new law in California will require candidates for president to release their tax returns in order to appear on the primary ballot in March, 2020.
"States have a legal and moral duty to do everything in their power to ensure leaders seeking the highest offices meet minimal standards, and to restore public confidence," said California Gov. Gavin Newsom in his signing statement Tuesday. "The disclosure required by this bill will shed light on conflicts of interest, self-dealing, or influence from domestic and foreign business interest."
Candidates will have to submit five years of tax returns by November to be eligible for the primary ballot. California officials will post the information online for the public to access.
Newsom insists the law is constitutional, but it will almost certainly face a challenge in federal court. The law does not name a specific candidate, but opponents say it's a partisan ploy meant aimed at President Trump. They argue removing Trump's name from the ballot for failing to release his tax returns would amount to voter suppression.

Twitter reportedly suspended an account on Tuesday night that had been retweeted by President Trump just hours earlier.
Trump on Tuesday afternoon retweeted the account, which went by the name “LYNN THOMAS” and had posted a tweet that included a graphic which called Democrats “THE TRUE ENEMIES OF AMERICA," the Daily Beast reports.
“DEMOCRATS ARE THE ONLY ONES INTERFERING IN OUR ELECTIONS. WHY DO YOU THINK THEY SO STRONGLY OPPOSE VOTER ID,” read the tweet that accompanied the graphic.
Twitter told CNN that the account was suspended for violating its terms and conditions but did not specify which rule had been broken.
