BORIS JOHNSON demanded the “immediate” expulsion of Sadiq Khan from the office of London Mayor sparking huge applause from the audience at the final Tory leadership hustings on Tuesday evening.
He raged: “So what we should do is immediately get rid of the current useless Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, who’s doing nothing.”
At this, the entire room burst into ringing applause, forcing Mr Johnson to pause before adding: “He’s not a patch on the old guy.
“We should get rid of him - he’s completely invertebrate.”

Army Lets Slip That It's Conducting Secret Operation Around D.C.

The Pentagon has revealed a few details about a secret Army mission that has Black Hawk helicopters flying missions over the Washington, D.C., area backed by active-duty and reserve soldiers.
The mysterious classified operation was disclosed when the Army asked Congress for approval to shift funds to provide an extra $1.55 million for aircraft maintenance, air crews and travel in support of an “emerging classified flight mission.”
It’s part of a $2.5 billion request this month to “reprogram” funds in the current fiscal year’s budget to programs considered high priorities. “Without additional funding, the Army will not be able to perform this classified mission,” the Defense Department said.
“Soldiers from assault helicopter company and aviation maintenance units will be supporting the mission with 10 UH-60s and maintenance capabilities for four months,” according to the document, referring to the Black Hawks. The money will also pay for a specialized “Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility” at Davison Army Airfield at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, just outside Washington.
Army spokesman Wayne Hall declined in an email to comment on some possibilities -- including whether the mission involved protecting the White House or other federal buildings and whether it’s making use of specialized commando units of the Pentagon’s Joint Special Operations Command, which includes the Army’s Delta unit and Navy’s Seal Team Six.
Hall said the operation began early in the fiscal year, which started Oct. 1, and “the duration of the mission is undetermined.”

Today I penned a letter to Attorney General William Barr, Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen, and FBI Director Christopher Wray calling for an investigation into Antifa under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) urged the director of the FBI on Tuesday to investigate the left-wing Antifa group over a pattern of "masked anonymous violent terrorism." Cruz asked FBI Director Christopher Wray whether the FBI was already investigating the group during a hearing of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
"The group that has called itself Antifa, which ironically is short for anti-fascism, and yet they engage in the conduct of fascists, they engage in violent protests," said Cruz.
"Masked men and women engaging in physical violence, we saw recently the Rose City chapter of Antifa in Portland, Oregon, that was assaulting citizens, disrupting traffic, violently assaulted one journalist so severely that he was hospitalized for brain hemorrhage," he added.
"Likewise this weekend, a Mr. Willem Van Spronsen, another Antifa terrorist, attacked a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement center in Tacoma, Washington, igniting a vehicle and attempting to ignite a propane tank," Cruz continued.
"I am concerned that these are not isolated instances, but rather that this is a pattern, an organization that has engaged in masked anonymous violent terrorism," he added. "To what extent is the FBI concerned about the threat of violent activity from an organization like Antifa?"

GOP Senators Call For Antifa To Be Designated As A Domestic Terrorist Organization 'They Must Be Stopped'
A pair of Republican senators is calling on the federal government to designate the far-left organization Antifa as a domestic terror organization.
The resolution, which was introduced by Republican Sens. Bill Cassidy (La.) and Ted Cruz (Texas), notes recent Antifa violence against journalist Andy Ngo as well as threats against Immigration and Customs Enforcement employees and "calls for the groups and organizations across the country who act under the banner of Antifa to be designated as domestic terrorist organizations."
The legislation also "calls upon the Federal Government to redouble its efforts, using all available and appropriate tools, to combat the spread of all forms of domestic terrorism, including White supremacist terrorism."
"Antifa are terrorists, violent masked bullies who 'fight fascism' with actual fascism, protected by Liberal privilege," Cassidy said in a news release. "Bullies get their way until someone says no. Elected officials must have courage, not cowardice, to prevent terror."
"Antifa is a terrorist organization composed of hateful, intolerant radicals who pursue their extreme agenda through aggressive violence," Sen. Cruz said in a statement. "Time and time again their actions have demonstrated that their central purpose is to inflict harm on those who oppose their views. Like any terrorist organization they choose to pursue their political ends through violence, fear and intimidation. They must be stopped."
For reference, Title 18 of federal law defines domestic terrorism as "involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State," that occur primarily within the jurisdiction of the United States, and that "appear to be intended":
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii) to influence a state or federal government policy by intimidation or coercion; or
(iii) to affect such a government's conduct by "mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping."
However, federal law does not have the same clear-cut designation for domestic terrorism organizations that it does for foreign terror organizations (FTOs), explained Andy McCarthy in a 2017 column at National Review.
"There are federal-law processes for designating foreign and international terrorism because defending against foreign threats to national security is primarily a federal responsibility," McCarthy explained, because foreign operatives have fewer civil rights protections than American citizens and that the best weapon against domestic terror is local law enforcement, not federal.
On the local front, the city of Portland, Oregon — where Ngo was recently attacked by Antifa members — is considering a ban on masked protesters in order to cut down on violence from the organization.

The Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA), whose members include Best Buy, Walmart and Target, demands an investigation whether Silicon Valley's most prominent companies [Amazon and Google] are manipulating search results that disadvantage traditional retailers.
RILA sent a letter to the FTC on Sunday, asserting that the digital revolution has forced "intense competition" that stifles growth in traditional retailers. They said Amazon and Google control the majority of all internet product searchers, can create an "information bottleneck" that has the ability to manipulate markets and bypass the traditional power of price competition.
RILA said it agrees with recommendations of 43 State Attorney Generals that have "consideration of non-price effects should be given greater priority in technology platform market mergers."
It's "the combination of information control and market power that should worry antitrust regulators the most," the letter stated. "That unhealthy combination exists at the level of the internet's pipelines, at the level of product search, in web hosting, on social media platforms and elsewhere."
The group said Amazon dominates nearly 50% of all US e-commerce sales. Since it's both a retailer and a marketplace for third-party sellers, Amazon uses big data to give itself an unfair competitive advantage over other retailers.
RILA ends by stating this letter isn't a complaint against Facebook, Google, and or Amazon, but rather a concern that "competition must be on a fair and level playing field," - not one where two companies [Amazon and Google] control the majority of all internet product searchers and have the ability to skew markets and circumvent traditional power of price competition.

"FBI agents are mourning the death of one of the Bureau’s top financial crimes supervisors who reportedly shot and killed himself on a crowded nite-club dance floor, according to top FBI insiders.
Salvatore “Sal” Cincinelli, a former Wall Street broker who joined the FBI in 2010, died last week during a night out after an FBI training session, sources said.
Cincinelli was a supervisory special agent who spearheaded many of the FBI’s high-profile and complex Wall Street investigations, including probing the finances of the Clinton Foundation. After leaving his Wall Street career, Cincinelli was first assigned to the New York field office (SDNY) and later promoted to HQ in Washington, DC. He was a native New Yorker as well.
“Very very bright guy,” one FBI insider said. “Such a young guy, it really gets you in the gut. He put in the hours too, was always working hard.” Cincinelli was 41.
Cincinelli was reportedly out partying with FBI colleagues at the Container Bar, a trendy watering hole in Austin, TX. The group had been drinking and dancing, according to sources. Later in the evening Cincinelli reportedly turned the gun on himself on a crowded dance floor.
Bar owner Bridget Dunlap did not respond to phone calls seeking details on the incident.
FBI agents on site and police instructed witnesses to delete any video and photographs of the event and cleared out the bar, according to reports. Likewise, FBI officials instructed Austin Police to not release any details of the death to the media, sources confirmed. Witnesses at the nite club were also told to “stay offline” and “keep quiet” about the shooting, sources said.
The FBI has not commented on Cincinelli’s death.
According to his resume, Cincinelli was a Supervisory Special Agent in the FBI’s Complex Financial Crimes Unit. He managed the FBI’s financial crimes program for the Northeast region, and wwas a detailee from the FBI to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Before working at FBI Headquarters, SSA Cincinelli led financial crime investigations in the FBI’s flagship New York Field Office. SSA Cincinelli conducted investigations involving market manipulation, corporate & accounting fraud, Ponzi schemes, money laundering, insider trading, and antitrust violations, among others. SSA Cincinelli worked as a fixed-income trader prior to joining the FBI, and held an MBA in Quantitative Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
Cincinelli walked away from a career as a credit trader with an MBA in quantitative finance to join the FBI. Making the switch from Wall Street, where seven-figure salaries are common, to much lower-paying government work isn’t always easy. “Some of my friends said, ‘Are you crazy? Have you lost your mind?’” said Cincinelli, whose profile on LinkedIn shows he has held positions at Bank of America and Global FX.
Cincinelli declined to discuss his prior work and said his wife initially was furious with his decision to join the FBI. She was worried for her husband’s safety and unhappy about the lengthy FBI training programs.
