Joe Biden indicted in Ukraine



The Ukraine court ruled then there was adequate evidence to investigate Shokin’s claim that Biden’s pressure on then-Pres Poroshenko -----including Biden's blatant quid pro quo-----Biden's threat to withhold $1 billion in US loan guarantees, amounted to unlawful interference in Shokin’s work as Ukraine’s chief prosecutor.


An audio tape was released by Creative Destruction Media where Joe Biden is pressuring former Ukrainian President Poroshenko to fire former Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin.


The men discuss the firing of then Prosecutor Shokin for corrupt reasons, in order to prevent an investigation into Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, and other criminal actions.


Victor Shokin was investigating Joe Biden’s son Hunter at the time.


Joe Biden was US Vice President under Obama.


Poroshenko eventually complied and fired Shokin.

CNN’s Kaitlin Collins, who’s tried to make a name for herself by getting into confrontations throughout the Wuhan virus pandemic (see Dr. Birx Takes CNN Reporter Apart After Attempted Gotcha Question), was caught red-handed yesterday. As the press briefing ended and the cameras were assumed off, the “journalist” jumped out of her seat and ripped her mask off, even as she immediately walked closer to her colleagues.

What’s really hilarious here is that Collins has made several public comments, as well as authored articles chastising the President for not wearing a mask, even when it logically made no sense to do so. President Barack Obama’s Treasury Department regularly surveilled retired Army Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn’s financial records and transactions beginning in December 2015 and well into 2017, before, during and after when he served at the White House as President Donald Trump’s National Security Director, a former senior Treasury Department official, and veteran of the intelligence community, told the Star Newspapers. 

“I started seeing things that were not correct, so I did my own little investigation, because I wanted to make sure what I was seeing was correct” she said. “You never want to draw attention to something if there is not anything there.” 

The whistleblower said she only saw metadata, that is names and dates when the general’s financial records were accessed. “I never saw what they saw.” 

By March 2016, the whistleblower said she and a colleague, who was detailed to Treasury from the intelligence community, became convinced that the surveillance of Flynn was not tied to legitimate criminal or national security concerns, but was straight-up political surveillance among other illegal activity occurring at Treasury. 

“When I showed it to her, what she said, ‘Oh, sh%t!’ and I knew right then and there that I was right – this was some shady stuff,” the whistleblower said. 

“It wasn’t just him,” the whistleblower said. “They were targeting other U.S. citizens, as well.”  Only two names are listed in the whistleblower’s official paperwork, so the others must remain sealed, she said. The second name is Paul J. Manafort Jr., the one-time chairman of Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign. 

The other names include: Members of Congress, the most senior staffers on the 2016 Trump campaign and members of Trump’s family, she said. Judge rules (quite sensibly) that Governor Brown of Oregon has no force of law to continue the State of Emergency:

SALEM, Ore. (AP) — A county judge has declared Oregon Gov. Kate Brown’s coronavirus restrictions “null and void” because she didn’t have her emergency orders approved by the Legislature following 28 days.

Baker County Circuit Judge Matthew Shirtcliff made the ruling Monday in a lawsuit brought by churches who had sued saying the social-distancing directives were unconstitutional. The suit had also argued that emergency powers only last for a month and after that Brown would have needed legislative approval. The judge agreed.

Trump did not explain what he meant by "the whole relationship," but the $500 billion figure suggests that he might have been referring to trade. Sen. Richard Burr is stepping down from his position as Senate Intelligence Committee chairman in the midst of a Justice Department investigation into the North Carolina Republican’s stock trades.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announced the decision on Thursday, Bloomberg reported.

The North Carolina Republican soldbetween $628,000 and $1.7 million in stocks on Feb. 13. ProPublica was among the first outlets to report the sales.

ProPublica reported that Burr’s brother-in-law also sold between $97,000 and $280,000 worth of sales on the same day Burr made his sales.

In March, news broke that Republican senators Richard Burr, Kelly Loeffler, Ron Johnson and Jim Inhofe sold significant stock shares following a January 24th meeting on the Coronavirus threat.

The Flynn case is fast becoming a case of gross judicial overreach as the court appears to assume both judicial and executive powers. Sullivan can disagree with the exercise of prosecutorial discretion, but he cannot substitute his own judgment for it. Flynn Atty going above Judge Sullivan for relief: Attorney Sidney Powell announced on Tuesday morning that Team Flynn has just delivered to the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit a Petition for Writ of Mandamus to correct Judge Sullivan’s unauthorized actions. This comes after Judge Emmet Sullivan REFUSED to drop the case against General Flynn even though the US Government prosecutors dropped ALL CHARGES against the Three-Star General.

The Barr Justice Department dropped its case against General Mike Flynn last Thursday after bombshell documents were released that proved he was framed by Comey’s FBI.

Judge Sullivan extended the case by soliciting amicus briefs to allow for public comment on Flynn’s criminal case.

Judge Sullivan also appointed retired Clinton appointee judge John Gleeson to argue against the government’s motion to dismiss the charge against Flynn! This came after the US Supreme Court just one week ago ruled that rogue judges CANNOT do what Judge Sullivan is wanting to do. The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 to prevent judges like Emmet Sullivan from becoming tyrants on the bench. RELIEF SOUGHT Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court order the district court immediately to (1) grant the Justice Department’s Motion to Dismiss; (2) vacate its order appointing amicus curiae; and (3) reassign the case to another district judge as to any further proceedings.
