26 April 2019 - Lunch News

Isn’t this a marvelous way to investigate everyone with security clearances, and also anyone they are connected to? Bravo!

President Donald Trump signed an executive order late Wednesday officially making the U.S. military responsible for virtually all security background checks for millions of federal workers, the latest step by the administration to tackle a daunting backlog of security clearance cases.

The order calls for the National Background Investigations Bureau, currently under the civilian Office of Personnel Management, to be absorbed by the Department of Defense under a reorganized, and renamed, Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency.

Though Congress mandated in the 2018 National Defense Authorization Act that a majority of the investigative bureau's caseload be transferred to the Defense Department in phases, Wednesday’s order lifts the entire bureau -- and the 95 percent of all federal background checks it processes -- and places it all under military authority.

From a reliable source in France:

Meanwhile, in Paris... The number of protestors in Paris has been dwindling and until the rally I thought that this was solely due to fatigue. Not so. It turns out that there are thousands of protestors that are currently sitting in prison either awaiting trial or already convicted. Thousands. The exact number is uncertain but is no less than 2000 and may actually be as high as 6000 or higher. That is a good chunk of the missing protestors.

Another issue in Paris is that there have been increasing numbers of police checkpoints searching people for yellow jackets and other protest related paraphanelia. All main roads leading to the protest staging grounds are blockaded on the protest days and people must submit to search in order to get through. Anyone suspected of going to the protest is turned back. One of the people at the rally I attended goes to Paris every weekend. He stated that in order to get to the protest he must hide his jacket in his underwear and he takes allyways to get around the checkpoints. According to him there were over 20000 police searches of people in Paris last Saturday.

Violence on the protestors by the police has not subsided. In fact, it may be even worse than before. They are not picking who to beat on. Videos are surfacing every week of old women being bludgened or manhandled by police. Indiscriminate violence by the police is more commonplace now than it has been in weeks prior. Things may be reaching a breaking point. People are fed up with the way the media and government are dealing with the situation. There has been no lessening of support by the population since my last article. If anything, the people are more resolute now than ever.

Judicial Watch: FBI Admits Hillary Clinton Emails Found in Obama White House

Judicial Watch announced today that a senior FBI official admitted, in writing and under oath, that the agency found Clinton email records in the Obama White House, specifically, the Executive Office of the President. The FBI also admitted nearly 49,000 Clinton server emails were reviewed as result of a search warrant for her material on the laptop of Anthony Weiner.

E.W. (Bill) Priestap, assistant director of the FBI Counterintelligence Division, made the disclosure to Judicial Watch as part of court-ordered discovery into the Clinton email issue.

U.S District Court Judge Royce Lamberth ordered Obama administration senior State Department officials, lawyers, and Clinton aides, as well as Priestap, to be deposed or answer writer questions under oath. The court ruled that the Clinton email system was “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.”

Priestap was asked by Judicial Watch to identify representatives of Hillary Clinton, her former staff, and government agencies from which “email repositories were obtained.” Priestap responded with the following non-exhaustive list:

Bryan Pagliano

Cheryl Mills

Executive Office of the President [Emphasis added]

Heather Samuelson

Jacob Sullivan

Justin Cooper

United States Department of State

United States Secret Service

Williams & Connolly LLP

Priestap also testifies that 48,982 emails were reviewed as a result of a warrant for Clinton email account information from the laptop of Anthony Weiner, who had been married to top Clinton aide Huma Abedin.

A complete copy of Priestap’s interrogatory responses is available here. Priestap, is serving as assistant director of the FBI’s counterintelligence division and helped oversee both the Clinton email and the 2016 presidential campaign investigations. Priestap testified in a separate lawsuit that Clinton was the subject of a grand jury investigation related to her BlackBerry email accounts.

“This astonishing confirmation, made under oath by the FBI, shows that the Obama FBI had to go to President Obama’s White House office to find emails that Hillary Clinton tried to destroy or hide from the American people.” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “No wonder Hillary Clinton has thus far skated – Barack Obama is implicated in her email scheme.”

It looks like Obama’s just indicted White House Counsel had ties to the KGB:

See this twitter thread for a fascinating read:

Here are a few excerpts:

After defending Hinckley, #GregoryCraig was Senator Ted #Kennedy's top foreign policy, defense, & national security advisor from 1984-88. Kennedy, who not been notably active on these issues before, suddenly made defense & national security his top issues.

Since the late 1970s, Senator #Kennedy had courted the Soviet #KGB for favors, via a cutout, former senator John Tunney (D-CA), and an Soviet agent David Karr. Russian journalist Yevgenia Albats wrote about this in her book, The State Within A State. …

Ted #Kennedy kept secret contact with #KGB chief Yuri Andropov after Andropov became Soviet Communist Party chief. On 9-10 May 1983, Tunney provided the KGB w/a Kennedy letter to Andropov, offering to collaborate in exchange for Soviet help for his 1984 presidential campaign.

In 1997, #GregoryCraig became Director of Policy Planning at the State Department. This is while the US poured aid into Russia & ignored Russia's aggressive espionage and while #Putin was making his rise to take over the Russian state. State Dept policy was friendly to Putin.

It's vital to get to the bottom of ALL politicians' #Collusion with Moscow, regardless of who they are. Mueller's big fish might not have been Trump at all, but #GregoryCraig, who implemented Ted #Kennedy's pro-Soviet defense policies after the 1983 outreach to Andropov.

#GregoryCraig helped build the careers of countless politicians, policymakers, and other influencers who are still active. Any sound counterintelligence professional would see the need to examine these relationships thoroughly.

The former Director of the Secret Service under Obama is standing up in court for the vile Slavery Sex Cult NXIVM?

What does that tell you?

What better way to have the Secret Service cover up for highly placed people who are part of and beneficiaries of NXIVM. Wow.

That they would reveal this connection in court tells you they are desperate… and that the Secret Service Director didn’t have much of a choice in the matter...

Mark Sullivan was Director of the United States Secret Service while Napolitano was DHS Secretary. Involved in a prostitution scandal while he was the Secret Service director."

Now.. "Also significant is that this is the SAME Mark Sullivan who appeared in court last month – at the request of Keith Raniere’s attorneys- as the man who would supervise the Home Detention of Raniere on the Bronfman funded bail package" [!] #NXIVM #Qanon

Mark Sullivan was HEAD. Of. the. SECRET. SERVICE. And he's now repping the cult leader of #NXIVM !!!!!

Oh you KNOW they're on the SAME TEAM! #ICE #NXIVM #Qanon #MuellerTime #USSS #FBI

"Somehow this group of highly suspect and dangerous individuals are involved in the Bronfman-Raniere-Salinas #NXIVM federal investigation." And are invested in protecting the entire organization.

Mueller’s Obstruction of Justice

Mueller waited until well after the 2018 midterms to inflict damage and obstruct justice for as long as possible and for maximum political impact:

Trump-Russia special counsel Robert Mueller was appointed May 17, 2017. Twenty-two months later, on March 22, 2019, Mueller sent his report to the Justice Department.

Some special counsel investigations have taken longer; it is the nature of such probes to drag on and on. But why did Mueller need nearly two years to determine whether the Trump campaign and Russia conspired or coordinated to fix the 2016 election?

He didn't, it appears. In the wake of the release of Mueller's report, there are indications that special counsel prosecutors mostly knew by the end of 2017, and certainly by a few months later, that the evidence would not establish that conspiracy or coordination — or collusion, to use the popular term — had taken place.

Mueller clearly spent a lot of time on the other half of his report — trying to establish that Trump obstructed justice — but on the most explosive and consequential allegation of the Trump-Russia affair, the conspiracy allegation, the Mueller investigation was essentially over long before it officially ended.

"By early December, [Mueller] had exhausted all of the evidence and the witnesses," John Dowd, who was the president's lawyer for the first 10 months of the investigation, said in a recent podcast interview. ...

So even assuming Mueller had to wait until talking to Kushner on April 11, 2018, he had the story on conspiracy nearly a year before releasing the Mueller report.

Setting a good precedent:

Massachusetts judge faces federal charges for blocking immigration arrest

U.S. federal prosecutors on Thursday charged a Massachusetts judge and court officer with conspiracy and obstruction, saying they blocked an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer from arresting an illegal immigrant at a 2018 court proceeding.

The move marks the latest skirmish over immigration between President Donald Trump's administration and local governments who have resisted his crackdown. The state's Democratic attorney general called the charges "politically motivated."

The charges target Massachusetts District Court Judge Shelley Joseph, 51, and Massachusetts Trial Court Officer Wesley MacGregor, 56.

They focus on an April 2018 hearing in Newton District Court, outside Boston, where an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer intended to arrest an unidentified suspected illegal immigrant from the Dominican Republic facing a drug charge.

They described a huddled conversation between the judge and the defendant's lawyer in which Joseph asks, "ICE is gonna get him?" and later says, "I'm not gonna allow them to come in here."

She then arranged for the suspect to be released through the court's rear door while the ICE agent waited in the courtroom's lobby for him to emerge.

Another good precedent - Being a Mayor of a Sanctuary City is no longer a Get Out Of Jail Free Card:

In March 2018 Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh announced at that the city would send 60 buses to the march against guns in Washington DC. later in the month.

The Baltimore city school system did not have the money to heat the schools in 2018 but found the money to bus kids to an anti-gun rally.

Earlier this week the FBI and IRS agents executed search warrants at two homes of Mayor Catherine Pugh, one of her businesses, offices in City Hall, as well as the residence of one of her aides.
