Texas AG Ken Paxton Announces $1.375 Billion Settlement from Google for Privacy Violations
QUOTE: In 2022, Attorney General Paxton sued Google for unlawfully tracking and collecting users’ private data regarding geolocation, incognito searches, and biometric data. After years of aggressive litigation, Attorney General Paxton agreed to settle Texas’s data-privacy claims against Google for an amount that far surpasses any other state’s claims for similar violations.
To date, no state has attained a settlement against Google for similar data-privacy violations greater than $93 million. Even a multistate coalition that included forty states secured just $391 million—almost a billion dollars less than Texas’s recovery.

They cut their hair, put on suits and infiltrate the system from within.” These Marxist revolutionaries have created a Counter-Intelligence (CI) nightmare in the ranks of the U.S. Government — and a seditious Marxist counter-state operating within it!The clearance adjudication mechanisms all need immediate top-down review, especially of people placed in their job by Obama, Brennan, and Biden. That is not intended as a political litmus test — it is a sound counter-intelligence practice. It isn’t our fault that these people were hired by Marxist revolutionaries. They now merit intense scrutiny.
We are serious when we say John Brennan is still running the CIA through the moles he placed throughout the agency. DCI John Ratcliffe is in a state of strategic incomprehension regarding this, but that is no reason why the DOJ can’t bypass Ratcliffe and start treating Brennan, Clapper, and that crew as suspects.
Additionally, the entire DCSA Leadership team needs to be examined. For example, Edward J. “Ned” Fish started in February 2013 at DOD CAF (rebranded to DCAS CAS in 2022), right in the middle of Obama’s two terms. Why would a dedicated subversive like Obama risk hiring someone like Ned Fish into a sensitive government position if he couldn’t be trusted to do the bidding of Obama?

U.S. Secures One of Largest Fentanyl Seizure in History
Attorney General Pam Bondi announced law enforcement’s seizure of 11.5 kilos of fentanyl on Tuesday, including 3 million pills of the killer drug. Officials also confiscated roughly 35 kilos of meth, 7.5 kilos of cocaine and 4.5 kilos of heroin, $5 million in cash, and 49 rifles and pistols.
The operation resulted in the arrests of multiple Sinaloa Cartel members, six of whom lived in the United States illegally. The group’s leader, Alberto Salazar Amaya, lived in Salem, Oregon. He allegedly oversaw the distribution of the drugs in New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah.
Bondi added that she has no desire to send the illegal criminals back to Mexico, telling reporters, “If convicted, [they] will remain in American prisons. Perhaps Alcatraz."

Old Antibiotic Shows Promise Against Lyme Disease at Ultra-Low Doses Scientists uncover why Lyme disease lingers and how to fight it.
In a pair of studies published recently in Science Translational Medicine, scientists showed that piperacillin—a Food and Drug Administration-approved antibiotic—cleared Lyme infections in mice at doses up to 100 times lower than those of doxycycline, the current first-line treatment.
Unlike doxycycline, piperacillin targets the Lyme disease bacteria specifically, sparing the gut microbiome from the disruption that typically accompanies doxycycline use.
“What was remarkable to us was how well piperacillin worked at really low doses,” Brandon L. Jutras, a professor in the microbiology-immunology department at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and lead researcher, told The Epoch Times. “We don’t need to provide it at a concentration that could kill other microbes.”
The team also found that remnants of the Lyme bacteria can remain in the body after being treated with antibiotics, which may explain why some people experience chronic symptoms even after being treated for Lyme infection.
Currently, piperacillin is used to treat pneumonia and urinary tract infections and is not approved for use against Lyme disease in humans.
DHS Secretary going after California for federal money to illegals
California Governor Gavin Newsom and his fellow Democrat cronies are in hot water with Team Trump for openly flouting immigration law, and DHS Secretary Kristi Noem has a brutal message for those illegal aliens and states who continue to break the law.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced Monday morning in a press release that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Los Angeles Field Office issued a Title 8 subpoena to the State of California’s Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants (CAPI). California Democrats have utilized this program for years to provide benefits to migrants ineligible for Social Security benefits due to their immigration status.
The DHS is demanding all records from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services to ascertain whether illegals received Supplemental Security Income (SSI) from the Social Security Administration. The subpoena covers the years since 2021.

Robert Kennedy accused the Biden Health and Human Services Department of being “a collaborator in child trafficking and for sex and for slavery.” The assertion derives from the claim that the previous administration’s open borders led to the loss of 300,000 children.
According to a February report, the Trump administration was quick to investigate Biden’s “dangerous lack of vetting of migrant children” that exposed thousands to illegal labor, sex trafficking, and exploitation.
“This was a heinous dereliction of duty by the Biden administration and must be immediately rectified in order to protect vulnerable children,” the White House wrote.

The days of rogue district court judges hijacking executive authority may finally be numbered. On Thursday, the Supreme Court is set to hear arguments in a consolidated case, Trump v. CASA, which challenges lower court rulings that blocked President Trump’s executive order ending birthright citizenship for children born in the U.S. to illegal immigrants. Despite the constitutional authority granted to the executive branch on immigration matters, three district judges issued sweeping nationwide injunctions halting the order. Now, the highest court may have the chance to rein in judicial overreach and restore balance between the branches of government.
Since President Trump began his second term, liberal judges have weaponized nationwide injunctions against his administration an astonishing 17 times in just the first few months — and that’s only counting through late March 2025. This is nothing new, of course.
Even Newsweek seems to believe that the court will side with the Trump administration.
“In the Trump years, people used to go to the Northern District of California, and in the Biden years, they go to Texas,” Kagan said in 2022. “It just can’t be right that one district judge can stop a nationwide policy in its tracks and leave it stopped for the years that it takes to go through the normal process.”
Let’s be honest: Nationwide injunctions were never about judicial oversight. They’ve been the left’s go-to tool for blocking President Trump’s agenda through activist judges. With just one ruling, any of the hundreds of district court judges in the country can nullify federal policy they don’t like.
Now, the left is panicking. Without these judicial shortcuts, they’ll have to argue their cases on the merits instead of in front of cherry-picked friendly judges. Even Vox admitted these injunctions were “the core of the resistance.”
The U.S. government has now SEIZED CONTROL of the notorious Rikers Island Prison from NYC.
Tom Homan has said he plans on filling it up with illegals. “I want EVERY illegal. I don't care if you're booked for shoplifting. You're going to Rikers Island,” Homan said in February.

Smartmatic, the controversial election machine company, filed charges against FOX News in February 2021 following a segment on Fox.
Their excuse was that it would shut down the government because Democrats wouldn't vote for it...
In a news conference today, incoming Pardon Attorney Ed Martin said the DOJ is reviewing Biden's last minute pardons. Biden's pardons included members of his own family, along with Dr. Anthony Fauci, General Mark Milley, Adam Schiff, and Liz Cheney.
