It appears the Deep State has scuttled the peace process with Russia, and they kept Trump in the dark about it...
NYT – Tulsi Gabbard, the director of national intelligence, is moving the assembly of the president’s daily intelligence brief from the C.I.A. headquarters to her own complex, according to officials briefed on the move.
Dagny's Take on the current situation:
Trump is trying to keep pressure on Russia to settle a deal and because of that the US is still providing Intel and weaponry to Ukraine. Trump wants to keep Russia from continuing to move forward.
Providing the intel on Putin's location was a mistake from Trump's point of view - perpetrated by Ukraine and the Deep State including NeoCon RINOS, and the net result is that the US actually assisted in an attempted assassination of Putin.
Russia is fed up with the pretense of negotiations, and sees the US helping Ukraine in the attempt on Putin as a hard line. The US can no longer assist Ukraine with material and intelligence without being an enemy.
Trump thinks that Putin has overreacted to this. Trying to seem in the middle he is criticizing both sides to keep the moderator position. That may no longer be tenable without the US bakcing away from Ukraine support completely.
Why hasn't Russia hit Zelensky? It may have tried, as we do not know the full reasons for the Russian targeting. The US thinks Russia has insufficient Intel of where Zelensky is. It is a cat and mouse game. That is why Russia has not killed Zelensky yet, but with more hits in Kiev and continuing Russian espionage in Ukraine and elsewhere that may change. The diplomatic policy of not killing the head of state has clearly been abrogated by Ukraine.
With regards to Israel: the Israelis want to kill all of the Gaza people ASAP and Trump is trying to save their lives. It's the Christian thing for Trump to do.
Because the US is trying to negotiate peace with Iran it gives Israel a free hand to kill the people of Gaza. If the US were to come down on Israel and stop weapons then that would embolden Iran and destroy our negotiating position.
It is the same thing with Ukraine. If we abandoned Ukraine with respect to weapons and Intelligence then that would sabotage our negotiating position with Russia.
Fundamentally that is the problem: If we stop supporting one side the other will take advantage of that in the negotiations for peace.
Trump believes that these foreign risks of WW3 have to be taken care of first before the hammer can fall on the Deep State in the US with actual arrests. Arrests would create another hot war in the home front. That is why he probably ordered Kash and Dan to lie about Epstein killing himself. That is probably why arrests have been minimal. That is probably why the House is going on summer vacation. Things are substantially on hold here until the overseas WW3 risk is taken care of because WW3 is an existential threat to humanity.
In the meantime preparations for arrests are in progress behind the scenes. The Diddy trial is waking a lot of people up, grand juries are in progress, and the wheels of justice are slowly grinding. Deals may be made behind closed doors. It cannot be public yet, or while WW3 is at high risk.
The Deep State attempt to kill Putin, and the US military and intelligence state helped. Not a great way to negotiate for peace...
According to Kremlin air defense officer Yury Dashkin, the Russian president’s helicopter was at the “epicenter of an operation to repel a massive drone attack” last week. He narrowly escaped death.
The alleged incident occurred as Putin visited Russia’s Kursk region, where last year Ukrainian forces launched the most significant incursion into Russian territory since World War II. Dashkin said the chopper became embroiled in an “unprecedented” Ukrainian attack comprised of dozens of fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles during the visit and that Russian air forces destroyed 46 enemy drones to aid the escape.
The episode comes as both sides of the conflict claim an increase in drone strikes, with Moscow accusing Ukraine of launching 764 drones into Russian territory between Tuesday and Friday, and Volodymyr Zelensky saying the Russians launched roughly 300 drones and 70 missiles into his country on Saturday.

Russian Air Force Major-General Yuri Dashkin said Putin’s helicopter was “virtually at the epicenter of repelling a large-scale attack by the enemy’s drones,” and that 46 drones were shot down during the attack, according to a report from the Associated Press.The area borders Ukraine and has been occupied by their troops since August.Dashkin explained, “During the period when the President [Putin] was working in the Kursk region, the enemy launched an unprecedented attack with unmanned aerial vehicles. The air defence group in this area destroyed 46 aircraft-type [Ukrainian military drones].”“The intensity of the attack during the flight of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s aircraft over Kursk region increased significantly. Putin’s visit to the war zone was not announced until he had returned to safety, indicating that Ukraine had inside information.The Russian president has largely avoided active war zones during the three-year-long conflict.

Word in Moscow is if Merz uses German weapons to strike Moscow - and we all know that Kiev has no independent capacity to operate Tauruses or other long-range missiles - then Russia will have no choice but to strike Berlin directly.

What happened is that Ukraine launched a major attack via hundreds of drones, aimed at Moscow. AND, his hellicopter was attacked by dozens of drones when he flew to Kursk.
That's what happened,
So the Russians are hitting drone-manufacturing hovels in industrial suburbia. And Russia has announced the zone sanitaire at the 'old Russia/Ukraine' border in 'the North', because these drones were all coming from the Northern bump.
So it's a reaction.
At the end of that gaggle, someone brought up liddle z trying to kill Putin. Trump said he hadn't heard that and walked off saying "well, maybe that's it."
Ukraine has been murdering civilians for 9 years already. And since the war started have regularly targeted civilians, along with committing or funding terror attacks not just in Russia but other countries. And have literal, actual Nazi battalions.

The Royal Navy is planning joint Arctic patrols with Norway, has shared defense tech with Oslo, and wants to build an AI-based scheme with Iceland to detect hostile vessels.
“The Arctic is fast becoming an area of intense focus for geopolitical competition – and a key flank of NATO’s defenses,” foreign secretary David Lammy told The Telegraph.
“As ice caps in the region melt, new shipping routes and resources will be exposed, further heightening the risk of confrontation. That’s why we must take action to deter threats in the Arctic,” he added.
Lammy didn’t clarify how the Northern Sea Route, the “new shipping route” which falls entirely within Russia’s Arctic territory, is a “threat” to the UK, which has zero claim to the area, or the broader region.
It’s also unclear what he means by “risk of confrontation,” unless NATO actively tries to poke its nose in Russia’s Arctic territories.
IDF empties the barracks: ALL standing infantry, armored brigades deployed to Gaza
Five combat divisions, assault brigades and other units are now concentrated in the Strip, per the Israeli military.
The deployment includes:

The IDF announced the start of a new large-scale operation in the besieged Strip last week known as “Gideon’s Chariots.” Its stated goal is to crush Hamas and free any remaining hostages, and take full control of Gaza.
The operation has sparked faux condemnation of prime minister Netanyahu by key Israeli allies including France, Britain, Canada, Spain, the Netherlands and even the United States, which has reportedly asked Israel to halt its offensive to continue hostage talks, and expressed revulsion at media images of dead children coming out of the strip.

This was done by Gaza civilians, armed gangs, and organized clans.

We hit the Japanese twice with nuclear weapons to achieve unconditional surrender. It should be the same here."

Greece’s government says work has been completed on a giant undersea power cable linking the mainland to Crete. The next step? Linking the cable to Cyprus, and by the end of the decade, connecting it to Israel.
Once complete, the 1,208 km project, known as the Great Sea Interconnector, will be the world’s longest, deepest and most expensive (€2.5-4+ bln, $2.8-4.5 bln US) submarine power cable.

But apparently Athens has no such qualms about Israel, which has turned 92% of Gaza into rubble (UNRWA estimate) killed 64,000 people (Lancet says up to 40% more), and launched a new offensive which even Trump has found distasteful.

TARIFF TRAP: TRUMP CORNERS EUROPE ON TRADE
Donald Trump is ramping up pressure on the European Union with a stark trade ultimatum: either align with Washington’s tariff agenda vis-à-vis China or risk sweeping 50% duties on exports to the US.
Trade analysts say the strategy hinges on forcing the EU into a corner — choosing between maintaining strong economic ties with the US or ditching Washington and expanding trade relations with China. Trump’s message is simple: if the EU won't apply pressure on Beijing via its own tariff policies, it could find itself on the receiving end of Washington's economic retaliation.
The stakes are high. In 2024, EU exports to the US exceeded $604 billion, making up over 20% of the bloc’s total exports, compared to $242.5 billion to China—just 8.3%. With this in mind, Trump’s hardball approach could prove effective.
Still, no strategy is foolproof. There’s a chance the EU will defy US pressure and choose to pursue deeper trade ties with China. In that case, Washington may follow through on its threat and lock in the 50% tariffs as a permanent measure.

This is another way to look at the whole thing: The two competing Cabals.
The whole battleground in the political arena has been mutual attempts between West Coast cabal versus the East Coast cabal to do blackmail on each other.
It is a web of blackmail. The battleground has been who can you blackmail. There was a competition in technology and violence to see who can get control of who.
Obama had dirt on Biden, and Biden had dirt on Obama. Therefore they tolerated each other. The whole thing was a big battlefield.
Then there is the whole Israel angle. Epstein and his victims. On the other side was Diddy Obama Kamala.
