Much Ado Distractions

What the Left truly want, is to humiliate Trump.

They don’t want ticky tack indictments over the legal transportation of documents. They want to see him in chains.

They want the negative visuals of Trump in cuffs so they can satiate their fantasy.

Does he look humiliated? 🇺🇸

TRUMP AFTER COURT APPEARANCE: "We have a rigged country. We have a country that's corrupt. We have a county that's got no borders. We have a country that's got nothing but problems. We're a nation in decline and then they do this stuff — and you see where the people are."

Although the indictment against Donald Trump doesn’t cite the Presidential Records Act, the charges are predicated on the law. The indictment came about only because the government thought Mr. Trump took records that didn’t belong to him, and the government raided his house to find any such records.

This should never have happened. The Presidential Records Act allows the president to decide what records to return and what records to keep at the end of his presidency. And the National Archives and Records Administration can’t do anything about it. I know because I’m the lawyer who lost the “Clinton sock drawer” case.

Amy Berman Jackson: “Since the President is completely entrusted with the management and even the disposal of Presidential records during his time in office,” she held, “it would be difficult for this Court to conclude that Congress intended that he would have less authority to do what he pleases with what he considers to be his personal records.”

Judge Berman added that “the PRA contains no provision obligating or even permitting the Archivist to assume control over records that the President ‘categorized’ and ‘filed separately’ as personal records. At the conclusion of the President’s term, the Archivist only ‘assumes responsibility for the Presidential records.’ . . . PRA does not confer any mandatory or even discretionary authority on the Archivist to classify records. Under the statute, this responsibility is left solely to the President.”

This is the interesting part of the article:

In defending NARA, the Justice Department argued that NARA doesn’t have “a duty to engage in a never-ending search for potential presidential records” that weren’t provided to NARA by the president at the end of his term. Nor, the department asserted, does the Presidential Records Act require NARA to appropriate potential presidential records forcibly. The government’s position was that Congress had decided that the president and the president alone decides what is a presidential record and what isn’t. He may take with him whatever records he chooses at the end of his term.

Nearly one-third of Generation Z says they'd be just fine with government-installed surveillance cameras in every household under the guise of reducing domestic violence and other illegal activity.

"Would you favor or oppose the government installing surveillance cameras in every household to reduce domestic violence, abuse, and other illegal activity?" asks a new survey from the Cato Institute. Of the responses, 29% of those aged 18-29 said yes.

When it comes to other age brackets, 20% of millennials (between the ages of 30 and 44) also want everyone watched.

Then, wisdom appears to kick in - as just 6% of Americans aged 45 and older were OK with government surveillance in every home.

Broken down by politics, 19% of liberals and 18% of centrists agreed that our daily lives should be monitored by the government for our own safety, while 9 - 11% of those who identify as conservative, very conservative, or very liberal agreed in what appears to be a "horseshoe" issue that unites both ends of the political spectrum.

It’s the middle that has the ethic of old East German secret police — or the KGB. Maybe that’s not surprising considering the way respectable liberal institutions now run themselves.

From Ivy League campuses to the publishing industry and the digital domains of Facebook, there is an Orwellian sense of perpetual emergency, an irrational fear that misinformation and hate speech will overwhelm society unless every utterance is subject to a censor’s scrutiny. Even Orwell didn’t imagine Newspeak would require new pronouns. -NY Post

Broken down by race, 33% of black Americans said they're fine with government in-home surveillance, as did 25% of hispanics, 11% of whites, and 9% of asians respectively.

The question was asked as part of the Cato Institute's survey on American attitudes on the prospect of a 'central bank digital currency.' What's interesting about that is that 53% of Americans who support a CBDC also support in-home surveillance cameras.

In rare comments on the subject ahead of the centenary, Putin made clear he thought it would have been better if the 1917 Revolution had never happened, and that he believed there was nothing to celebrate.”... We see how ambiguous its results were, how closely the negative and, we must acknowledge, the positive consequences of those events are intertwined," Putin told a gathering of academics last month.

"Was it not possible to follow an evolutionary path rather than go through a revolution? Could we not have evolved by way of gradual and consistent forward movement rather than at the cost of destroying our statehood and the ruthless fracturing of millions of human lives?”

BTW Another part of Reality:

The War

The Ukrainian counteroffensive has failed... but they say it's still going on so as not to have it look like the failure it is...

Lukashenko the President of Belarus said that Belarus received missiles and bombs from the Russian Federation three times more powerful than those used in Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

The truth keeps coming out about the J6 Federal Operation:

January 6th

The Vax

Microbiologist Kevin McKernan—a former researcher and team leader for the MIT Human Genome Project—has discovered massive DNA contamination in the mRNA COVID-19 shots, including simian virus 40 (SV40) promoters.

  • SV40 has been linked to cancer in humans, including mesotheliomas, lymphomas, and cancers of the brain and bone. In 2002, the Lancet published evidence linking polio vaccines contaminated with SV40 to Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. According to the authors, the vaccine may be responsible for up to 50 percent of the 55,000 Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma cases diagnosed each year.

  • The level of contamination varies depending on the platform used to measure it, but no matter which method is used, the level of DNA contamination is significantly higher than the regulatory limits in both Europe and the United States. The highest level of DNA contamination found was 30 percent.

  • The finding of DNA means the mRNA COVID-19 shots may have the ability to alter the human genome.

  • Even if genetic modification does not occur, the fact that you’re getting foreign DNA into your cells poses a risk in and of itself. Partial expression could occur, or it might interfere with other transcription translations that are already in the cell. Cytoplasmic transfection can also allow for genetic manipulation, as the nucleus disassembles and exchanges cellular components with the cytosol during cell division.

“UFO Crashes” in Las Vegas: Police Bodycam Captures Mysterious Event as Residents Report Encounter with “Non-Human Beings” (VIDEO)

An excerpt: The concept of replacing real things with imposters is so resonant with truth. Natural immunity replaced with vaccination. Negate the real. Cane sugar replaced with high fructose corn syrup. Negate the real. Meat replaced with fake meat. Negate the real. Women replaced with men. Negate the real.

There are imposters everywhere. Imposter leaders, people, food, schools, organizations, concepts, and so many other things, including words. Allow me to introduce an example. What do you think of when you hear or see the words ‘Alien Invasion’? I would bet that you think of beings from another planet, non? I would also bet that this would be based on all of the imagery already uploaded to our minds having watched countless movies and TV series about aliens and alien invasions. Or perhaps the images were uploaded from books. Or perhaps the images came even from ‘an experience’?

Let’s break down the words ‘Alien Invasion’ into the words ‘Alien’ and ‘Invasion’. What if ‘they’ have absconded these words ‘Alien Invasion’, and in fact, imposed fictitious meaning onto them in order to distract our collective attention away from actual alien invasions? In other words, what if mass migrations of humans are ongoing and no one recognizes the threat to our nations because they’re thinking about being anal-probed by greys? The effect of mass undocumented migrations is only chaos. If the world falls into real and utter chaos, it would need to be lead out of chaos, right? By whom? A powerful, fiat-currency rich entity? Doesn’t that seem to align with the goals of certain billionaires?
