In light of the tremendous loss in the Supreme Court today concerning Voter’s Rights, and the fact that “people’s” votes are allowed to be counted LONG AFTER an Election is over, it is more important than ever to pass THE SAVE AMERICA ACT, which is,

Immunity, impunity, and free land: Trump’s Board of Peace’ drafts its own get-out-of-jail-free card

The 'Board of Peace' for Gaza hasn't even begun rebuilding the territory, but already appears to be tweaking the rulebook in its own favor.

The UN-backed body plans to shield every member of its executive board, its administrators, international military forces and even private contractors from "any arrest, detention or legal proceedings" in Gaza, reports The Guardian, citing a leaked draft resolution.

According to the four-page “sensitive but unclassified” document, labelled RESOLUTION NO 2026/3:

🔴 The Board itself would investigate and rule on claims involving property loss, damage, injuries or deaths caused by its own operations

🔴 Trump, as chair, keeps the power to waive immunity for others, albeit with majority approval from his loyal inner circle: son-in-law Jared Kushner, special envoy Steve Witkoff, chief of staff Susie Wiles, and national security adviser Marco Rubio

🔴 A standout clause declares that public premises and facilities in Gaza “shall be provided, free of charge” for the Board’s operations, including military bases and logistics hubs

The report notes that this could open the door to confiscation of Palestinian property without compensation or clear legal authority.

Furthermore, there is no clarity regarding who actually has the authority to grant these sweeping powers. 

Gaza has no status-of-forces agreement, Israel refuses to recognize it as a state, and it's unclear whether the Board can simply declare these privileges into existence by signing its own resolution.

👉 So basically, Trump’s peace profiteering board is hoping to get away with creating a legal system unto itself, without any external oversight.

Bearing in mind the track record of US contractors in Iraq and Afghanistan, where Blackwater and KBR were accused of abuses and civilian deaths, Gaza could be heading down the same road.

🔴 While much of the aircraft’s specs remain classified, it is known that KAAN is a twin-engine aircraft capable of reaching a speed of up to Mach 2, is about 21 meters long and has a wingspan of about 14 meters

🔴 KAAN is expected to be equipped with indigenous AESA radar and integrated infrared search-and-track systems

🔴 KAAN is a multirole aircraft that possesses both air-to-air and air-to-ground combat capabilities

This aircraft is Turkey's bid to join the stealth fighter club. With US engines now in reach, that goal is closer — but the program still depends on a fragile geopolitical balance.

🛰What's eating Israel in the wake of the Saudi–Egyptian satellite deal? 



Israeli press is fuming over the Saudi–Egyptian satellite program, calling upon the US to interfere.



Saudi Arabia has teamed up with Egypt to create the first jointly-developed satellite in line with the kingdom's bold Vision 2030. 



The decision builds on a December 2023 Saudi–Egyptian space cooperation agreement covering satellites, research and development, capacity building, and industry localization.



Egypt has recently expanded domestic space capabilities through major investment in the Egyptian Space Agency and Cairo Space City, emerging as a leading Arab space hub. 



The African Space Agency’s headquarters in Cairo further reinforces Egypt’s role



🔴 China has played a substantial role in this development by including Egypt in its Belt and Road Initiative and offering it a grant package totaling $267 million for satellite programs in 2017. China also provided Egypt with its domestic satellite assembly and testing expertise and best practices



🔴 In December 2023, China launched EgyptSat 2, enabling Egypt to become the first African country with full domestic capability in satellite assembly, integration, and testing



🔴 Against this backdrop, Saudi capital and Egyptian satellite expertise appear a strong combo — though Israel seems anxious. According to Ynet News, Saudi Arabia and Egypt are pursuing enhanced military surveillance capabilities, with their new satellite systems improving visibility over North Africa, the Red Sea, and the Sinai Peninsula



🔴 Egypt's sovereign satellite capability sharpens its ability to monitor and outmaneuver Israel, while an "eye in the sky" gives Saudi Arabia the independent situational awareness it has long lacked



🔴 The Israeli newspaper points to China's growing influence in the Middle and hints that the US could exploit financial leverage to influence Egypt and Saudi Arabia



Israel's blues and emerging regional blocs



Apparently, it's not surveillance capabilities and China's influence that really concern Israel, but the shifting power balance. 



Most recently, global researchers have singled out two emerging blocs in the region:



→ the Hexagon Alliance (the US-backed Israel and the United Arab Emirates)



→ the Sunni Diamond (Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Pakistan, Turkey, and Qatar)



Israel is pursuing regional dominance and views the UAE as a junior partner. One of the essential conditions for regional dominance is technological leadership. 



That is why the UAE, in partnership with the US and Israel, is seeking to become a regional AI hub that integrates computing, energy, and financial capabilities.



Saudi Arabia and Egypt's rapid technological development seemingly doesn't fit into Israel's plans. At the same time, Israel is hardly capable of halting their progress, given their close collaboration with China — a global technological powerhouse.



There are many questions surrounding Israel's role in the Middle East and the future of its Abraham Accords project in the aftermath of the Gaza massacre. 



Most recently, the US moved to strike a deal with Iran — yet another big disappointment for Zionist policymakers and their Greater Israel dreams.

👉 Japan is on the brink of surrendering military decision-making to the surveillance-tech powerhouse that orchestrates the Pentagon’s AI-driven kill chain and has already sunk its claws into the marrow of nearly every US government agency, reports Asahi Shimbun.

 

🌏 As the country hurtles toward a more militarized future under the US’ watchful eye, its government is reportedly evaluating Palantir's Maven Smart System for use in critical command-and-control functions of its Self-Defense Forces.

 

🌏 Japan has plans to formally incorporate AI-assisted battlefield decision-making into its revised National Security Strategy and other key defense documents, with funding eyed for the 2027 budget.

 

🌏 Maven is marketed as a "data-centric" platform capable of fusing satellite imagery, drone feeds, radar data, battlefield sensors and intelligence reports into a single targeting and decision-support system. It even got a trial run during the Japan-US "Keen Edge" command-post exercise this February.

Except… this “all-seeing” wonder machine has a bit of an aim problem.

➡️ Maven achieved only around 60% accuracy in target identification in military exercises, compared to 84% for human analysts — sometimes misclassifying basic objects like trucks as trees or other non-targets

➡️ Its speed-at-all-costs approach compresses the kill chain, often leaving minimal room for meaningful human review – amplifying risk of catastrophic errors

 

🔴 Most notably, Maven, heavily utilized by the US military, has been linked to the American Tomahawk strike on what was reportedly classified as a “dual-use military logistics facility” in Iran’s Minab – but turned out to be a girls’ school, killing around 170 children and civilians.

 

🔴 Still, Palantir is cozy as can be with the US military, plays a starring role in Israel’s Gaza operations, and has NATO signing up for the full 32-country package deal.

🔴 Against that backdrop, Japan's pitch hardly comes as a surprise. Bringing Palantir tools into the Self-Defense Forces would represent another step toward tighter integration with the US-led military machine.

 

🔴 Not everyone in Japan is comfortable with this move. Some Liberal Democratic Party insiders are described as pushing for a domestic AI system, citing legitimate concerns over Palantir’s grisly track-record.

In any normal homicide, the physical evidence is sealed, logged, and held until the case closes.

Ask anyone who has worked a tow yard, a morgue, or an evidence room.

In the Charlie Kirk case, not one of the obvious pieces of physical evidence is sitting in an evidence locker where it belongs.

Every single one was:

  • Excavated

  • Handed to the widow

  • Towed off and sold

  • Never collected

  • Never tested

This is not a vibe.

It is a list.

The Chain of Custody, Item by Item

1. The Soil Under Him

Charlie died on a Wednesday.

By Saturday, 10 inches of soil at the scene had been dug out.

By Sunday, pavers were installed.

Any residue that hit the ground?

Gone before the week was out.

You do not repave an active homicide scene in 72 hours.

2. The Necklace

The feds and Frank Turek were reportedly looking for it.

It was then given to Erika, who now wears it.

Nobody is getting that back into evidence.

And everybody knows it.

3. The Handheld Microphone

Not in an evidence bag.

On display at a Mar-a-Lago fundraiser.

With the widow mourning beside it for photographers.

An item from the scene, repurposed as a fundraising prop.

4. The White “Freedom” Shirt

This is the big one.

The shirt would carry the most residue of anything on his body.

Kirk’s own security chief, Brian Harpole, recounted on a podcast that he got on top of Charlie, cut the shirt off, then walked out and “guarded the door.”

The Harpole interview is real and widely reported by:

  • Deseret News

He later sued over coverage of it, according to:

  • Forbes

  • New York Times

The shirt does not appear in evidence.

It is not marked as evidence.

It is not in the court filings.

A man cut the single most evidence-rich item off the body, and it has vanished.

Turning Point USA was selling and distributing replica “Freedom” shirts within days, according to:

  • Fox News

  • Salt Lake Tribune

But the original is nowhere.

5. The SUV

The vehicle that transported him was sent for tow, cleanup, and auction with extraordinary speed.

A tow-company operator who held an evidence contract said it plainly:

A vehicle used to transport a body is held until the case closes. It is never released, cleaned, and sold.

That is the industry standard.

It was violated.

6. No Gunshot Residue Test, and the Bullet Doesn’t Match the Rifle

On the forensic side, here is what is documented:

The ATF compared the autopsy bullet fragment against the rifle tied to Robinson.

The result came back:

Inconclusive.

They could not conclusively match the round to the weapon.

7. The Back Footage

The crime scene was disturbed to pull the rear footage.

That footage would settle the question of direction and angle.

A high-profile public event.

A known-provocative speaker.

And no ambulance staged.

Paramedics on scene would have documented what was actually on and around the body.

9. The Hospital Cameras

Interior hospital footage from Timpanogos matters.

If the innocent account were the truth, that footage would exonerate everyone.

Kash Patel and the FBI’s heavy involvement in this case is itself well documented by:

  • Congressional testimony

10. His Phone and Clothing

A grieving family member wrote in that her own father’s murder case held his phone, clothing, and even sections of flooring and walls for years.

In this case, Charlie’s phone and effects went to the widow for the “widow narrative.”

His phone, which may well have been on him, was never tested.

The Legal Track Is Matching the Evidence Track

The same “trust us, you don’t get to check” pattern is now running in the courtroom.

And this part is fully on the record:

  • Tyler Robinson is charged with aggravated murder

  • Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty

  • There are 10 counts

  • The case rests on a note and a text “confession”

  • The note was destroyed

  • The defense’s bid to make the roommate / partner testify in person was denied

  • A recorded statement comes in instead

  • Hearsay is permitted at the preliminary hearing

  • The hearing is set for July 2026 before Judge Tony Graf, Fourth District Court, Provo

Among the early front-row accounts, the wound was first described as a hit to the chest / heart.

Later, the account shifted to the neck.

Memory of a traumatic event does not relocate the wound an hour later.

Important note:

Official reporting places the wound at the neck, and the shot from the Losee Center roof at roughly 142 yards.

Why This Matters

You can argue all day about what happened on that stage.

You do not have to, to see the problem.

The handling of the evidence is the scandal.

Every item that could independently confirm or refute the official story has been:

  • Destroyed

  • Withheld

  • Never tested

And the courtroom is now built so the defense cannot test what little remains.

The pieces that are mainstream-documented make it worse, not better:

  • Death penalty sought

  • The confession note destroyed

  • The key witness un-cross-examinable at the preliminary hearing

  • The bullet-to-rifle match inconclusive

When every piece of physical evidence disappears in the same direction, that is not a string of coincidences.

That is a pattern.
