Outlaw Versus Fake Law

Updated: Jun 26

It's been so absurd you can't even call it a debate any longer. This is supposed to be a process for the people in which the media provide the outlet for us to hear our candidates.

Who the hell are CNN to put a gag order on the former president before the debate? A gag order on Trump? Media funded by public taxpayers?

Now they have told Elon Musk and YouTube for all internet sources showing the debate they will not be allowing comments. That has the same effect as no audience. That is putting a gag order on the people.

CNN is taking first amendment rights away from everyone, every hour.

At this point there is not one person that will be watching because they want to see who they will be voting for. There is no more reason for the debate. Time to take the power away from CNN.

The moderator Dana Bash is married to one of the 51 intelligence officers who lied about the hunter laptop to all of the voting public. They don't deserve to have a debate any longer. They're ridiculous!

This debate isn't going to be a back and forth between Trump and Biden. Biden will just read his rehearsed answers and Trump will be arguing with the moderators while they keep interrupting him.

Trump doesn’t even need to run a campaign. The MSM are doing all the heavy lifting for him.

They keep showing Trump’s agenda like it’s a bad thing, when in reality, the People crave this.

-Mass deportations

-Securing of our crime-ridden cities

-Prosecution of corrupt actors

-Cleanse the entire bureaucracy

-Destroy the woke mind-virus

-Delete the Dept of Education

That’s exactly what the People want. We just want this nightmare to end, and for those responsible to be held accountable, so we can start fixing all the damage they have done.

The fear from the Biden regime and their lapdog MSM, is more effective than any Trump campaign ad or rally.

The People WANT a reckoning.

"I didn't say anything," he said. "I regret that."Why? Because the neck injury would become crucial to conspiracy theories about the assassination: If it was an entrance wound, not an exit wound, there had to have been a second shooter at Kennedy's front – perhaps in the notorious "grassy knoll" -- not just Lee Harvey Oswald to his rear.

"I am now almost certain that it is an entrance wound. This should have been obvious to me sooner because the wound at the back of the head was too large to ever be considered an entrance wound. But I was not a ballistics expert in any way, shape, or form."

Commentary:

I have another hospital story. This was told to my Dad by our neighbor who was one of the 2 docs in the ER. Dad was very close friends with the other doc as well and he corroborated.

One night in early November 1963, both Dr G and Dr D were working in NOLA's Charity Hospital ER. A man who had overdosed was brought into the ER. He looked very strange. While the docs were working on him, the man came around and began shouting, "They're going to kill the President in Dallas." He repeated this numerous times. That man's name was David Ferrie. The reason this story is not as well known is because when the docs realized the significance of what Ferrie was saying, they discussed it with my Dad. Both men had families and Dad told them to keep this to themselves because witnesses had been killed and careers ruined. Dad worked with Jim Garrison on the JFK assassination conspiracy trial of Clay Shaw so he knew what he was talking about with the witnesses.

Before anyone tries to tell me this is a confused story with Rose Cheramie, please note that my Aunt P was married to Rose's cousin. Rose's story was true as well but different than this one.

Both stories come from people known to my family.

"Dear MoveOn member,

Do you know what you need to know about Project 2025?

It's a nearly 1,000-page blueprint for turning America into a fascist police state by purging civil servants and suppressing dissent. It would impose a far-right, extremist Christian nationalist agenda on our country … by executive order and without an act of Congress.

If Donald Trump becomes president, then with the stroke of his pen:

  • The Department of Justice will no longer be independent—and there will be no one left to stop Trump from charging his political opponents with crimes.

  • The Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) efforts to curb the spread of disinformation, including Russian propaganda, will be shut down.

  • The Insurrection Act will be used to shut down protests and to deploy red-state National Guard units against blue states—even over the objections of those states' governors.

  • Abortion will be banned nationwide using two approaches. First, through a radical right-wing interpretation of the Comstock Act, a long-dormant law from 1873; as one of Trump's lawyers says, "We don't need [Congress to pass] a federal ban when we have Comstock on the books."1 And second, by reversing the FDA approval of medication abortion, which is safer than aspirin.2

Jerry, it's becoming clear that a second Trump presidency would be far, far worse than his first. It would be a total nightmare.

But there is hope. The vast majority of Americans are against Project 2025's proposed far-right policies. And when they hear about Project 2025, support for anyone who supports it—including Trump—sinks like a rock.3

So we know what we've got to do: We've got to raise awareness of Project 2025 and Trump's plans, so that voters keep him out of the Oval Office.

SCOTUS helps the J6ers:

Oh boy reading through SCOTUS decision on sentencing enhancements and this is very bad news for DOJ and DC judges in J6 cases.

Particularly the "terror enhancement" applied at sentencing for Proud Boys and other defendants.

SCOTUS rules in favor of the Missouri AG to block Joe Biden's student loan forgiveness move.

From AG Andrew Bailey: "Congress never gave Biden the authority to saddle working Americans with half-a-trillion dollars in other people's debt."

And I turned on Grok's humor option (X's AI) for trending news and it gave me this, kek:

In a twist of legal prowess, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey cast a powerful enchantment, blocking President Joe Biden's student loan forgiveness plan. The spell, known as 'Motion to Block,' has been granted by the Court, rendering Biden's plan to transfer half-a-trillion dollars in debt as useless as a degree in alchemy. The Supreme Court has recognized the Constitutionality of this magical move, proving that the pen is indeed mightier than the sword, or at least more effective than Biden's executive orders.

Blackrock takes over the American National Parks?

On October 4th, the Securities and Exchange Commission filed a proposed rule to create Natural Asset Companies (NACs). A twenty-one day comment period was allowed, which is half the minimum number of days generally required. NACs will allow BlackRock, Bill Gates, and possibly even China to hold the ecosystem rights to the land, water, air, and natural processes of the properties enrolled in NACs. Each NAC will hold “management authority” over the land. When we are issued carbon allowances, owners of said lands will be able to claim tax deductions and will be able to sell carbon allowances to businesses, families and townships. In the simplest of terms, that's where the money will be made. WE peons will be renting air from the richest people on earth.

The following are eligible for NACs: National Parks, National Wildlife Refuges, Wilderness Areas, Areas of Critical Environmental Concern, Conservation Areas on Private and Federal Lands, Endangered Species Critical Habitat, and the Conservation Reserve Program.

Lest you think that any conserved land is conserved in your name, the largest Conservation organization in the U.S., is called The Nature Conservancy, or TNC, which, while being a 501(c)3, also holds six billion dollars of land on its books. Those lands have been taken using your money via donations and government grants, and transferred to the Nature Conservancy, which can do with those lands what it wills.

If this rule passes, America's conserved lands and parks will move onto the balance sheets of the richest people in the world. Management of those lands will be decided by them and their operations, to say the least, will be opaque.

General Flynn: A Possible Strategy that is Legal and Exits Biden

In the last few weeks, talking heads have suggested that Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor should step down.  She is 69 years old and says she has diabetes, and Democrats could appeal to her to resign so her replacement could be chosen by President Biden.  A resignation would avoid the risk of vacancy occurring during a Trump Administration.  (No Democrat wants to repeat the scenario where Ruth Bader Ginsburg hung on until after President Obama left office, resulting in Trump nominating Amy Coney Barrett.)

Just who is there who might be able to fill what is now considered both a “female” and “minority” seat on the High Court?  Well, a minority female might be a good choice for a Democrat President.  And, after every recent Supreme Court decision that does not go Biden’s way, Kamala Harris seems to launch an attack on the Justices, indicating she would have done better.  Sounds like she might welcome an appointment where her clerks could write her opinions, and she would not be called on to deliver “word salad” speeches.  That moves her out of the way.

At that point, Biden could use that 25th Amendment to appoint someone.  Who might that be?  Could it be Hillary?  Lots of Democrat politicians would line up for that appointment.  Whomever it may be, after confirmation, that would be a great time for President Biden to decide that his health has taken a surprising, sudden downturn and to resign.  At that point, all that would be needed is for the new President to pick a new Vice President, and we are back to the 1970’s.  Someone like Gavin Newsom?  Presto Chango:  as the Republicans did in the 1970’s, the Democrats could do in the coming weeks, giving us an unelected President and Vice President on the general election ballot.

Let’s look back a half-century to see how that worked out for the Republicans.  With President Ford facing a tough nomination challenge from Ronald Reagan, Rockefeller (despised by Goldwater supporters) offered to step aside, and Ford eventually agreed.  At the 1976 Republican National Convention held in August, the delegates selected Senator Bob Dole for VP.  Four years after having trusted Nixon-Agnew, and having both candidates disappoint, the voters decided not to trust Ford-Dole.  The ticket was defeated by Carter-Mondale, 297 to 240 in the Electoral College, and 40,825,839 to 39,147,770 in the popular vote.

Rather than Joe Biden-Kamala Harris, could the Democrat’s Fall ticket be Hillary Clinton-Gavin Newsome?  Could this scenario play out again in the future?  It certainly is not impossible.  Actually, when you think about it, it sounds quite possible.

The Lockbit ransomware group announced that it had breached the US Federal Reserve and exfiltrated 33 TB of sensitive data.

The Lockbit ransomware group announced that it had breached the systems of Federal Reserve of the United States and exfiltrated 33 TB of sensitive data, including “Americans’ banking secrets.”The Lockbit ransomware group added the Federal Reserve to the list of victims on its Tor data leak site and threatened to leak the stolen data on 25 June, 2024 20:27:10 UTC. The group hasn’t published any sample of the stolen data.“Federal banking is the term for the way the Federal Reserve of the United States distributes its money. The Reserve operates twelve banking districts around the country which oversee money distribution within their respective districts. The twelve cities which are home to the Reserve Banks are Boston, New York City, Philadelphia, Richmond, Atlanta, Dallas, Saint Louis, Cleveland, Chicago, Minneapolis, Kansas City, and San Francisco.” reads the announcement published by the group on its leak site.“33 terabytes of juicy banking information containing Americans’ banking secrets. You better hire another negotiator within 48 hours, and fire this clinical idiot who values Americans’ bank secrecy at $50,000.”

Many experts are skeptical about the criminal group’s announcement. The Federal Reserve is a high-profile target, and a data breach could have serious repercussions. Many believe that the group’s announcement is just for attention.

In early June, the FBI informed victims of LockBit ransomware it had obtained over 7,000 LockBit decryption keys that could allow some of them to decrypt their data.

The FBI is inviting victims of LockBit ransomware to come forward because it has obtained over 7,000 LockBit decryption keys that could allow them to recover their encrypted data for free.

“Additionally, from our ongoing disruption of LockBit, we now have over 7,000 decryption keys and can help victims reclaim their data and get back online.” said Bryan Vorndran, the Assistant Director

the FBI Cyber Division, during the 2024 Boston Conference on Cyber Security. “We are reaching out to known LockBit victims and encouraging anyone who suspects they were a victim to visit our Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov.”

A fun family game to teach your kids about American elections, if certain stipulations are met:

2 adults and 2 kids take a vote for an activity, ends in a 2-2 tie.

Dad announces there are three mail-in ballots in the house.

Only Dad is allowed to retrieve the ballots, only Dad is allowed to count the ballots, and only Dad is allowed to certify the count.

Dad’s choice wins 4-3.

Ballots destroyed.

One of the ways - very simple:

The City of Milwaukee committed election fraud here again: they used taxpayers' monies and city resources to create this real-time, interactive map. I know this because I obtained the emails via public records. It told them, in real-time, how many voted and how many absentees voted from each of 316 Wards (we have Wards, not precincts). They then sent out "voter navigators" to the Wards with lower-than-they-wanted turnouts to knock on doors to harvest more ballots. They did this for weeks before the Nov 3rd, 2020 election day but also on election day. This is why we need to vote in person on election day, and work to ban absentee voting. Absentee voting gives the information the bad guys need to cheat, to know how many ballots they need to feed in. This is why anyone who promotes mail-in voting is completely wrong. And also, they are wrong for the obvious reason - mail-in voting is ripe to easily stuff the ballot box. No observer watching can tell if ballot is a fraudulent one or not. Wait until you see the next map similar to the one below is posted, it shows the City of Milwaukee harvesting ballots by race. Claire Woodall Vogg - the former election's clerk who was fired, is a racist. And Mayor Cavalier Johnson just brought her back in an "advisory" role. Johnson, who is black, must know Claire could spill the beans on the entire election fraud machine in the city, so he kept her on the payroll. So Claire is a racist, was raised by communist parents in Alabama and Johnson is black. Oh the irony.

I agree with you that Oregon has a serious drug problem especially now that meth and fentanyl have been introduced into the drugs of choice. What I have been seeing in our current government officials statewide is an effort, at least, to address the problem that is now worldwide, in any way that they can. We do need better services for those who are addicted to these drugs as well as better education for our young so that we can attempt to stem the addiction issues on that forefront as well. I have seen first hand what addiction to these substances amount to. Unlike other drugs that my generation used to experiment with, these two drugs are instantly addictive. Pushers often lace pot with these two substances entrapping unsuspecting people, especially young people, into a hell that is now being witnessed on our streets.

Why are there so many Trannies in high places?

So, I got sucked into the corporate structure to stuff my bank accounts before I retreat to my Gulch never to be seen again. I'm in a very large corporation, working on projects around the globe. Being near the twilight of a long career, somewhat more seasoned, and philosophical I am observing how our culture has changed. There are very few, almost no, engineers my age or older. I'm not all that old, really. But, we have the 20-somethings and a few of us. I love the younger generation. The young ladies are sharp and will run the world, soon. The young men are sharp and kind. In general, however, people have mentally declined, it seems. I've mentioned this here before. I can be in a meeting and state a concrete scientific fact based in reality on why we're going the wrong direction, and most people are too busy with their own conversations with themselves in their own heads to acknowledge it. And, we go off the cliff. Over and over. All the time. As a consequence, most things get done wrong and mistakes are made all the time.

But, on the flip side - in a culture where things are done willy-nilly and half-assed, the emails and messages about "Tranny Storytime Lunch, down the street today. Come support the trans community!" and "If you're white you probably offend people and don't even know it (because you're a stupid racist)" are on point! Very focused and effective, tireless campaign. In general, I'm over it and just ignore the almost daily messages. But, the tranny lunch message that was sent to everybody included a photo that made me physically sick. I don't hate anybody. I wish good things for everybody. But, what about my sensitivities and beliefs? I find a lot of this kind of message very insensitive to the concerns and beliefs of a lot of my fellow citizens. My boss is a devout Muslim and a fantastic guy. He must be upset by this too. I was telling my wife that it feels like, in the global list of priorities, tranny lunch day is higher on the list than technical effectiveness. It's very, very strange... I remain undaunted. I just keep my head down and work very hard to contribute to my society with technical expertise. It's rewarding and I want to do it. Even if much of society would love to see me burned at the stake. Very "new-testament" of me, I know…
