Per Alex Jones, James O’Keefe reportedly contacted him to make him his “dead man switch”, telling him that someone in the Trump administration is working to Supress the Epstein Files… in case something happens to him. Alex says it is Pam Bondi, according to his “sources” O’Keefe shared a short video tease of what he has, and included what appeared to be a still image of Pam Bondi. It’s a three part story, where part one is reportedly supposed to be released at 3pm.

America First Legal (AFL) has filed a bombshell lawsuit against Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., in his capacity as Presiding Officer of the Judicial Conference of the United States, and Robert J. Conrad, Director of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts.

The lawsuit accuses the powerful duo of running what AFL describes as an “unconstitutional shadow agency” and violating federal transparency laws.

The lawsuit, filed on April 22, slams the Judicial Conference of the United States and its administrative arm—both overseen by Chief Justice Roberts—as rogue “executive agencies” that have collaborated with far-left lawmakers to wage lawfare against conservative Supreme Court justices.

According to the lawsuit viewed by The Gateway Pundit:

“For several years, the media and enterprising lawmakers have launched an onslaught to destroy the impartiality and political neutrality of Article III courts and, particularly, the Supreme Court. Justices Thomas, Alito, and Kavanaugh have all faced political and physical threats because of the politicization and weaponization of the law.

This lawfare has been led by Senator Sheldon Whitehouse and Representative Hank Johnson, relying upon an ideologically favorable legacy media to falsely accuse Justices Thomas and Alito of ethical improprieties. Their aim was simple: to chill the judicial independence of these Supreme Court Justices.”

According to the explosive complaint, the Judicial Conference and the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts — long presumed exempt from the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) — have functioned more like executive agencies rather than neutral arms of the judiciary.AFL argues that these entities must comply with FOIA because they exercise “executive powers,” including responding to congressional oversight and issuing binding regulations — all under the direction of Roberts himself.

AFL’s lawsuit stems from its FOIA requests for communications between these agencies and Whitehouse and Johnson, two of the most vocal Democrat crusaders against conservative justices.

After the agencies flatly denied the requests, claiming FOIA doesn’t apply to them, AFL took them to court.

It is probably too late to get this horrible Senator to change his mind on the very important vote FOR Ed Martin as U.S. Attorney. Even if you live in another state, call his offices as this has consequences for the nation.

Tillis has had no problems voting for almost every single Obama and Biden nominee (including Merrick Garland) sometimes even gushing over them and many were truly incompetent and terrible people. But, he is balking at the leader of HIS party nominating a highly skilled, tough and proven attorney, Ed Martin. If Tillis does not vote for Martin out of the Judicary Committee, then this leaves the decision to the proven lawless, radical, activist Judge Boasberg. This has major consequences.

Martin would touch all DC criminal investigations. This is where all the worst secrets of the shady Swamp dwellers float. If Ed Martin is blocked, and Boasberg picks some leftist toady, Trump momentum could be stopped.

This is President Trump’s nominee for DC’s Top Prosecutor. If these Senators delay Ed Martin’s confirmation for just 15 more days, the worst judge in the district, Judge Boasberg, will select DC’s prosecutor rather than the President we voted for.

We need immediate action from these 5 Senators, public statements from them if there is some explanation we’re not being told or if this information is incorrect (in which case I will happily retract and update this post), and primaries for them if indeed they run out the clock with no public explanation and instead hand the DC justice system over to its most corrupted judge.









FBI Hid Information on Steve Scalise Shooter’s Motives

A trio of House committees released a report on Tuesday concluding that the FBI downplayed the 2017 congressional baseball shooter’s anti–GOP motives despite having handwritten evidence that the attack was an act of political violence.


According to the report, the Bureau initially claimed the gunman executed the assault because he wanted to commit “suicide by cop,” implying the fact that his targets were Republican lawmakers was a mere coincidence. Then, in 2021, it abruptly changed its determination to conclude that domestic violent extremism actually did inspire the shooting. Congressional investigators have reason to believe the FBI knew its initial conclusion was a lie all along.


“The FBI used false statements, manipulation of known facts, and biased and butchered analysis to support a narrative that [the shooter] committed suicide by cop without any nexus to domestic terrorism,” the report states.


The terrorist was a member of a Facebook group named “Terminate the Republican Party,” had a hit list in his pocket during the attack, and texted his wife that he would soon return home shortly before the shooting. Those don’t sound like the behaviors of someone plotting a random murder-suicide.

This is an awful law.  While the new modification extends it to European union and United nations, the law itself is anathema.


The law was passed in 2018 and it is an attack our freedom to boycott anything. My read is that it does outlaw any support of or participation in a boycott against any country that is a friend or ally of America, when the boycott is being pushed by another country. The new amendment seeks to extend it to any boycott pushed by non-governments as well. It is an awful law that greatly limits our freedom of commerce, association and speech. The amendment makes it even worse. The penalties are extreme.

Thus if any organization anywhere in the world starts a boycott against Israel and you join in you are liable for severe fines, imprisonment and civil penalties.

Israel is at risk of world wide boycotts over Gaza and is currently gearing up for another big assault. Boycotts are likely to be instituted and this is a way to keep Americans from joining in as individuals or companies. That may be why this amendment is being done now.

Relevant context:

Recently an official for Siemens signed a contract with Turkey for providing controls for a rail transportation system. Turkey is very anti-Israel and required the official sign a boycott of Israel as a condition for the contract. The guy signed it. A short time later he was in a helicopter over the Hudson River sightseeing New York with his wife and kids. There was an explosion reported by eyewitnesses and it fell into the river. All were lost including the pilots.

Some think it was a hit in retaliation for his signing the boycott contract with Turkey.

Also hold in mind how important Siemens is to the Israeli intelligence services. Remember the Siemens Stuxnet was part of an earlier attack on Iran:

So the attackers have designed their weapon to spread via infected USB flash drives. To get Stuxnet to its target machines, the attackers first infect computers belonging to five outside companies that are believed to be connected in some way to the nuclear program. The aim is to make each "patient zero" an unwitting carrier who will help spread and transport the weapon on flash drives into the protected facility and the Siemens computers. Although the five companies have been referenced in previous news reports, they've never been identified. Four of them are identified in this excerpt."

Small and midsize US manufacturers reporting major uptick in orders

Large American companies are shifting supply chains stateside, leaving smaller producers hoping the tariffs stay on for good.

“We are swamped,” Jack Schron, president of manufacturing tools maker Jergens Inc told WSJ. “We are running 24 hours a day, seven days a week in both Chicago and Cleveland.”

Grand River Rubber & Plastics, an Ohio-based firm making rubber gaskets, reported a surge in orders and inquiries from other companies, from manufacturers of plastic pails to oil filter makers looking to reshore inputs.

Louisiana-based PPE producer SafeSource Direct is also happy, saying effective doubling of prices for imported rubber gloves has led to a flurry of inquiries, and the restarting of two dormant production lines. 

A company partner said tariffs could get production “extremely close to Asian prices.”

Same goes for AccuRounds, a Massachusetts-based machining equipment maker, which has reported working overtime to meet rising demand for shafts, valves and other steel parts after Q1 sales jumped 20%.

DOJ Agrees to Pay Ashli Babbitt’s Family in $30 Million Wrongful Death Lawsuit Settlement

Ashli Babbitt — an unarmed Air Force vet and Jan. 6 protester — was shot in cold blood by Capitol officer Lt. Michael Byrd. Who gave No warning to a women that had No weapon while not presenting any threat. Just a bullet to the neck from behind a barricade.

Witnesses shouted, “You just murdered her!” But the DOJ under #Biden and #Harris  patted the shooter on the back, gave him a day off, and called it “justice.”

Now — after years of the #Democrats gaslighting the public, smearing Ashli’s name, and treating patriots like terrorists — the Department of Injustice just quietly reached a settlement “in principle” with her husband and estate.

Judicial Watch confirmed the deal . They were suing for $30 MILLION after a judge approved the case in 2024. A hearing was set for 2026, but the feds couldn’t risk the truth getting airtime in court — so they settled. Classic move.

Here’s the kicker: Lt. Byrd was NEVER charged. NEVER disciplined. In fact, he went on national TV and bragged about pulling the trigger — and they treated him like a hero for it.

Now it is time for his accountability in this killing! Ashli’s family had to fight tooth and nail just to be heard. This killer needs to be placed on trial for his actions.

#Trump has been demanding justice for her since day one — and now this settlement confirms what we already knew: they killed her, they lied about it, and they hoped you’d move on.














Victory Day

Many of our allies and friends are celebrating May 8th as Victory Day, but we did more than any other Country, by far, in producing a victorious result on World War II. I am hereby renaming May 8th as Victory Day for World War II and November 11th as Victory Day for World War I. We won both Wars, nobody was close to us in terms of strength, bravery, or military brilliance, but we never celebrate anything.
