On Friday, January 1, 2021, the President signed into law: S. 3418, the “Safeguarding Tomorrow through Ongoing Risk Mitigation Act” or the “STORM Act,” which authorizes the Federal Emergency Management Agency to provide capitalization grants to States to establish revolving funds to provide hazard mitigation assistance to reduce risks from disasters and natural hazards.
This would seem to supply money for dealing with disasters of all sorts - natural or man made such as riots, terrorism etc.

A shredding company in neighboring Cobb County, Georgia was on December 31 given roughly 3,000 pounds of ballots to shred. Authorities have come into possession of those materials.
To save people questions: last night in CobbCounty, Georgia (neighboring Atlanta) some shredded ballots were in the hands of law-enforcement. DHS agents shifted through. Found: Chinese shipping receipt + unshredded ballots (already confirmed counterfeit).
The ballots destined for Republican majority areas in Georgia were printed with a fuzziness of 13X. To the naked human this would not have been noticed, or only a slight fuzziness.
Though the ballot printer could have printed them at 1X, they were deliberately printed with just enough fuzziness (13X) to get over the 10X hurdle so they would go into adjudication. This was a beautifully conceived and executed plan.

The @JoeBiden inaugural parade has been cancelled. The grandstands are being taken down. Hillary canceled her fireworks show a few days before the 2016 General Election. Kamala Harris has not given up her Senate seat yet even though the new senators have been sworn in and seated.
They don't dare risk the own money betting on a win. Even they don't really believe it.

Mark Zuckerberg was invited into the counting room, and the American people were kicked out. Zuckerberg-CTCL funds allowed these Democrat strongholds to spend roughly $47 per voter, compared to $4 to $7 per voter in traditionally Republican areas of the state.
Zuckerberg money & money from other "leftist" organizations totaled $500M, while the Federal Government only appropriated $400M for the 2020 election. This effectively created a "two-tiered election system" and a "shadow government" running our elections.
In Democrat Delaware County, there was 1 drop box every 4 square miles.
In 59 Republican counties, there was 1 drop box every 1,100 square miles.

More New Proof Trump Won Michigan Too:
A brand new forensic audit of the results of Michigan's election tallies states an algorithm DELETED votes from Trump to tip the election to Biden in the state of Michigan.
According to the abstract, the creators of the vote-deleting algorithm tried to "hide their tracks" but didn't hide them very well since their algorithm PERFECTLY ALIGNS with an easy to construct algorithm that simply scatters the votes within set boundaries.
Instead of the results being truly random, they only have the APPEARANCE of random, the analysis asserts. The algorithm accomplished this by simulating scattered votes within a container so it would appear as if the state is reporting by counties. But in reality, when the algorithm is deconstructed, the paper alleges the votes follow the pattern outlined.
In all, the paper states on page 37 that:
"The total sum of votes stolen from President Donald J. Trump, by this algorithm, hitherto named the Polynomic Sledgehammer, is: 287,980 votes; bear in mind that Trump lost the state by 154,188 votes."
