Vance: I speak for diplomacy, which prevented your country from being destroyed. Now you have a shortage of people, men.
Zelensky : You haven't been to Ukraine
Vance: I see the history, I see what's happening to the Ukrainian people. I see that you can't recruit people into the army. You can't attack our administration.
Trump to Zelensky: You have no right to dictate anything to us. You are now in a very disadvantageous position.
🇺🇸🇺🇦⚡️Trump to Zelensky: "Your problems start right now..."

"After three years of being lionized by European Union members (with exceptions such as Prime Minister Orbán of Hungary), Trump and Vance put Zelensky in a different light. Zelensky came off as arrogant, disrespectful (not wearing a suit in the White House and referring to the Vice President as "JD") and ungrateful, and Vance mentioned two facts most of the American media have ignored:
Zelensky interfered in our election by effectively campaigning for Harris in the swing state of Pennsylvania.
The Ukrainian government has been forced to grab men off the street for conscription because its manpower problems are so bad.
This Is Not A Marvel Movie
The Ukrainians aren't the plucky good guys. The Russians aren't cartoonishly evil. Vladimir Putin isn't a movie villain. As long as people believe this propaganda, they will resist attempts to end the war.
Russia, like all countries, is flawed, as is its leader, like all national leaders--saints don't go into politics. But a good test of American media bias is whether they would say the same things about Israel that they say about Russia.
The point stands that our media's coverage of Russia is hostile, biased, and unhelpful to those such as President Trump who seek a diplomatic solution to a conflict that has already cost the lives of far too many Ukrainians and Russians. "

More than forty U.S. military bases span the continent, from northwestern Greenland to Turkey’s border with Russia. The bulk of bases are concentrated in central Europe—primarily in Germany, Italy, Poland, and the United Kingdom. The headquarters of EUCOM is in Stuttgart, Germany, alongside the United States’ Africa Command. Many of these bases are also NATO interoperable, meaning U.S. troops work alongside the alliance’s member states to ensure cohesion across the alliance’s processes, technologies, information networks, and workforce.
U.S. forces also manage the country’s nuclear arsenal in Europe. During the early days of the Cold War, the United States deployed American troops to Europe and created a nuclear-sharing program through NATO. These programs served to deter Soviet aggression as well as prevent the proliferation of nuclear weapons among NATO allies. Under these agreements, the United States once kept nearly seven thousand nuclear weapons in Europe. Currently, it is believed to house roughly one hundred B16 gravity bombs, which are smaller, tactical nuclear weapons, in Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, and Turkey. No country may use these weapons without the permission of the United States.
Europe pays about 34 percent of operating costs for U.S. bases.

Actually its the USS Delaware. Since some are wondering why a nuclear submarine would need refueling…It needs marine diesel for its Caterpillar 3512B V-12 marine diesel engine which it uses as an auxiliary generator.

🇺🇸🇺🇦Trump told Zelensky that Ukraine is in "big trouble" in its conflict with Russia: "I know you're not winning.”

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was caught on video hurling a crude “f*ck Trump” at a reporter while en route to a meeting in the UK, a moment that’s set conservative circles ablaze. The footage, shared by @amuse on X, captures Zelensky’s outburst as he heads to solidify a newly signed 100-year alliance with the UK, detailed in a government declaration (here).
Trump Pauses Ukrainian Military Aid
Donald Trump meant it when he told Volodymyr Zelensky to “make a deal or we’re out.” He proved it on Monday.
The president suspended all military aid to Ukraine after Zelensky’s “very, very far away” statement, signaling that the embattled leader must demonstrate a good-faith commitment to peace before re-earning America’s support. According to a senior DoD official, Trump’s order will pause all U.S. military equipment not currently in Ukraine, including weapons in transit or waiting in Poland.
The move sent European allies scrambling to find a way to keep funding their continent’s bloodshed and plotting ways to get boots on the ground to fight or deter the Russians. Trump came into office with $3.85 billion remaining in funding from the previous administration.

Zelensky backtracks on mineral deal
Volodymyr Zelensky told reporters he remains "ready to sign" a U.S.-Ukraine minerals agreement on Sunday, saying his brush-up with Donald Trump happened because "we want our partners to remember who the aggressor is in this war," not because he doesn’t want a deal.
American proponents of the proposed arrangement say it would enrich the United States through natural resource acquisitions while also deterring Russia from further attacking Ukraine. Since American boots would be on the ground mining the rare earth minerals, they argue that Putin would cease his aggression because he wouldn’t want to be seen as provoking the United States.
That may be true, but it would be a dangerous gamble. Sending Americans to Ukraine could expose our country to an attack and place the White House in the disadvantageous position of having to strike Russia, the world’s most heavily armed nuclear power, or be exposed for bluffing. The administration would probably be wise to avoid the Eastern European mayhem altogether.

Tucker: Trump Responds, Says Zelensky’s Days May Be Numbered
Donald Trump clobbered Zelensky’s declaration on Monday, saying his fight to the bitter end mentality could yield his replacement with someone less accepting of his country’s destruction.
“This is the worst statement that could have been made by Zelenskyy, and America will not put up with it for much longer!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
“Everybody has to get into a room, so to speak, and we have to make a deal, and the deal can be made very fast,” he added at the White House. “Now, maybe somebody doesn’t want to make a deal, and if somebody doesn’t want to make a deal, I think that person won’t be around very long. That person will not be listened to very long. Because I believe that Russia wants to make a deal. I believe, certainly, the people of Ukraine want to make a deal.”
The way this ends could define Trump’s legacy. History will remember Joe Biden for baiting Russia into starting this war and then doing absolutely nothing to put an end to it. The new president has an extraordinary opportunity to clean up the mess.

The US also hung the UK flag upside down:
How to Know if a Union Jack Has Been Hung Upside
Examining the Stripes |Hanging the Flag In Other Circumstances |Q&A The Union Jack, also known as the Union Flag, is the official flag for the United Kingdom.[1] Unfortunately, the flag is not symmetric, which leads many people to accidentally hang it so the design appears upside down. This is often considered a sign of disrespect for those that live in the UK.[2] Luckily, if you pay close attention to the size of the stripes, you can hang your Union Jack the right way every time.
UK also gets the same sort of Push Back
The White House hosted British Prime Minister Keir Starmer on Thursday as part of preparations for the Zelensky summit, but things between the two nations’ leaders were not all jolly good. Starmer and JD Vance sparred over Western Europe’s ongoing free speech censorship during their on-camera Oval Office meeting.
"I said what I said,” Vance remarked in reference to his scathing Munich Security Conference speech. “Which is that we do have, of course, a special relationship with our friends in the U.K. and also with some of our European allies. But we also know that there have been infringements on free speech that actually affect not just the British. Of course, what the British do in their own country is up to them, but [it also affects] American technology companies and, by extension, American citizens.”
Starmer responded by assuring, "We’ve had free speech for a very, very long time in the United Kingdom, and it will last for a very, very long time," which is false. Just last year, British authorities convicted an Army veteran for silently praying for his unborn son outside an abortion clinic.

More than two dozen drug cartel suspects from Mexico are in U.S. custody after America’s southern neighbor decided to get ‘em out.
Mexican authorities deported the 29 drug trafficking suspects to the United States on Thursday, signaling a commitment to cooperating with the Trump administration’s ongoing border control efforts.

Romanian Presidential Favorite Arrested. Update: Then let go after leg injured and demonstrations...
The Romanian government took a page out of Joe Biden’s playbook on Wednesday, arresting right-wing populist presidential candidate Calin Georgescu over flimsy finance allegations, a weapons charge, and daring to promote opinions of which the people in charge disapprove.
Like Ukraine, Romania canceled its 2024 presidential election. Its leaders feared that someone like Georgescu could have won, so they denied their people the right of self-representation to prevent his victory.
Thousands of protesters have taken to the streets to support the political prisoner, who has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and argued the election was "canceled illegally and unconstitutionally."
Georgescu said on Facebook that authorities "are looking to invent evidence to justify the theft of the elections and to do anything to block my new candidacy for the presidency." Does that sound familiar?

Blackrock buys Panama Canal Ports
"Deal involves sale of bulk of ports owned by Hong Kong-based conglomerate CK Hutchison
BlackRock has agreed to buy two major ports at the Panama Canal from their Hong Kong-based owner, following pressure from Donald Trump over alleged Chinese influence at the vital waterway.
In apparent reference to the ports, the US president has frequently alleged that “China is running the Panama Canal”, adding last month that “we’re going to take it back, or something very powerful is going to happen”.
The ports’ Hong Kong-based owner CK Hutchison will sell the business to a consortium including BlackRock, Global Infrastructure Partners and Terminal Investment, according to a company statement on Tuesday.
In a large-scale investment in the sector, the consortium will acquire a 90 per cent stake in the CK Hutchison subsidiary that operates the two ports in Panama. The deal also includes an 80 per cent stake of CK Hutchison’s ports subsidiaries, which run 43 ports in 23 countries, including the UK and in Germany."

The U.S. investment firm BlackRock has reached an agreement to purchase two major ports in the Panama Canal from their current Hong Kong-based owner, according to Financial Times.
The deal follows repeated concerns from U.S. President Donald Trump about alleged Chinese influence over the canal. Trump had even suggested using force to reclaim control over key infrastructure.
As part of the agreement, Hong Kong's CK Hutchison will sell its stake to a consortium that includes BlackRock, Global Infrastructure Partners, and Terminal Investment. The consortium will acquire a 90% share in CK Hutchison’s subsidiary that operates the two Panamanian ports.
