Criminal Acts of Desperation

Ought to be...

Harris wants to be the president for criminals and illegal aliens. I will be the president for law-abiding Americans of every race, religion, color, and creed.

As California attorney general she defined and redefined child sex trafficking, assault with a deadly weapon and rape of a unconscious person, an unconscious person raped, as nonviolent. These were nonviolent crimes. We shouldn’t even prosecute these people.

Actual...

Even CNN’s Jim Acosta is now going after the Harris campaign for not doing interviews or holding press conferences!

Our pressure campaign is starting to bear fruit! This is the enemy’s weak spot!

Now this narrative has stolen to spotlight, and the Dems are not going to be able to make this go away until Kamala actually starts taking some questions. As soon as she does that, the jig is up. Her incompetence will be on full display.

The situation must be really bad if the Dems have CNN and Jim Acosta turning on them.

...

It’s only been a month since Trump was shot, and the Dems refuse to acknowledge it even happened.

Let’s say the inverse happened, and it was Kamala who got shot… We would NEVER hear the end of it.

They would be foaming at the mouth 24/7. The streets would be in flames.

They would be shaming Trump supporters in the workplace, smearing us in the media, and censoring/banning us online. Corporations and celebrities would be putting out statements condemning all Trump supporters. There would be CNN town halls demanding gun confiscation. They would be talking about prosecuting Trump for incitement of violence. It would be January 6th all over again.

But when it’s their side who commits the act of evil, it’s like it never happened.

NEW: The New York Times has suddenly discovered that Hunter Biden never registered under FARA, despite taking millions from Russia, China, Ukraine, and Romania to lobby the U.S. government.

This comes two years after @MarcoPolo501c3 published their Report on the Biden Laptop, which detailed dozens of FARA violations found in emails, documents, and text messages on Hunter's laptop.

Well done, NYT!

If a campaign is paying someone to say something by law it MUST BE DISCLOSED! At what point are Republicans going to start demanding that the PAID social media influencers start listing their funding source and force them to put it on EVERY post? It's a crime not to do so!

Senator Marshall Officially Launches Investigation Against Google for Alleged Election Interference — Accused of Rigging Search Results to Prioritize Left-Wing Propaganda

Kansas Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS) has announced an investigation into Google, accusing the woke tech giant of manipulating search results to suppress information regarding the recent assassination attempt on President Trump.

Over the weekend, users across various platforms reported that searches for terms related to the July 13 assassination attempt on Trump yielded no relevant autocomplete suggestions.

Instead, the algorithm appeared to prioritize historical incidents involving other political figures, such as Presidents Harry Truman and Ronald Reagan, along with unrelated events like the shooting of musician Bob Marley.

Google Admits to Changing Search Results for ‘Trump Assassination’ Searches and Much More

Similar “errors” — and I know, this is the strangest coincidence! — were also responsible for not giving autocomplete suggestions when “President Donald” was typed in or giving users news stories about Trump’s presumed rival, Vice President Kamala Harris, when searching for him.

“The attorney said the bugs were fixed after they were brought to Google’s attention,” National Review reported.

A ‘Win for the First Amendment:’ GARM Shuts Down in the Wake of Elon Musk’s Antitrust Lawsuit

QUOTE: The World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) has announced it is shutting down the Global Alliance for Responsible Media (GARM) initiative, which organized advertising blacklists to censor conservatives, in response to an antitrust lawsuit filed by Elon Musk’s X/Twitter earlier this week.

Business Insider reports that in an email to members on Thursday, Stephan Loerke, the CEO of the WFA, revealed that the decision to halt GARM’s activities was “not made lightly,” citing the organization’s limited resources as a not-for-profit entity. The move comes just two days after X, formerly known as Twitter, filed an antitrust suit in a Texas court, alleging that GARM’s members illegally colluded to withhold billions of dollars in advertising revenue from the social media platform.

The House Judiciary Committee has also been investigating GARM’s impact on the advertising market.Musk’s lawsuit, which also names GARM members Unilever, Mars, CVS, and Ørsted as defendants, has sent shockwaves through the advertising industry. Despite the allegations, Loerke stated that the WFA and GARM intended to contest the claims in court, expressing confidence that the outcome would demonstrate their adherence to competition rules in all their activities.

X’s lawsuit alleged that GARM persuaded top brands to refrain from advertising on the platform following Elon Musk’s takeover in 2022. The acquisition saw significant changes, including the firing of numerous sales and safety staff and the reinstatement of previously banned accounts. As a result, Twitter’s advertising revenue experienced a substantial decline, with many large advertisers leaving the platform.

Walz praising Nazi:

EXCLUSIVE: Tim Walz—in footage unearthed by @dcexaminer—called Hitler-promoting imam Asad Zaman a “master teacher” who offered Walz lessons over the time they “spent together"

The footage further contradicts the Harris campaign’s claim Walz has no personal relationship w/ Zaman

Walz’s history on born-alive abortions

Minnesota was the rare state to require such born-alive abortions to be publicly reported, creating a powerful statistic for pro-life and anti-abortion forces to draw upon.

But in 2023, Walz worked with his new Democrat-controlled Legislature to eliminate both the reporting requirement and the state’s legal obligation for doctors, nurses and medical professionals to administer life-saving care to infants born alive during an abortion procedure. The governor-turned-vice presidential nominee signed an omnibus bill known as SF2995 that closed one of the few statistical windows on late-term abortions and the possibility that babies born alive were left to die.

Screenshots: Radical Squad Member Ilhan Omar Wins Her Primary Race in Minnesota – But...

However, the election returns raised some eyebrows due to the rate and speed at which the votes were counted. After polls closed at 8:00 PM, it took nearly an hour and a half to reach just 5% counted, and then jumped to 99.5% within 15 minutes, sparking debate and suspicion.

8:00 pm – Polls close.

8:15 pm – 0% counted.

8:30 pm – 0% counted.

8:45 pm – 0% counted.

9:00 pm – 0% counted.

9:22 pm – 5.0% counted.

9:37 pm – 99.5% counted.

There was something unusual about the reporting and tallying of the vote totals in the Minnesota US House District 5 Democratic Primary election.

The Decision Desk only presented two batches of votes;

It’s not the only race where the pace has been questioned. On the flip side, in March, while it was a statewide contest, even liberal reporters were noting California’s pace in counting its ballots was torturously slow. Yet, if you raise concerns, you’re an election denier. That’s the (idiotic) rule, right?

In the meantime, enjoy Omar celebrating her win, where she pretty much called Samuels a Nazi. Mr. Samuels is black, Ilhan.

According to her opponent, Don Samuels, “In her 6-year tenure, only two bills she’s written and sponsored have become law – both renamed post offices. She can’t run on her achievements, so she has to use fear to win.”

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul, D, announced on Monday that the state will ramp up surveillance efforts of social media accounts and that law enforcement will take proactive measures, including contacting people on suspicion of using “hate speech.”

Hochul cited the rise in antisemitic activity in New York and especially New York City, where the world’s largest population of Jews outside of Israel resides. Hochul also mentioned alleged “Islamophobic” incidents, which she claimed were increasing and going under-reported.

The governor said she would also be increasing police presence, which she stated has been focused on protecting potential targets including “synagogues and yeshivas and mosques and any other place that could be susceptible to hate crimes or violence.”

As part of that, Hochul explained,

“…we’re very focused on the data we’re collecting from surveillance efforts — what’s being said on social media platforms. And we have launched an effort to be able to counter some of the negativity. and reach out to people when we see hate speech being spoken about on online platforms. Our media analysis, our social media analysis unit, has ramped up its monitoring of sites to catch incitement to violence; direct threats to others, and all this is in response to our desire, our strong commitment, to ensure that not only do New Yorkers be safe, but they also feel safe because personal security is about everything for them.”

She stated that everyone must work together, adding, “If anyone thinks that they can get away with spreading hate and harming other New Yorkers and violating the law, you will be caught. You will be caught here in the State of New York because we are ramping up our resources to ensure that everyone can live freely. We have been involved in this. We’ll protect protected speech. We will not protect people committing hate crimes, not here in Manhattan, not in any borough, not in any one of the 62 counties, not on a college campus, not in a house of worship.”

She told the media that the state had already “increased our capacities for surveillance as well as responding to terrorist threats in the aftermath of the Buffalo Massacre that occurred on May 14, 2022.”

Hochul’s plans drew criticism from some who called the effort unconstitutional and totalitarian.

Robby Starbuck, who hosts a podcast, posted on X: “Democrat NY Gov. Kathy Hochul says that her team is ‘collecting data’ from ‘surveillance efforts’ on social media to combat ‘hate speech’ so people ‘feel safe’. She might as well tear up our constitution, it would be a faster way to get the point across that she’s violating it.”

Last month, Hochul and New York City Mayor Eric Adams demanded that social media platforms monitor speech and shut down “incitements to violence,” with Adams insisting, “These guys are experts. If they don’t want to do their job of policing themselves, I really believe it’s time for the federal government to step in.”

The calls come as Europe ramps up censorship of alleged hate speech,

including pressuring X owner Elon Musk to censor the posts of online users. Many European nations now have laws that have made the expression of religious beliefs to be viewed as banned speech. This week Finnish Member of Parliament (MP) Päivi Räsänen and a Lutheran bishop were acquittedafter four years of trials and investigations simply for sharing the biblical view on marriage and sexuality. And in the U.K., an Army veteran will soon be tried for silently praying for his deceased son outside of an abortion clinic.

In the U.S., politicians have demanded Internet censorship and have even engaged in it themselves. For example, the Supreme Court will hear Missouri v. Biden, a case which has shown that the federal government coerced social media platforms to censor content it disagreed with — even if the content was true.

Jonathan Turley, a constitutional law professor at George Washington University and free speech advocate who has written extensively on the issues of censorship and limitations on speech, has cautioned the U.S. against adopting European censorship laws that allow governments to stop people from saying things that governments oppose. Despite what many think, “hate speech,” which is subjective, is protected both by the Constitution and by Supreme Court precedent, according to Turley.

No phones rule has engagement up, bad behavior down at East Jackson schools, leaders say

QUOTE: A new rule forbidding students from using their phones in class has gotten a surprisingly positive response at a Jackson-area high school, the principal said. The phone-less policy introduced and enforced at East Jackson High School has so far led to a significant increase in student engagement – and a marked decrease in bad behavior – since it was introduced at the start of the 2023-24 school year, Principal Joel Cook said..“No cell phones means engagement is up, and drama is down - exponentially,” Cook said. “When you take away that compulsion to access Snapchat and TikTok, kids find themselves having to concentrate and participate in some of these debates in the classroom. Students, staff and parents have appreciated it.”Using the district’s PowerSchool data center, school officials tracked a nearly 40% decrease in behavioral referrals in 2023-24 compared to previous years, which Cook attributes largely to taking cell phones out of the classroom. Instances of bullying have also fallen with social media apps being used less during school hours, he said.“I don’t think people fully understand the amount of behavioral issues that begin with a Snapchat,” Cook said. “If you take that out of the classroom, a lot of the drama goes away.”

For your education: Thomas Paine 1792:

"The English government... seeing that the French and English nations are getting rid of the prejudices and false notions formerly entertained against each other, and which have cost them so much money, that government seems to be placarding its need of a foe; for unless it finds one somewhere, no pretext exists for the enormous revenue and taxation now deemed necessary. Therefore it seeks in Russia the enemy it has lost in France, and appears to say to the universe, or to say to itself: "If nobody will be so kind as to become my foe, I shall need no more fleets nor armies, and shall be forced to reduce my taxes. The American war enabled me to double the taxes; the Dutch business to add more; the Nootka humbug ... more; but unless I can make an enemy of Russia the harvest from wars will end. I was the first to incite Turk against Russian, and now I hope to reap a fresh crop of taxes."
