Trump Is Ill-Served by Advisers Pushing Him to Concede, Former Overstock CEO Says

President Donald Trump’s advisers “want him to lose” the election “and are lying to him,” according to Patrick Byrne, the former Overstock.com CEO who says he was part of a lengthy White House meeting on Dec. 18.
“Trump is lied to by his own advisers, who tell staff ‘get the president to concede’ while they stall Trump,” Byrne wrote on Twitter on Dec. 20.
Byrne specifically pointed to White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, General Counsel Pat Cipollone, and a pair of attorneys who he referred to by their first names, Eric and Derek. The White House didn’t respond to a request for comment by press time.
“I can promise you: President Trump is being terribly served by his advisers,” Byrne said, “They want him to lose and are lying to him. He is [surrounded] by mendacious mediocrities.”
Trump has not conceded the 2020 election, which he believes was stolen. His legal team and third parties like Powell are pursuing legal challenges in six states, including several cases pending in the U.S. Supreme Court. The president’s legal team has also pushed state legislatures to assert their constitutional power to name electors.
Byrne wrote: “It is 100% winnable. No martial law required. Sydney and [Lt. Gen. Michael] Flynn presented a course that I estimate has 50% – 75% chance of victory. His staff just try to convince him to do nothing but accept it. As a CEO, my heart broke to see what he is going through. He is betrayed from within.”
Byrne said he spent 4 1/2 hours at the White House. Media reports also cited anonymous sources claiming that during the meeting, the president discussed the potential of appointing Powell as a special prosecutor to investigate election fraud. Powell didn’t respond to a request for comment by press time.
Byrne said the president “wants to fight on.” Those opposing Trump’s plans are concerned with how such moves may be perceived in the media, according to Byrne.
“Meadows and legal staff led by GC Cippolone reflexively shoot down every sober discussion or idea presented. Their frame of mind is automatic: ‘We better not try that, it may not work, it would hurt your reputation in the press,’” Byrne wrote. “No kidding, they say stuff like that. “They are bending over backwards to come up with reasons to tell him he can’t do anything. "
Byrne has a strong dislike of Cipollone, blasting when asked who leaked the meeting, “White House General Counsel Pat Cippolone.”…”I’m not afraid of these weasels. A greasy slickster like Pat Cippollone leaks lies to the NYT. I tell the truth publicly.”…”No intelligence was involved. It was the White House general counsel and his team.”
Byrne posted photos from the White House to prove he was there Friday night.

Dr. Paul Thomas Targeted By Medical Board & Media After Landmark Vaccine Study - Interview
Recently a landmark study was conducted by Dr. James Lyons-Weiler and Dr. Paul Thomas. The study compared vaccinated children and unvaccinated children and was published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health on November 22, 2020 after being peer reviewed.
Dr. Weiler, a research scientist and co-author of the study, was recently interviewed by Activist Post Contributor Spiro Skouras. In the interview, Weiler breaks down the data from the study which indicates children who were vaccinated showed a higher rate of medical office visits and experienced an elevated rate of medical symptoms ranging from Asthma and behavioral issues, to ADHD and Anemia.
In this report, Spiro interviews Dr. Paul Thomas, a prominent pediatrician in Portland Oregon who also co-authored the study and used 10+ years of data from his medical practice to conduct the study.
Shortly after the vaccinated versus unvaccinated study was published, five days in fact. The Oregon State Medical Board held an emergency meeting declaring that Dr. Paul was an immediate threat to his patients and the public and suspended his medical license.
In this interview, Dr. Paul addresses the accusations leveled against himself and his practice, in addition to breaking down in detail, the studies findings. Dr. Paul also weighs in on the CDC recommended vaccine schedule and the experimental Covid vaccine.

Law Prohibits Pence From Accepting Electoral Votes From Fraudulently Certified States – Constitutional Lawyer
Ivan Raiklin says Vice President Pence can request states send Electoral College slates that actually reflect the will of the people.
Republicans in Pennsylvania and Arizona have asked the U.S. Congress not to accept the votes assigned by the state’s Secretary of State, suggesting they represent fraudulent election results.
Should Pence take this action, he is then instructed by the law to request these states immediately send accurate Electoral College Certificates before January 6.
According to Raiklin, the Constitution would allow these states to be completely stricken from the Electoral College if Pence should refuse to accept them, and the number of Electoral College votes required to win would shrink dramatically from 270. President Trump would win under a simple majority of Electoral College votes, 232-227, without any risk of triggering a contingent election.
Raiklin told National File that Pence will essentially force states to reclaim their Constitutional power to appoint Electoral College votes.
“That forces State Legislatures’ hand,” said Raiklin. “Pence can force the legislatures to reclaim their Constitutional power, hold a session, and appoint the Electoral College votes themselves as the Supreme Court did not address this issue.”
While many legal scholars have indicated there is ambiguity about how Electoral Votes are accepted, the media has maintained that Biden’s electoral win was secured on December 14, and will be confirmed on January 20. However, Raiklin tells National File he is willing to defend his analysis.
“I challenge any attorney anywhere to fact check this. If you have a different legal analysis, prove it.”
Should Republicans push for a contingent election, President Trump’s victory would again rely on Pence to cast the tie breaking vote after the House and Senate are deadlocked on whether battleground states Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Michigan, and Wisconsin should be stricken from the total. Should neither candidate reach 270 votes, a contingent election would almost certainly see President Trump reelected by a vote cast by individual states, not Representatives, in the House, and Vice President Pence reelected in the Senate.
President Trump and his Republican allies in the House of Representatives and potentially the Senate have been preparing for an Electoral College contest on January 6 that may well lead to a contingent election. According to Raiklin, this would spare the country from this almost wholly uncharted territory.

Every job in America is essential to the family that relies on it and the communities that are stronger as a consequence.
As Americans, we have difficult challenges ahead, and President Trump has taught us how to deal with them straight on. Never giving in on matters of principle. Donald Trump won a landslide election among people who actually showed up and voted. Think about that.
And you know what? The farther you got away from the validation of the voter and their identity, the more Joe Biden’s margins went up. I mean, with the people whose votes weren’t validated who came in by the mail Joe Biden was getting vote totals that would have made Bashar al-Assad blush.
Now, in 2016 they couldn’t beat Trump with actual voters at the Ballot Box. So they tried with impeachment at the witness box, and when that failed they ran to the mailbox where they could process hundreds of thousands of votes, oftentimes in the dark of night without signature matches, excluding the observers, sometimes where people voted in different states, sometimes when they lived in different states, sometimes when they weren’t even alive at all.
And so on January 6th, I’m joining with the fighters in the Congress and we are going to object to electors from states that didn’t run clean elections.
“We are done running plays from the establishment’s losing playbook,” added Gaetz. “It is time to stand and fight.”
“The odds may be tough,” Gaetz said. “It may be the 4th and long, but we’re going for it on January 6th. Our friends in the media will breathlessly exclaim that we are attacking democracy. That’s nonsense. Democracy is left undefended if we accept the result of a stolen election, without fighting with every bit of vigor we can muster.”
Gaetz highlighted left-wing political coordination between news media and Big Tech in terms of information control and censorship.
“Meanwhile, the media and their woketopian allies in Silicon Valley only grow stronger in their ability to superspread lies and bullshit,” Gaetz warned. “Our constitutional system reposes power in the people, and the media resents the hell out of it. They no longer want to program the news. They want to program you, controlling what you see and what you hear so that they can manage how you behave.
Gaetz continued, “Well, I guess in their eyes, we’re all behaving a little badly, but maybe more bad behavior is what we need to advance the America First agenda, because I don’t know about you, but I’m not going back to yesterday’s Republican Party.”
Gaetz added, “I’m not going back to losing politely with Mitt Romney. I’m not going back to the Bushes or the Cheneys. This is Donald Trump’s party, and I am a Donald Trump Republican.”
Back in May we reported on The Gateway Pundit website a curious and emphatic correlation between the flu jab and Covid-19 mortality. Comparing data from across Europe, we found that countries with high coverage of influenza vaccination in the elderly had the highest death toll from the coronavirus pandemic.
Christian Wehenkel, in the journal PeerJ (1 October 2020), studied 26 European countries and found a strong correlation (r = 0.62) between flu jab uptake and Covid deaths in older people.
Potentially, the flu jab may reduce immunity to other upper respiratory tract infections, as suggested on the BMJ website by paediatrician Alan Cunningham: –
