Dr. Eric Coomer who is responsible for the strategy and Security of Dominion Voting Systems at Dominion Voting Systems. If you search the company’s profile Eric Coomer has since been removed from their page of directors.
Entrepreneur Joe Oltmann researched the Dominion Voting Systems this week and did a deep dive on Dr. Eric Coomer who is responsible for the strategy and Security of Dominion Voting Systems. Oltmann posted a Facebook post by Coomer from June.
Dr. Coomer retweeted the “Antifa” manifesto letter to President Trump.
Needless to say Dr. Coomer is NOT a Trump supporter!
This is a FB post from Dr. Eric Coomer. This is the Antifa “manifesto” letter to Trump. This is the man that is responsible for the strategy and Security of Dominion Voting Systems. I will post all of the posts here over the next couple of days. Share and follow pic.twitter.com/E2rK9TznVw — Joe Oltmann (@JoeOltmann) November 12, 2020
Here is the last page of that letter (the rest is available at:https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/dominion-voting-systems-officer-strategy-security-eric-coomer-admitted-2016-vendors-election-officials-access-manipulate-vote/
There are other anti-Trump Facebook posts by Dr. Coomer including a YouTube video titled “Dead Prez.” Twitter removed Joe Oltmann’s account last night. It is very revealing that Twitter would remove the one account that was investigating Coomer, his far left background and his role at Dominion.
In 2016 Coomer told the Illinois States Board of Elections that it was possible to bypass election systems software.
Here is more from the 2016 article at the Post and Email:
Dr. Coomer’s statement brings to light a very serious issue all voters should understand. Voting systems must be re-certified each time they make changes to the hardware or software. Recertification is an expensive and time consuming process. What Dr. Coomer told the Board is that Dominion Voting does not go back for recertification of software when threats to their code are discovered. Rather, they rely on post-election audits and providing advice to election jurisdictions about security. I have reviewed all of the recertification documents produced by Dominion, and I do not recall any software adjustments for security purposes.
This is the reality of the security of your vote. Software systems that count and record the vote across Illinois and throughout the USA are not updated to address security problems, and even if they were, the software can be completely bypassed by going to the data tables that drive the systems.
White Hat Anons have hacked the Dominion Manual showing all functions etc..
From Code Monkey Ron:
What we have learned so far from reading the Dominion Voting System manual: 1. Votes can theoretically be ignored for individuals if a straight ticket vote is selected. This setting could very welI enable "Repubiican"-style typo fraud. Many complex rules decide how the "straight ticket" option works. 2. Network Security is very weak since all software access keys use the same cryptographic pair. This gives plausible deniability to whoever potentially decides to mess around with voting settings. It cant be proven who changed a setting since everybody has the same key 3. Digital certificates are not protected by password, and Dominion user manual explicitly says not to enter a password. This enables potential for bad actors to MITM attack data traveling over network between precinct tabulator and central tabulator. 4. Cryptic "split rotation" function that features the ability to "force a maximum deviation". There is no definition of a "split rotation", so we cannot know what "force a maximum deviation" means in this instance. 5. Local IT guys have ultimate power to clandestinely change settings, thus having the ability to potentially alter an entire election. There are no checks and balances or observers of the local IT guy when he accesses machine debug and admin settings. Its unclear if logs exist.
Code Monkey Ron gets his info to the real media - Chanel Rion of OAN.
Ron: "Thanks for the wonderful chat @ChanelRion. Looking forward to seeing what you are able to do with the information that I have provided you. Good luck!"
Chanel: "Valuable insights. I learned much - as will some very interested parties. Thank you, Ron! Stay tuned!"
Serbia?
Dominion Voting Systems (DVS), develops its systems in the U.S. and Canada but also has an office in Belgrade, Serbia. It was recently advertising openings for four senior software developers in Belgrade.
"Like many of America's largest technology companies -- which develop some of the software for their products in places like Asia, India, Ireland and the Mideast -- some of our software development is undertaken outside the U.S. and Canada, specifically, in Serbia, where we have conducted operations for 10 years," said firm spokesman Chris Riggall, in an email.
Gotcha!!
Trump signed legislation making hacking voting systems a federal crime last month!
Concerned about what is going to happen when?
This is the most comprehensive analysis of the election results, with timelines etc:
More people come forward from the USPS:
The new USPS whistleblower in the Philadelphia suburb of Elkins Park details orders to stop delivering President Trump and Republican mailings.
“We were told that the only mail that will be delivered from now (Nov 9) on will be for that of the winner…this case Joe Biden.”
The whistleblower said all mail from other political sources and senders (Trump, GOP) would be put into the undeliverable bulk business mail bin.
The Trump Administration has fired the head of the agency responsible for electoral safety from hacking:
Bryan Ware, a top official at the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), will step down at the end of the week.
CyberScoop first reported that Ware, who serves as assistant director for cybersecurity at CISA, will leave his position on Friday to move to a private sector position. A CISA source confirmed Ware’s departure to The Hill.
The CISA source gave no further details about the departure, but Reuters reported that a senior U.S. official said Ware had been asked to resign by the White House earlier this week.
So now the guy responsible for electoral prosecutions at the DOJ and the guy for electoral cybersecurity are both promptly canned. I hope they are also prosecuted.
This may be helpful:
The USPS uses a program called Mail Imaging, which takes a photograph of the outside of every piece of mail sent in the U.S. While the primary purpose of taking the pictures is to process the mail, law enforcement agencies are able to request images of mail sent and received by a target they are investigating.
Somehow, the title on President Trump's Facebook page was changed from 'Donald J. Trump, President' to 'Donald J. Trump, Political Candidate'. Trump would NEVER have done something that, so it had to be someone at Facebook. Bastards!!
No recount, no certification. No voting machine code review, no certification."
No certification, no electors...?
Here is the real answer from Mr. Constitution, John Chambers:
Too much half-information is floating around about the House of Representatives electing the President.
Yes, in Article II, section 1, it does describe the scenario in which that will occur. The process of electing the President is modified in Amendment 12 but the part about the House electing the President remained pretty much the same.
Yes, when the House elects the President, it is done by state, each state having one vote. So if a state has 3 Democrat Representatives and 2 Republicans, we can be pretty assured that state will vote for the Democrat Candidate. If another state has 3 Republicans and 2 Democrats, we can be pretty sure it will vote for the Republican Candidate.
The question is, using the quaint language of the Constitution, when does the selection of the President “devolve” to the House? Under what circumstances does the House elect the President?
In the last 2 days I have received a number of breathless emails that if the election we just had on November 3rd is proven to be corrupted the House will get to choose.
Next time you get an email huffing and puffing about the House electing the President, measure it against the actual process.
This is the actual process ...
Each state appoints, “in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors.” Electors are the people who vote in an election. Each state appoints a number of people who will vote in the election of the president.
You mean the November 3rd election is not really the Presidential election?
Correct. State legislatures of all the states (even Nebraska and Maine) have directed that the manner of appointing the electors involves a popular election – an election by the people.
The November 3rd election is used by the legislature to appoint the Presidential Electors. That “winner-take-all” popular vote became the norm after Andy Jackson lost to John Quincy Adams in 1824 and vowed to win the next election. An interesting story but not for here.
Each of the 50 states has an election on November 3rd to find out who will be the state’s Presidential electors. There is not ONE election. There are 50 elections (plus DC too, 51 elections).
So Pennsylvania has a popular election. The party that wins that chooses who the electors are and the legislature appoints them.
The question we have today is whether or not the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania had an honest election. If they did not, the Courts may order any of a variety of remedies.
If they determine the Democrats (for instance) cheated, they could declare the Republicans the winners. (I understand that was the court’s ruling in Pennsylvania a few years ago in a State Senate race). Or they could order a re-count, or a new election or ... who knows?
Even if the Courts rule one way or another, both political parties may declare themselves the winners and say the state should appoint their people as electors. This has happened famously in the 1876 election and even as recently as 1960 in Hawaii. (Another fascinating story, but not for here.)
We’ll get back to how to resolve the “two slates of electors” problem in a moment, but for now, let’s just call it straight.
The appointed electors meet in the state capitol (this year it will be on December 14th), and vote for President and Vice-President, tally the votes, certify it, and send the list to Congress.
In Congress, the President of the Senate (Mike Pence) opens the certificates and reads them. If anyone, any Representative or Senator, objects to a certificate, it is not counted. It is put aside. After all certificates are read, each chamber retires to consider the certificates which were put aside.
Let us say Michigan fields two sets of electors (might happen). Let us say some Democrat objects to the Republican electors and some Republican objects to the Democrat electors (you know that is going to happen).
Each Chamber retires to consider the objections. The Senate decides which set of electors are valid and the House also decides. There is a time limitation on debate – this has to happen fast. Then the two chambers reconvene as one body.
If the two chambers agree on a set of electors, that is the set of electors counted. If they do not agree, they have to count the electors the governor of the state certified.
All the electoral votes are counted. Someone wins.
Or maybe the top two get the exact same number of votes. THEN and ONLY then, the House of Representatives, by state, elects the President.
There is whole bunch of stuff you have to go through before the election “devolves” to the House.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if folks actually understood the Constitution? Then we wouldn’t have all these breathless emails making incorrect claims and getting folks worked up over nothing. Ignorance is anything but bliss.
People tell me they like how I make the Constitution understandable. If the above was understandable, you are a candidate for getting my Constitution Study Guide.
