Trump's winning streak in the SCOTUS has ended.
Justices John Roberts, Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, Amy Coney Barrett, and Ketanji Brown ruled against Trump. Jackson seemingly backed the unsigned order while Justice Brett Kavanaugh wrote a concurring opinion.
Only Justices Sam Alito and Clarence Thomas understand the public policy issue, this time joined by Neil Gorsuch. In their 16-page dissent, they state “[w]hatever one may think about the current administration’s enforcement of the immigration laws or the way ICE has conducted its operations, the protection of federal officers from potentially lethal attacks should not be thwarted.”
Justices Samuel Alito wrote a dissenting opinion, which Justice Clarence Thomas joined. Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote a dissenting opinion as well.
“Whatever one may think about the current administration’s enforcement of the immigration laws or the way ICE has conducted its operations, the protection of federal officers from potentially lethal attacks should not be thwarted,” Alito wrote in his dissenting opinion. “I therefore respectfully dissent.”
As Breitbart News has chronicled for months, violent rioters have descended on an ICE facility in Broadview, Illinois, where agents have not only been attacked, but rioters have chanted “Kill ICE!” and “Shoot ICE!”
The case is Trump v. Illinois, No. 25A443 in the Supreme Court of the United States.

Robert's children were received under suspicious circumstances. Some weak but suggestive evidence exists that Roberts took a bribe for his Obamacare ruling, and that he was present for activities in a tropical venue with Bill Clinton, and one of the Podesta brothers.
Barrett also has adopted children, and a suspicious book deal.
Kavanaugh had a lot of sexual allegations during his confirmation.

"We conclude that the term “regular forces” in §12406(3) likely refers to the regular forces of the United States military. This interpretation means that to call the Guard into active federal service under §12406(3), the President must be “unable” with the regular military “to execute the laws of the United States.”
The specific ruling wasn’t “authorizing Trump“ but it indirectly states he has to try using the military before he is to use the guard and this is f**** awesome.

Washington State Legislature moved in the last session to end a longstanding sales tax exemption on the sale of bullion. Starting Jan. 1, people who purchase precious metals in Washington will pay state and local taxes ranging from 7.5% to 10.6%. Patriot Polling surveyed 416 people residing across the Danish territory of Greenland on their support for joining the United States.
After being elected President of the United States in November, Donald Trump has proposed the United States acquiring Greenland from Denmark. Trump previously floated the idea in 2019, during his first term.
Our survey finds that a substantial majority of Greenlandic residents support joining the United States. During the time that this poll was conducted, Donald Trump Jr. made a visit to Greenland.
