CWB Chicago filed a Freedom of Information Act request under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act on Tuesday March 26th.
This was after the State’s Attorney’s office under Kim Foxx dropped ALL charges against the disgusting hate hoaxer.
CWBChicago released the files today, saying.
These files were provided by the Chicago Police Department in response to a FOIA request that CWBChicago submitted upon learning that the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office had reached a sealed agreement to resolve Smollett’s criminal exposure in the case. Our requests for video, including bodycam, surveillance, and interrogation, was denied.

A last minute FOIA records request in the Jussie Smollett hate-hoax investigation was fulfilled by the Chicago Police Department on Wednesday - shortly before the case was sealed by a Cook County judge. Livid Chicago law enforcement officials were beside themselves on Tuesday after all 16 felony charges were dismissed against Smollett for allegedly staging his own hate crime with two Nigerian-born brothers.
Chicago police are now barred from releasing additional information on the Jussie Smollett case to the press.

On Thursday morning President Donald Trump weighed in on the Smollett case for the first time.
The president tweeted the FBI and DOJ will review the “outrageous” case that is an embarrassment to the nation.

The Chicago State’s Attorney’s Office, under the authority of Kim Foxx, unilaterally decided on Tuesday to drop ALL charges against hate hoaxer Jussie Smollett.
Despite the evidence against Jussie Smollett the Cook County State’s Attorney dropped ALL 16 CHARGES against the well-connected Hollywood celebrity.
Foxx did not contact the Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s office or the Chicago police department before she announced her decision to let a famous celebrity hoaxer off scot-free.
Mayor Rahm Emanuel told reporters this was a “whitewash of justice.”
The Chicago police dedicated 2 detectives and spent tens of thousands of dollars on the Smollett case.
Terry Moran at ABC reported — Cook County clerk’s office tells @ABC they were shocked that no written motions were filed with the court in connection with today’s surprising dismissal in the Smollett case. On top of that, the case has been wiped off their database as if it never existed.

Kim Foxx recused herself from the Jussie Smollett case and today dropped charges against the hate crime hoaxer.

Does the Smollett case have a connection to the NVXIM case which does involve sexual abuse of children, and does that explain the senseless dropping of charges??
The Jussie Smollett case just got even more bizarre with potential troubling revelations.
Internal Chicago Police records show detectives employed a top FBI Supervisory Special Agent specializing in investigating the trafficking of sexually exploited children, child prostitution and aggravated child sexual abuse to help investigate the Smollett assault hoax case.
During early stages of the investigation, records show, Chicago Police shared Intel with the FBI and FBI Special Agent Gregory Wing was working the investigation daily alongside city detectives.
But Wing supervises the Child Sex Crimes and Violent Crimes Against Children squad in the FBI’s Chicago Field Office and is considered one of the top agents investigating child sex trafficking in the country, according to the FBI.
What is one of FBI’s premier child sex crimes and child sex trafficking investigators doing working an assault case? Wing and his FBI task force track down high-profile pedophiles and pimps. He doesn’t intervene with local assault cases.
One internal Chicago PD document from the Smollett case states: “Per request of FBI Special Agent Greg Wing, the forwarded a copy of the search warrant Number 19SW5223, which was issued pertaining to the Apple Incorporated held iCloud account controlled by Jussie Smollett to FBI analyst Mariella Lopez via email … The received an email reply indicating receipt of this document.”
The question is why is Wing working an assault case with Chicago Police? And what did one of the FBI’s top sex crimes investigator want with a subpoena on Smollett’s phone records? Or Smollett’s phone records?
“Perhaps it’s developed into something larger than an assault or hoax case,” one FBI insider hypothesized. “He’s there for a reason and he is reporting back to the Bureau for sure.”
These new revelations also mean the FBI has been involved in the Smollett case for months, a fact that was not publicized. Likely intentionally.

Geragos is lawyer for NVXIM and for Smollett, Smollett is tied to Kim Foxx, Kamala Harris and through Tina Tchen to Michelle and Barack Obama…
CNN said today that Geragos, who has been a frequent commentator for CNN, is no longer a contributor for the network. Geragos did not respond to requests for comments. How this will impact Geragos’s representation of Clare Bronfman remains to be seen. If he is charged, he may have to resign from the case.
In any event, Geragos will undoubtedly be distracted and certainly will not be able to focus completely on Bronfman’s defense as the days dwindle down heading toward the start of the Nxivm trial that is currently scheduled to begin with the jury selection process two weeks from today.
Some observers felt that the entry of Geragos as an attorney for Clare Bronfman signaled her departure from the joint defense arrangement that was largely orchestrated by Keith Raniere’s lead attorney, Marc Agnifilo. Geragos was expected to be back in court – along with all the other defense attorneys and the five remaining defendants in the NXIVM/ESP case – at the April 4th Status Conference.
