The Federal Trade Commission and 48 Atty Generals just sued to have Facebook broken up!
The FTC and 48 Attorneys General filed two separate lawsuits against Facebook on Wednesday. The suit attempts to break up the tech giant into its component parts.
The lawsuit also accuses Facebook of illegally suppressing competition by purchasing rival companies that challenged its dominance.

The FBI now admits it has Seth Rich’s laptop.

FBI has completed the initial search identifying approximately 50 cross-reference serials, with attachments totaling over 20,000 pages, in which Seth Rich is mentioned. FBI has also located leads that indicate additional potential records that require further searching. . . . FBI is also currently working on getting the files from Seth Rich’s personal laptop into a format to be reviewed. As you can imagine, there are thousands of files of many types. The goal right now is to describe, generally, the types of files/personal information contained in this computer.
After more than four years of repeated denials from the FBI that they had searched their files and had no information on Seth Rich, we now know that was a blatant lie. In his 2018 declaration, Mr. Hardy of the FBI testified under oath that the Metropolitan Police Department in D.C. was solely responsible for investigating Mr. Rich’s murder.
Now we learn that not only does the FBI have more than 20,000 pages relevant to the search term, “Seth Rich,” the FBI still has Seth Rich’s laptop computer.
After four years of stonewalling, the FBI is now starting to come clean and admit to its previous lies. Why now? If the FBI was confident that Joe Biden and friends would take over in January, the could have continued to lie. Today’s revelation means the FBI is now trying to get ahead of revelations to come. The importance of this development extends beyond the case of Seth Rich and his alleged role in the leaking of DNC emails.
Also maybe Bill Barr got busy and threatened or fired people finally.

Rep Kelly's PA case is alive and well.
Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Pa.) stated that his legal challenge to the Supreme Court isn’t over despite being denied an emergency order earlier this week.
“All that happened is we were not granted temporary injunctive relief,” Kelly told Newsmax on Wednesday. “The case is still alive and well.”
The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday denied Kelly’s request—which was also joined by congressional candidate Sean Parnell and other Republicans—after he sought to prevent Pennsylvania state officials from taking further action to certify the state’s election results.
“And we are looking, how do we get the court to take on the case for its merits of being constitutional or unconstitutional. That’s all we’re looking at,” Kelly said. “That’s a huge ask, by the way. But we are in the midst of a constitutional crisis right now in our country, and we have to get answers, and we have to get it from the highest court in the land.”
Kelly’s lawyer, Greg Teufel, told The Epoch Times that Kelly and the other plaintiffs will file a separate petition for a writ of certiorari with a request to expedite the case in due course.
He said that there are two parts to the application: to prevent Act 77—the state law in question—from being used in future elections, and to also obtain relief for the 2020 election.
Senate gets busy looking into the Fake Votes:
The Senate will hold a hearing next week on irregularities that took place during the 2020 presidential election.
“I am mindful that many of the issues that have been raised have been, and will continue to be, appropriately resolved in the courts. But the fact remains that a large percentage of the American public does not view the 2020 election result as legitimate because of apparent irregularities that have not been fully examined. That is not a sustainable state of affairs for our country,” Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, said in a statement.
“The only way to resolve suspicions is with full transparency and public awareness. That will be the goal of the hearing.”
The committee will hold the hearing on Dec. 16.

Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, who appeared via live stream days after he was diagnosed with the CCP virus, implored the lawmakers to take responsibility.

Over the past several weeks, Giuliani and fellow Trump attorney Jenna Ellis have pushed the legislatures in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, and Pennsylvania to reclaim their constitutional authority by calling up their own electors to the Electoral College, which meets on Monday, Dec. 14. Ellis also tested positive for the virus, Giuliani confirmed.
And on Thursday, Trump appeared to endorse a letter from more than two dozen Republican House members calling for him to direct Attorney General William Barr to appoint a special counsel to investigate the election.
“Following widespread support from my House Republican colleagues, I am again requesting that you direct Attorney General Barr to appoint a Special Counsel to investigate irregularities in the 2020 election,” their letter began. “The American people deserve a definitive resolution to the uncertainty hovering over the outcome of our election, but legitimate questions of voter fraud remain unanswered,” it continued.
