China, Voter Fraud and the RINO Senate Majority Leader

Yes, he helped get judges appointed, but look at his conflicts of interest with China! Having just undercut senators supporting Trump, he congratulated Biden in spite of the overwhelming fraud evidence. He's been in bed with China for a while...

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) quashed two election integrity bills in July last year after receiving thousands in donations from Dominion lobbyists.

In July, McConnell blocked two bills, one that would provide $775 million to “bolster election security,” along with requiring a physical paper trail of every single ballot cast in the country, and a second that would mandate political candidates, their staff members, and their families, to notify the FBI if any foreign government offered to assist them.

“Clearly this request is not a serious effort to make a law. Clearly something so partisan that it only received one single solitary Republican vote in the House is not going to travel through the Senate by unanimous consent,” said McConnell on the Senate floor,as he refused to allow the bills to be put to a vote.

However, within the previous year, multiple lobbyists representing Dominion Voting Systems and Election Systems and Software, who together make up around 80% of all voting machines in the country, donated thouands of dollars to the McConnell campaign.

David Cohen and Brian Wild, both of lobbyist Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, who lobbied for Dominion in 2019, donated $2,000 and $1,000 respectively to the McConnell campaign funds. And around the same time, Emily Kirlin and Jen Olson, who have lobbied for ES&S, also donated $1,000 each.

Interestingly, these donations occurred throughout March of 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic first reached the United States and mail-in voting became an almost certainty for the 2020 election.

BREAKING: Mitch McConnell Recieved Money From Dominion, Squashed 2 Voter Security Bills — Chief America 1st Trumpster (President Elect) (@ChiefTrumpster) December 15, 2020

McConnell on Tuesday praised the processes and outcome of the presidential election, and appeared to align himself with Vice President Biden. “Americans voted in this year’s general election. Legal and Constitutional processes have continued to play out since then,” McConnell said. “As of this morning, our country has officially a president-elect, and a vice-president elect.”

The Senate Majority Leader didn’t mention any of the currently ongoing lawsuits exposing the lack of integrity in the election, or any of the several slates of alternate electors sent by the contested states. “Our system of government has processes to determine who will be sworn in on January 20, the Electoral College has spoken.” McConnell added. “So today I want to congratulate President-elect Joe Biden.”

McConnell’s wife, Elaine Chao, is the daughter of shipping magnates James and Ruth Chao and the sister of Angela Chao, the latter of whom was appointed to a non-executive position on the Bank of China’s board of directors in 2016.

A massive spike in McConnell’s financial disclosures occurred in 2007 and 2008 following the death of Ruth Chao, with the senator’s federal disclosure jumping from $3 million to $33 million in that two year span according to Forbes.

McConnell’s re-election campaigns have received over $1 million in contributions from Elaine Chao’s family, including James and Angela, according to a 2019 report from the New York Times.

Aside from her position at the Bank of China, Angela Chao also serves as the CEO of Foremost, which is the Chao family’s billion-dollar maritime shipping empire. While Foremost is an ostensibly American company with offices located in New York City, Forbes noted that the company’s fleet of vessels “sail under flags registered in Liberia and Hong Kong, and the company does the vast majority of its business in Asia.”

Foremost’s upward trajectory has remained steady during McConnell’s tenure in the Senate, with the company continuing to prosper even during multiple economic downturns in the industry. Shipping database VesselsValue has estimated the company fleet’s net worth at $1.2 billion, making it the most valuable such fleet of any dry bulk shipping operation headquartered in the United States in 2019.

Perhaps some of Foremost’s good fortune can be attributed to the several hundred million dollars’ worth of loans it is contracted to receive from the Chinese government, or the fact that James and Angela Chao, who describe themselves as Americans, have served on the board of the Chinese government-owned China State Shipbuilding corporation. China State Shipbui

The New York Times noted in its 2019 report that the Bank of China, where Angela Chao serves as a non-executive director, is a top lender to China State Shipbuilding.

Under Elaine Chao’s tenure as Secretary of Transportation, the agency budget “has repeatedly called to cut programs intended to stabilize the financially troubled maritime industry in the United States, moving to cut new funding for federal grants to small commercial shipyards and federal loan guarantees to domestic shipbuilders” according to the Times.

The report also noted that while the Chao family has paid for Chinese programs that provide scholarships and ship simulators for Chinese sailors, Elaine Chao’s Department of Transportation has repeatedly tried to excise grant funding for programs that keep domestic American vessels in service and buy ships that would be used to train American seamen.

McConnell and the Chaos have repeatedly dismissed concerns about conflicts of interest relating to the Senate Majority leader’s family ties to Foremost and Beijing, with Angela Chao insinuating that her ties to McConnell have only come under scrutiny because of anti-Chinese prejudice.

However, critics have noted that the fact McConnell’s public refusal to help President Trump in the latter’s fight to restore election integrity could be influenced by the fact that President Trump’s pro-American, hardline stance towards trade with China may pose a threat to business interests close to McConnell.

It seems that even though the Transportation Secretary worked at her parents shipping company Foremost since the 70s, she has worked diligently to help the company held by her family members throughout her entire time in government.

Chao has met with Chinese media outlets to speak about her family’s business, often with her father in tow. She has also attended numerous business events celebrated by the company.

According to a New York Times article, Chao attended a contract-signing ceremony for Foremost. The event was even more dubious than it looked on its face. The 2017 meeting was required to be approved by the Transportation Department. The trip was eventually canceled by the department, siting a conflicting meeting that President Trump had called.

Only a few months later she was forced to cancel a trip to China due to worries about the ethics of such a meeting. Chao had requested that family members connected to Foremost join in the event. She has also been apprehensive at best to reveal both her and her family’s ties to the CCP.

The Times have also said that did not reveal the various awards that she has acquired in China. One such prize was being made an international adviser in Wuhan, the capital of Hubei province. The Senate requests all applicants to include all of their honorary positions. The secretary also omitted her family’s close relationship with the CCP.

Even though Chao wrote that her family members “embody the American dream,” it has been reported that they also have close ties to people as powerful as Jiang Zemin (江澤民), now retired former president of China.

Chao has family clearly connected to the Communist Party of China, a family that has contributed millions of dollars to both her and her husband. That company gets a large portion of its financing from a state-owned bank in China, therefore essentially directly from the CCP.

Elaine Chao’s father, James Si-Cheng Chao, was born and raised in China. He attended the National Chiao Tung University in Shanghai where he met and befriended Jiang Zemin. That friendship was destined to have a significant effect on American politics.

After university, their paths diverged. James Chao joined the China Maritime Trust Limited shipping company as a cadet, rose in the ranks to become one of their youngest merchant marine captains, and moved to Taiwan with the company when the communists seized Shanghai in 1949.

Jiang Zemin went to Moscow to take up a traineeship with the Stalin Automobile Works before returning to China where, after a brief stint with the Changchun First Automobile Works, he was transferred to government services.

James Chao moved to New York in 1958 and, immediately after graduating with an MBA in 1964, founded the Foremost Group, a shipping, trading and finance enterprise. Back in China, Jiang Zemin was rising in prominence and rank to become a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party.

When the two reconnected isn’t clear. We do know that James Chao placed an order for two ships to be built at the state-owned shipyard in Shanghai during Jiang's tenure there as mayor.

Left leaning reporters have dug into McConnell's China connections in more detail:

In Chao 1986, she joined the Maritime Administration in the Department of Transportation and moved up to Chairwoman of the Federal Maritime Commission in 1988. A year later, the first of the Bush presidents nominated Chao to be Deputy Secretary of Transportation.

In just three years, Elaine had managed to get herself out of banking and into a position in the Executive branch of the US government. It was quite an accomplishment and it demonstrated a single-minded determination.

In 1990, Elaine Chao was introduced to Mitch McConnell, senator since 1985, divorced since 1980. They married in 1993 and traveled with James Chao to Beijing to meet up with an old family friend, Jiang Zemin, now President Jiang Zemin of the People’s Republic of China.

AG Barr is stepping down on the 23rd of December:

Just had a very nice meeting with Attorney General Bill Barr at the White House. Our relationship has been a very good one, he has done an outstanding job! As per letter, Bill will be leaving just before Christmas to spend the holidays with his family......Deputy Attorney General Jeff Rosen, an outstanding person, will become Acting Attorney General. Highly respected Richard Donoghue will be taking over the duties of Deputy Attorney General. Thank you to all!

Includes very nice letter of resignation from Barr.

Jeffrey Rosen has performed well and loyally for President Trump as the Deputy AG under Barr. He has a good history aggressively prosecuting Huawei, putting protestors on notice for sedition and generally doing what we wish Sessions and Barr were doing publicly. All signs are that the left will not like his being in that position.

Odd coincidence with respect to McConnell: On May 16, 2017, Rosen was confirmed as United States Deputy Secretary of Transportation by a 56–42 vote. There, he served under Secretary Elaine Chao.

The Deputy Attorney General Richard Donoghue is impressive!:

Richard Donoghue is an American attorney and prosecutor who served as the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York from 2018 to 2020. Donoghue was appointed interim U.S. Attorney by Jeff Sessions in January 2018. On December 14, 2020, President Trump announced that Donoghue would become Acting Deputy Attorney General of the United States on December 23, 2020.

Donoghue served in the Judge Advocate General's Corps, United States Army, where he was a Military Magistrate Judge, Prosecutor, Defense Counsel, and Contract Litigator. He also served in the 82nd Airborne Division. Donogue worked at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York before leaving to serve as Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General and Counselor to the U.S. Attorney General. Donogue was selected to serve as United States Attorney in January 2018. In 2020, it was announced that Donoghue would leave the Eastern District to serve as Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General at the United States Department of Justice.[1][2][3]

Now…why would that be interesting?

In Dynes v. Hoover, 61 U.S. (10 How.) 65 (1857), the Supreme Court held that military courts were not part of the federal judiciary under Article 111, but merely agencies of the Executive under Articles I and 11. It was therefore felt that constitutional limitations placed upon the federal courts were not applicable to the military tribunal.

A smart cookie in the internet said this about Judge Advocate Generals:

“The Judge Advocate General in relation to the whole military establishment. In time of war or domestic disturbance their functions might include duties in connection with military com- missions, provost courts or other military tribunals, and the furnishing of advice concerning legal questions relating to claims and relations of the civil population arising in occupied enemy territory or incident to hostilities or domestic disturbances.”

Mr. Donoghue is perfectly prepared to do what needs to be done at this important time in American history. And, don’t forget that Sidney Powell is a seasoned military attorney.

Organized Crime Prosecution:

Scott Adams:

Hypothetically, if the mainstream media and the fifty past and present intel professionals who defended Hunter Biden were knowingly protecting his ongoing criminal enterprise, would that make it a RICO case?

President Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani prosecuted RICO cases against the mafia. In his prosecutor days Giuliani used RICO laws against the mafia and then against white collar criminals.

This subject came up in the Arizona hearings where Arizona Representative Mark Finchem raised the topic:

“It’s exceedingly hard for me to place a label on what we’ve heard other than racketeering. Good old-fashioned mobster racketeering.”

Per an article at the Western Journal on Sunday, Sidney Powell is building a RICO case against voting machine companies Dominion and Smartmatic :

Attorney Sidney Powell says that her battle over the Nov. 3 election is far from over, saying that the evidence she is gathering could turn into a major racketeering case under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act…

…Four names, she said, were central to her investigation: Jorge Rodriguez, a former minister for communications for Venezuela; Khalil Majid Mazzoub, whom Powell identified as a link to the U.S.-designated terrorist group Hezbollah; Gustavo Reyes-Zumeta, a computer programmer; and Antonio Mugica, CEO of the elections technology company Smartmatic, which has been linked in some accounts to Dominion Voting Systems.

Lin Wood:

Traitors & enemies of America forgot one simple fact. Every transmission through the airways is picked up by DNI. Israel too. Or did they forget? I have said for months this was NOT about an election This is a color revolution intended to overthrow our Constitution. Steady.
