Oath Keepers leader and 10 others charged with 'seditious conspiracy' related to US Capitol attack
The Justice Department escalated its January 6 investigation by bringing seditious conspiracy charges against 11 defendants, including the leader of the Oath Keepers, Stewart Rhodes.
The latest accusations -- with a charge that had not previously been brought in the department's US Capitol attack prosecutions -- remove any sense that prosecutors believe the riot emerged from just a group of overzealous protestors, with new details about the planning and logistics alleged to have predated the Capitol breach.
The seditious conspiracy charge carries the same possible consequence as an obstruction charge, but is rarely used, politically loaded and has been difficult for the Justice Department to use successfully against defendants in the past.
Caught red handed:
Hey, remember when that national school board group issued a letter to the Biden administration strongly suggesting that all those parents who get together to protest X-rated sex ed and critical race theory at school board meetings are domestic terrorists?
About that.
Biden Administration officials asked for a letter from the National School Board Association to complain about threats from parents.
The letter was sent as requested. The part that received the most attention, however, is as follows (emphasis mine): “As these acts of malice, violence, and threats against public school officials have increased, the classification of these heinous actions could be the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes.” The NSBA also accused “extremist hate organizations” of “inciting chaos” at school board meetings and concerned parents of “spreading misinformation.”
The Biden Administration then used the letter as a reason to attack parents for speaking up at school board meetings nationwide.
The Biden Administration, and Attorney General Merrick Garland established a task force to address what Garland called the “disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff who participate in the vital work of running our nation’s public schools.”
A terrorist, by the way — in case the word has become so diluted by left-wing hyperbole that you need a refresher — is someone who commits acts of violence in the name of a political or ideological cause. You know, like the IRA or the Islamic State group or Antifa. The term “terrorist” is decidedly not applicable to the overwhelmingly peaceful but admittedly angry parents who object to unnecessary school lockdowns or overt racism in the classroom.

Foul Mouthed Liz Cheney:
Cheney’s remarks to Jordan initially surfaced in Carol Leonnig and Philip Rucker’s book “I Alone Can Fix It,” one of numerous tell-alls about the Trump administration. This one focused on Trump’s final year — and, naturally, the events of Jan. 6, including Cheney telling Jordan “you f***ing did this” as lawmakers were being led away from the Capitol.
Cheney had, according to the book, relayed the remarks to Army Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, during a phone call: “That f***ing guy Jim Jordan. That son of a bitch,” she reportedly told Milley.
“While these maniacs are going through the place, I’m standing in the aisle and he said, ‘We need to get the ladies away from the aisle. Let me help you.’ I smacked his hand away and told him, ‘Get away from me. You f***ing did this.’ ”
The New York Times’ Michael Barbaro, interviewing Cheney for the Times’ “The Daily” podcast, asked if the story was true. She responded that it was.

Coronavirus loses 90% of its ability to infect us within 20 minutes of becoming airborne - with most of the loss occurring within the first five minutes, the world’s first simulations of how the virus survives in exhaled air suggest.
Representatives Gaetz and Greene held a press conference on Thursday in which the pair called attention to the January 6th prisoners who are being unconstitutionally held in the DC Gulag over their political beliefs.
After Gaetz ran through several videos from 1/6 that have been largely suppressed by big tech and the media, Greene called into question why the Feds had not arrested notorious 1/6 catalyst Ray Epps and several other known individuals that played major roles in the likely Fed-orchestrated event on 1/6.
In the end, she says, it’s the FBI and the DOJ who have some serious explaining to do.
“When I went through the DC jail, I’ll tell you who I did not see – I did not see Ray Epps. I didn’t see him in there wasting away for months on end, being denied his due process rights, being denied the ability to see his family, to get medical treatments, to get a haircut, and shave.I didn’t see him in there. You know who else I didn’t see? I didn’t see a man named John Sullivan – a man that has participated in Antifa, BLM riots, and the entire movement, but then all of a sudden decided to be a Trump supporter on January 6th. [He’s] the same guy that was in the Capitol and filmed Ashley Babbitt’s murder, and then sold his videos to media outlets. He’s not in the DC jail under Deputy warden Kathleen Landerkin, so I think we have a lot of questions to ask and the people that should be answering the questions is our FBI and our department of Justice.”
After witnessing a full year of this, Greene just flat out says “I don’t trust our government even more.”
Governor Whitmer is in a video boasting about leading an insurrection to take over the Michigan Capitol:
Mike Lindell announced on The War Room that one of the nation’s largest banks is moving to debank his multi-million dollar businesses and charities.
The Daily Angle reported:
Among them are the social media sites FrankSpeech.com and Lindell TV, and the Lindell Recovery Network, which helps people overcome addictions, Lindell said in an interview Friday with Steve Bannon’s “War Room” podcast.” Lindell has been banned by social-media platforms, and major retailers have stopped selling his products because of his efforts to expose fraud in the 2020 election through documentaries, symposiums and other activism. Bannon played a recording of a telephone call between a top executive at Minnesota Bank & Trust and Lindell’s controller. Advertisement - story continues below The executive asked in the call why the bank, a subsidiary of Heartland Financial, is associated with “someone who could be in the news.” “Not that the FBI is even sniffing and looking, but what if somebody came and said, ‘Do you know what? We are going to subpoena all of his account records, and this and that. And then all of a sudden we make the news,” the executive said. “So it’s more of a reputation risk,” he said.

Truth from Lin Wood:
Forwarded from TippyTopPatriot 🐸 🇺🇸 (TippyTopPatriot)
From 2016 to 2020, the DS led those who are asleep in chanting "Not my President!" when referring to lawfully elected President Trump. Now, these same people are using the phrase "Mr. President" to reference a man who is TRULY not our President. "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil" (Isaiah 5:20a). The fight can be exhausting, but remember: A lie does not become true just because it's repeated. A fraudulent election does not become valid just because they hope their crimes are forgotten. Joe Biden is not the lawful President of the United States, and no amount of propaganda will ever change that fact. When those around you try make you feel like you're crazy for standing up, just remember...the truth does not need their permission to exist. Keep standing!
