The Association of American Physicians & Surgeons filed its motion for a preliminary injunction to compel release to the public of hydroxychloroquine by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), in AAPS v. HHS, No. 1:20-cv-00493-RJJ-SJB (W.D. Mich.). Nearly 100 million doses of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) were donated to these agencies, and yet they have not released virtually any of it to the public.

Laser warfare:
Three federal agents who were sent to Portland, Ore., to try to help quell the city’s violent protests were “likely left permanently blinded” from clashes, White House officials said Friday. “A federal agent’s hand was impaled by planted nails, another federal agent was shot with a pellet gun, leaving a wound deep to the bone, and tragically, three federal officers were likely left permanently blinded by the rioters using lasers pointed directly into their eyes,” White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany told reporters Friday.
All five of the injured federal agents were hurt Monday during ongoing protests at the Multnomah County Justice Center and a nearby federal courthouse in Oregon’s largest city. President Trump’s press secretary warned, “The Trump administration will not stand by and allow anarchy in our streets.”
“When officers responded to put out these fires, glass bottles were thrown and lasers — which can cause permanent blindness — were shined in their eyes,” Cline said. “We have three officers who currently have eye injuries, and they may not recover sight in those eyes from those laser attacks.”
FPS officials have since reportedly purchased protective eyewear for the federal officers to wear.
The laser attacks on federal agents continued late Thursday as an estimated 2,000 protesters again flooded the streets outside the justice center and adjacent courthouse.
Alex Zielinski alerted Antifa militants to Andy Ngo's whereabouts during rioting in Portland where Ngo was reporting undercover. Zielinski's revealing of Ngo's location endangered both Ngo and those around him. Shortly after, Ngo was attacked by lasers in an attempt to blind him.
Ngo, editor-at-large for The Post Millennial, has been reporting on the Portland riots which have been going on nightly for two months.

California: Restrictions Relaxed for Gay Bathhouses, Sex Venues
Gay bathhouses could have an easier time returning to San Francisco, after the board of supervisors approved an ordinance that would ease restrictions for adult sex venues on July 21 with a unaminous vote.
This will amend the Heath Code, requiring the Director of Health to “adopt minimum health and safety standards” for commercial adult sex venues. It will also remove decades-old policies that required these businesses to monitor sexual activities and prohibited private rooms and locked doors.

Lockdown is killing over 100,000 children:
A new report from the United Nations published in the medical journal The Lancet estimates well over 100,000 children will starve to death in 2020 due to the economic fallout from the economic restrictions of the U.S. and other Western nations.
The study, published Monday, estimates anywhere from 111,193 to 178,510 children younger than 5 years old will die from starvation this year thanks to the lockdowns.
“Estimates from the International Food Policy Research Institute suggest that because of the pandemic an additional 140 million people will be thrown into living in extreme poverty on less than US $1.90 per day in 2020. According to the World Food Programme, the number of people in [low-income and middle-income countries] facing acute food insecurity will nearly double to 265 million by the end of 2020,” the study reported.

DC Mayor exempts federal bigshots from masking:
Washington, D.C., mayor Muriel Bowser (D.) issued a universal masking order for her city Wednesday but exempted lawmakers, judges, and federal employees.
The order mandates the wearing of masks in all indoor and outdoor settings where social distancing cannot be observed. No other designated profession is exempt from wearing a mask, except when a piece of work equipment would preclude mask use. Consequences for ignoring the order include fines of up to $1,000.

A judge assigned to the Deutchebank Epstein case suffered a terrible loss as her son and husband were shot, possibly in an attempt to kill her. The guy who appeared to do it was found a short time later having apparently killed himself.
