Coronel Aispuro's sons are charged with running Sinaloa to maximize meth and fentanyl delivery to the US:
In April, U.S. prosecutors unsealed sprawling indictments against Guzmán and his brothers, known collectively as the "Chapitos." They laid out in detail how following their father's extradition and eventual life sentence in the U.S., the brothers steered the cartel increasingly into synthetic drugs like methamphetamine and the powerful synthetic opioid fentanyl.
The indictment unsealed in Manhattan said their goal was to produce huge quantities of fentanyl and sell it at the lowest price. Fentanyl is so cheap to make that the cartel reaps immense profits even wholesaling the drug at 50 cents per pill, prosecutors said. The Chapitos became known for grotesque violence that appeared to surpass any notions of restraint shown by earlier generations of cartel leaders.

An attempt is made to assassinate RFK Jr. by a man with the same unusual last name as Coronel Aspuro:
A man who claimed to be part of Robert F. Kennedy’s security detail — while carrying pistols and extra ammunition — was quickly detained by authorities after showing up at a California event featuring the Democratic presidential candidate, authorities said.
“The man, wearing two shoulder holsters with loaded pistols and spare ammunition magazines was carrying a U.S. Marshal badge on a lanyard and beltclip federal ID,” Kennedy said early Saturday on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter. “He identified himself as a member of my security detail.”
Kennedy posted an image of the man, who was wearing a black shirt with a white symbol reading “Emergency Medical Services.” Aispuro’s brother, Raymond, who dropped him off at the event and was also briefly detained, said the entire matter was a misunderstanding and that his brother, an unemployed Emergency Medical Technician, had been told there was a security job for him there.

If you put it all together a plausible scenario emerges:
El Chapo, leader of Sinaloa, is arrested and sent to the US.
His wife Coronel Aispuro is also arrested and sentenced to a hand slap of a sentence by a sympathetic judge.

Shortly before Biden arrives in Mexico to meet with the Mexican president a massive military operation captures a son of Aispuro and El Chapo known as The Mouse.

El Chapo asks the judge overseeing him for a favor in a handwritten note one month ago.
[This suggests that a favor is being asked, which implies something in return.]

2 days later The Mouse is extradited to the US and is thus vulnerable to the Biden DOJ controlled prison system.

It is likely the Biden Cabal gave her a choice: Solve their RFK Jr. problem or The Mouse would do hard time, and perhaps even be Epsteined. In custody it would be easy for them to speak with her privately about this. Coronel Aisputo had a little over a day after her release to set things in motion.]
The same day as The Mouse is extradited, and thus now under the control of the Biden Cabal, two brothers with the same last unusual name Aispuro are involved with an apparent attempt to assassinate RFK Jr.
One is let go, and the other is arrested and given a piddly small bail of $35,000. Presumably both are at large in spite of a reasonable charge of conspiracy to attempt to commit the assassination of an important presidential candidate.
[Aispuro is a very unusual name, and the timing and the name suggests a familial connection to the attempt. The poor execution of the attempt may be due to the limited time to set things in motion quickly and the necessity of using family members to do it.]
[The fact that both brothers were let go after such a serious event without much inconvenience suggests powerful support. Are these Aispuro brothers genetically related to the Sinaloa Cartel leaders? Where is the reasonable detention of the suspects and the investigation?]
Something similar may have happened before. Remember the statements of RFK Jr.:
"Kennedy said his father, the attorney general, had investigated Ruby and discovered alleged mob ties, including a mob leader he claimed was "recruited by the CIA in the [Fidel] Castro murder plot – so they were all working together in cahoots with the CIA."
He also claimed his father called a CIA desk officer in Langley, Va., the day JFK was shot, and asked ,"Did your people do this?" Bobby Kennedy also called then-CIA Director John McCone and posed same question.
"It was my father's first instinct that the agency had killed his brother," Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said.
