The life cycle of America:
Democracies, our constitutional republic, or civilizations all operate on historic cycles (fact).
They begin in bondage or slavery and move through generational cycles straight back to bondage (without exception).
Democracies typically take 200 years.
What are the cycles?
1. Bondage to spiritual faith.
2. Spiritual faith to great courage.
3. Courage to liberty.
4. Liberty to abundance.
5. Abundance to selfishness.
6. Selfishness to complacency.
7. Complacency to apathy.
8. Apathy to dependence.
9. Dependence back to bondage.
This model is cyclical, portrays a repeating pattern driven by human virtues & vices, where initial hardship fosters strength & unity, but prosperity breeds entitlement & reliance on the state, ultimately returning to authoritarianism.
I am suggesting that prosperity sows the seeds of an empire’s downfall, ours is attributed more to moral and spiritual decay despite the pockets of optimism and awakening we see in parts of our nation today.
Creative minorities can rise up with effective leaders & leadership to help overcome eventual collapse (this supports brief moments of hope). Collapse isn’t inevitable but it is factual. Just

🇺🇸🇮🇱 CIA doubted Israeli intelligence behind Trump's secret Turkey escape — WaPo
US intelligence officials were skeptical of the Iranian assassination threat that Israel relayed to Washington, which prompted Trump's clandestine plane switch out of Turkey in early July, The Washington Post reports, citing current and former US officials.
CIA analysts did not find the Israeli-provided intelligence compelling and communicated that skepticism to Trump administration officials. One official called it "Israeli-derived, not US-generated, and viewed as low confidence."
Despite the doubts, the White House and Secret Service opted not to take chances and proceeded with additional security measures, including the covert switch via catering truck to a C-32A aircraft.
Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) questioned whether the Israeli intelligence could be independently verified.

The officials are the head of the Mossad’s Intelligence Directorate, who entered the position in December, and the head of the agency’s Iran division.

Donald Trump told Fox & Friends on Tuesday that Israel “would not exist” if he were not in the White House.
“[Iran] cannot have a nuclear weapon, it’s very simple… If they had a nuclear weapon, you would not have Israel around,” the president said. “Frankly, if I weren’t president of the United States, Israel today would not exist.”
Trump did not explain how the U.S. government committing time, money, and resources to helping Israel stay around does anything to improve the lives of average Americans, but that is not this story’s main takeaway. The following paragraph is.
The president is correct that he has done an absurd amount to help Benjamin Netanyahu’s tiny little country, so you would think its people would show boundless gratitude. But they do not. This June poll found that 67% of the Israeli public somehow thinks Trump is not doing enough for their nation. It is hard to fathom that level of entitlement.

Al-Qaeda, though weakened, still runs two propaganda channels targeting Spain as well.
A new production outlet, Ansar Al-Ándalus, emerged in 2025 and put out around 30 Spanish-language messages in its first six months before going quiet in June for unknown reasons. Longer-running channels — Mathani, La Voz de Al-Ándalus, Al Khayr Media, Halummu Media, Al Faruk, Al Fursan, and Tech Haven — continue to carry the bulk of the propaganda and threats, invoking the 2017 Barcelona/Cambrils attacks and demanding Spain withdraw from the anti-ISIS coalition. Recurring messaging frames "Al-Andalus" as historically Muslim land to be "recovered by force."

Wildfire Betting?
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Amid a historic wildfire season in Oregon, Senator Jeff Merkley (D-OR) is leading a call for the federal government to crack down on wildfire betting in prediction markets.
On Monday, Merkley and a small group of Democrats, sent a letter to Commodity Futures Trading Commission Chairman Michael Selig, outlining public safety and insider trading concerns as prediction market platformssuch as Polymarket allow users to bet on wildfires and their severity. These platforms also allow for bets in other arenas such as natural disasters, government actions, elections and sports.
In the letter, the senators asked the commission if it is planning on banning wildfire bets and asked which types of bets it will allow — such as bets on how long a fire will last, how much a fire will destroy and how much a fire will grow. The senators also asked what enforcement actions, if any, the commission is planning related to the event contracts
“Offering bets on destructive wildfires threatens to minimize communities’ suffering all so the rich and powerful can profit,” the senators wrote Chair Selig. “There’s also the heightened risk—according to state and local fire officials—that individuals could be tempted to commit arson in order to make sure their bets are successful. By offering contracts on fires, prediction market sites run the risk of encouraging people to influence fires that have already started, creating additional concerns around public safety and insider trading.”
The senators also asked the commission to implement “common-sense guardrails” to prevent gamblers from profiting off of natural disasters and other events.
