President Donald Trump signed an executive order late Wednesday officially making the U.S. military responsible for virtually all security background checks for millions of federal workers, the latest step by the administration to tackle a daunting backlog of security clearance cases.
The order calls for the National Background Investigations Bureau, currently under the civilian Office of Personnel Management, to be absorbed by the Department of Defense under a reorganized, and renamed, Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency.
Though Congress mandated in the 2018 National Defense Authorization Act that a majority of the investigative bureau's caseload be transferred to the Defense Department in phases, Wednesday’s order lifts the entire bureau -- and the 95 percent of all federal background checks it processes -- and places it all under military authority.

Meanwhile, in Paris... The number of protestors in Paris has been dwindling and until the rally I thought that this was solely due to fatigue. Not so. It turns out that there are thousands of protestors that are currently sitting in prison either awaiting trial or already convicted. Thousands. The exact number is uncertain but is no less than 2000 and may actually be as high as 6000 or higher. That is a good chunk of the missing protestors.
Another issue in Paris is that there have been increasing numbers of police checkpoints searching people for yellow jackets and other protest related paraphanelia. All main roads leading to the protest staging grounds are blockaded on the protest days and people must submit to search in order to get through. Anyone suspected of going to the protest is turned back. One of the people at the rally I attended goes to Paris every weekend. He stated that in order to get to the protest he must hide his jacket in his underwear and he takes allyways to get around the checkpoints. According to him there were over 20000 police searches of people in Paris last Saturday.
Violence on the protestors by the police has not subsided. In fact, it may be even worse than before. They are not picking who to beat on. Videos are surfacing every week of old women being bludgened or manhandled by police. Indiscriminate violence by the police is more commonplace now than it has been in weeks prior. Things may be reaching a breaking point. People are fed up with the way the media and government are dealing with the situation. There has been no lessening of support by the population since my last article. If anything, the people are more resolute now than ever.

Judicial Watch: FBI Admits Hillary Clinton Emails Found in Obama White House
Judicial Watch announced today that a senior FBI official admitted, in writing and under oath, that the agency found Clinton email records in the Obama White House, specifically, the Executive Office of the President. The FBI also admitted nearly 49,000 Clinton server emails were reviewed as result of a search warrant for her material on the laptop of Anthony Weiner.
E.W. (Bill) Priestap, assistant director of the FBI Counterintelligence Division, made the disclosure to Judicial Watch as part of court-ordered discovery into the Clinton email issue.
U.S District Court Judge Royce Lamberth ordered Obama administration senior State Department officials, lawyers, and Clinton aides, as well as Priestap, to be deposed or answer writer questions under oath. The court ruled that the Clinton email system was “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.”
Priestap was asked by Judicial Watch to identify representatives of Hillary Clinton, her former staff, and government agencies from which “email repositories were obtained.” Priestap responded with the following non-exhaustive list:

Priestap, is serving as assistant director of the FBI’s counterintelligence division and helped oversee both the Clinton email and the 2016 presidential campaign investigations. Priestap testified in a separate lawsuit that Clinton was the subject of a grand jury investigation related to her BlackBerry email accounts.

Mueller’s Obstruction of Justice
Mueller waited until well after the 2018 midterms to inflict damage and obstruct justice for as long as possible and for maximum political impact:
Trump-Russia special counsel Robert Mueller was appointed May 17, 2017. Twenty-two months later, on March 22, 2019, Mueller sent his report to the Justice Department.
Some special counsel investigations have taken longer; it is the nature of such probes to drag on and on. But why did Mueller need nearly two years to determine whether the Trump campaign and Russia conspired or coordinated to fix the 2016 election?
He didn't, it appears. In the wake of the release of Mueller's report, there are indications that special counsel prosecutors mostly knew by the end of 2017, and certainly by a few months later, that the evidence would not establish that conspiracy or coordination — or collusion, to use the popular term — had taken place.
Mueller clearly spent a lot of time on the other half of his report — trying to establish that Trump obstructed justice — but on the most explosive and consequential allegation of the Trump-Russia affair, the conspiracy allegation, the Mueller investigation was essentially over long before it officially ended.
"By early December, [Mueller] had exhausted all of the evidence and the witnesses," John Dowd, who was the president's lawyer for the first 10 months of the investigation, said in a recent podcast interview. ...
So even assuming Mueller had to wait until talking to Kushner on April 11, 2018, he had the story on conspiracy nearly a year before releasing the Mueller report.

U.S. federal prosecutors on Thursday charged a Massachusetts judge and court officer with conspiracy and obstruction, saying they blocked an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer from arresting an illegal immigrant at a 2018 court proceeding.
The move marks the latest skirmish over immigration between President Donald Trump's administration and local governments who have resisted his crackdown. The state's Democratic attorney general called the charges "politically motivated."
The charges target Massachusetts District Court Judge Shelley Joseph, 51, and Massachusetts Trial Court Officer Wesley MacGregor, 56.
They focus on an April 2018 hearing in Newton District Court, outside Boston, where an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer intended to arrest an unidentified suspected illegal immigrant from the Dominican Republic facing a drug charge.
They described a huddled conversation between the judge and the defendant's lawyer in which Joseph asks, "ICE is gonna get him?" and later says, "I'm not gonna allow them to come in here."
She then arranged for the suspect to be released through the court's rear door while the ICE agent waited in the courtroom's lobby for him to emerge.

The Baltimore city school system did not have the money to heat the schools in 2018 but found the money to bus kids to an anti-gun rally.
Earlier this week the FBI and IRS agents executed search warrants at two homes of Mayor Catherine Pugh, one of her businesses, offices in City Hall, as well as the residence of one of her aides.
