During multiple interrogations, FBI agents allegedly pressured Samsel into taking a deal that entailed affirming their bogus narrative claiming the January 6 “insurrection” was conspired by the Proud Boys and President Trump to go home or pay the price.
The feds also tried to bribe Samsel into framing Proud Boys leader Joseph Biggs with having a gun on January 6. Biggs was wrongfully convicted of sedition conspiracy “for his role in the Capitol riot” during which he committed no violent crimes and is serving 17 years in prison in an FCI Alabama.
Choosing to die on his feet rather than live on his knees, Samsel refused to comply to go home.
“‘They said, ‘There was a man with a gun.’ They kept asking me, ‘Did you see him around the Proud Boys? Did they hand him the gun?’ I just said, ‘I don’t know. I am not sure. I don’t know!” Samsel told The Gateway Pundit in an exclusive interview, describing the multiple attempts by the Justice Department to strong-arm him into cooperating.
“There was an article posted in the New York Times claiming that I was going to be the ‘smoking gun’ and I was going to testify against the Proud Boys during their trial — and I wasn’t. So, I was locked in a room in DC,” he said. “Inside, the cops asked me if I was going to testify. I said, ‘No.’ People began spreading these lies and all these rumors.
“I said, ‘I’m not testifying!’ That’s when they ended up beating the shit out of me and telling me that I ‘better start learning to cooperate’ and I ‘better start doing what the government tells me to do or times will get real tough.’ That’s when I was assaulted, the first time,” he said.
The FBI allegedly employed the same intimidation tactics against Proud Boys national chairman Enrique Tarrio, who was not even in DC during the Capitol riot yet serving a 22-year prison sentence in FCI Manchester in Kentucky. Before the judge handed Tarrio the longest sentence of any J6 defendant to date, he was caged in solitary confinement in a 6 by 8-foot freezing-cold cell reserved for serial killers in the Alexandria Detention Facility for 17 months, along with his co-defendants, where they were served inedible rotten food or nothing.
“They told me to LIE about President Trump in order to indict him. I told them to pound sand and because I refused to lie about President Trump it cost me twenty-two years of my life,” Tarrio told TGPafter he was sentenced in September.
In March 2021, while detained in the hole of the DC gulag for refusing COVID-19 poison shots, Samsel awoke to the correctional officers zip-tying his hands. Then they walked him to an unoccupied cell and smashed his face into the ground.
He was then transferred to the Lewisburg, Virginia correctional facility, and severely beaten again, this time the assault left him with no vision in one eye, a broken eye socket, and the inability to move his left arm. Doctors in Lewisburg told Samsel he required surgery and he was transferred to FDC Philadephia.
“I was moved to Central Virginia Regional Jail. At that jail, they were unable to provide me medical so they sent me off to Northern Neck Regional Jail in Warsaw, Virginia. In Warsaw, I was assaulted during the legal video visitations,” Samsel said. “After I was beaten there, I started suffering from all these health conditions — that’s when I started developing bad blood clots.
“When I was finally able to see a doctor in Warsaw, the doctor wrote a letter to the judge saying, ‘This guy needed to be released. He has way too many medical issues, and we can’t operate on him here, his blood clots are serious and he needs treatment immediately.’ He sent me to Geissinger, a local hospital. They scheduled surgery, rehab and all kinds of treatments that the jail couldn’t provide. But [Judge Jia Cobb] refused to allow me to get the surgery. She said, ‘I’m not giving him bond. I’ll ship him to Philadelphia and we’ll get a second opinion at the University of Pennsylvania.'”
When he finally was transferred to Philadelphia he did not get surgery, treatment, or see a doctor. Instead, he was on the brink of starving to death for over five months on the cell block where inmates notoriously die or get killed.
Locked in the hole on the 8th floor, not only was Samsel in pain from the injuries he sustained from all the assaults, but almost two weeks had gone by and he wasn’t given a single meal.
“Once I arrived in FDC Philadelphia, I was placed in solitary confinement on the 8th floor, locked in 24/7, with no windows, no books — no nothing. The lights are never turned off. I could not store food and they fed little to nothing. The COs in Philadelphia are extremely liberal and hated me because I am a J6er. So they were going to torture me and get away with it,” Samsel said.

Red Voice Media posted a video that we had not seen before from the January 6 protest at the US Capitol.
In the video, Jacob Chansley, later dubbed the “Q Shaman,” reads a tweet from President Trump to the crowd outside the US Capitol and tells them to go home. Chansley added, “We are peaceful… We are not Antifa.”

This video, among others was omitted from Chansley’s trial. The Arizona man was later sentenced to 41 months in prison for walking inside the US Capitol, asking police if he was allowed to be there, was then escorted through the building by police, led a prayer in the US Senate chamber, and then read Trump’s tweet to be peaceful before leaving the premises.
The DC Courts sentenced Chansley to 41 months in federal prison for this.

Federal Appeals Court Upholds Texas Law Requiring Pen-on-Paper Voter Signature on Registrations
A Texas law that requires the submission of a physical signature on voter registration applications has been upheld by an appeals court.
A federal appeals court has upheld a Texas law that requires an original pen-on-paper signature on a voter registration application, delivering a win for advocates of election integrity measures.
“This is just one of the many election integrity laws we passed to make it harder for cheaters to cheat,” Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said in a statement on social media, praising the 2-1 ruling by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals with respect to what’s been dubbed the “wet ink signature” law for voter registration.
The “wet ink signature” law requires Texans who submit their voter registration applications by fax or electronic means to additionally submit a physical copy of their application containing an original pen-on-paper signature.

The Definitive List of States That Want to Determine What Residents Can Say
23 led by Democrats insist they can control ‘misleading information’
There now is a definitive list of states where officials want to be able to censor their residents, controlling what they claim is “misleading information.”
And all 23 are led by Democrats.
The list comes courtesy of constitutional expert and popular legal commentator Jonathan Turley, a renowned law professor at George Washington University who not only has testified as an expert before Congress but has represented members in court.
“For years, we have discussed the alarming shift in the Democratic party on free speech with candidates running on pledges to censor opposing views and politicians supporting blacklisting and censorship on social media,” he explained. “Many citizens oppose such efforts to restrict their rights under the First Amendment, but are unaware of the work of their representatives to limit free speech. Now, a filing in the Supreme Court supporting censorship efforts by the Biden administration has supplied a handy list of the anti-free speech states for citizens.”
A legal battle is currently unfolding in the state of Oregon as local legislators along with other parties, such as radio show hosts and Republican party representatives are suing government officials in an attempt to prevent them from intervening in what is referred to as false election information.
The lawsuit, which represents a bold stand against censorship, was launched against Democratic Governor Tina Kotek, Secretary of State LaVonne Griffin-Valade, and Elections Director Molly Woon.

The lawsuit’s central accusation is that the state is effectively intending to mute any critique or disapproval of its electoral process under the guise of mitigating unfounded election-related claims.
The plaintiffs previously attempted a peaceful resolution over a phone call but to no avail, leading to them seeking an urgent court injunction. The dispute revolves around an initiative titled “Election False Information Solution,” put forth by Griffin-Valade, an unfulfilled proposal meant to counter disinformation. Despite a deadline of October 27, the project has yet to be implemented.
The plaintiffs argue that Oregon’s intimidation tactics, which include imposing a $10,000 fine on anyone spreading false election information, were signed into law in 2021. According to the official documents, these punitive measures are put in place against those making false statements regarding various electoral matters.

DeWine vetoed House Bill 68 on Friday, which would have prohibited doctors from prescribing puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones for minors and banned boys from competing in girls’ sports, just hours before the deadline. A review of donations from 2018 to 2023 found that the governor received $40,300 from the Ohio Children’s Hospital Association (OCHA), Cincinnati Children’s, Nationwide Children’s Hospital and ProMedica Children’s Hospital, all of whom support transgender medical care.

Rising malpractice premiums are blocking the creation of new transgender “clinics” for teenagers.
“I didn’t anticipate that it was going to be a big deal,” Andy Rowe, the healthcare operations director for The Project of the Quad Cities, told Time magazine.

While independent clinics and medical practices have been relocating across state lines to offer such medical procedures to minors, they are quickly finding out that obtaining malpractice insurance on the commercial marketplace has become a barrier, even in states that allow such practices.
