Teacher Fired for Not Using Student's Preferred Pronouns Wins Major Victory
QUOTE: In a gratifying win for religious freedom and free speech, the Virginia Supreme Court concluded Thursday that embattled Virginia high school teacher Peter Vlaming, who had been fired over his refusal to use a student's preferred pronouns because of his religious faith, was protected by the free exercise and free speech clauses of the Virginia Constitution.In 2018, Vlaming, then a West Point High School French teacher, consistently referred to his transgender student (a biological female) by the student's preferred name. And the Virginia Supreme Court rightly vindicated Vlaming's right to stand by his convictions in its decision."

9to5Mac reports that Utah has taken a bold step in regulating social media use among children by passing a law that requires parental consent for children using social media after 10:30 pm. This law, set to be enacted in March, has sparked a significant legal battle. The NetChoice trade group, representing prominent social media platforms like TikTok, Meta (parent company of Facebook and Instagram), and Snap, has filed a federal lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the Utah legislation.

Mark Zuckerberg is reportedly building a sprawling $100 million Hawaii compound — complete with an underground bunker and its own food and energy sources — in a secret project suggesting the social media mogul is trying to conceal his doomsday preparations.
The Facebook founder’s complex called Koolau Ranch is already partially constructed and is shaping up to be one of the most expensive personal construction projects in modern history, according to a Wired investigation of property records and interviews with contractors.
The compound on Kauai island will consist of more than a dozen buildings with two central mansions that will be connected by a tunnel that leads to a 5,000-square-foot underground shelter with an escape hatch accessible via a ladder, Wired reported, citing building plans.
The property will house at least 30 bedrooms and 30 bathrooms and will also feature dottings of guest houses and a group of 11 “disk-shaped” treehouses joined together by rope bridges, according to the plans reviewed by the outlet.
The subterranean bunker will hold a living space and mechanical room and feature an apparent “blast-resistant” concrete and steel door, Wired reported.
Other exits and entrances throughout the compound’s buildings will have doors with keypad locks and soundproofing, while the library will feature a secret or “blind” door, according to the construction documents. Cameras are already “everywhere,” according to one worker and the plans show that one smaller ranch building has more than 20 cameras alone, the tech publication reported.
Koolau Ranch has another feature showing the Meta CEO may be planning for some sort of apocalypse.
According to Wired’s sources and construction plans, the builders hope to make it completely self-sufficient. A water tank — 55 feet in diameter and 18 feet tall — along with a pump system will be housed on the property, where existing ranching and agriculture on the 1,400 acres already provide food sources.
Zuckerberg has built a 6-foot wall around the compound and has all his contracted workers, no matter their level or involvement, sign NDAs regarding their work on the property, according to Wired.
Gearing up for an attack:
FOX Business reports that a federal law-enforcement source shared an internal officer safety alert from U.S. Customs and Border Protection on December 13th, warning CBP agents to be vigilant after the Mexican military seized 10 improvised explosive devices (IEDs) at the border.
According to Fox, the IEDs were found by Mexican authorities following gunshots at the U.S.-Mexico border. A Tucson supervisory border patrol agent arrested an armed person on the U.S. side who had a loaded AK-47 rifle, two loaded AK magazines, loose rounds and a handgun after hearing gunfire.
During the response, the Mexican military discovered 10 IEDs headed toward the U.S. southern border.
So if they were serious about stopping carbon emissions they would do themselves in... Better that than kill the equivalent billions of people...

Methane and nitrous oxide found in human exhalations are worse for the environment than carbon dioxide, scientists say.
Human breathing contributes to global warming, according to a study published Wednesday in PLoS One. The authors argued that human respiration’s contribution to climate change has been underestimated and merits further study.
After measuring the gas composition in the exhaled breaths of 328 study participants, the researchers concluded human breath comprises 0.05% of the UK’s methane emissions and 0.1% of its nitrous oxide. Both of those gasses “have a much higher global warming potential than carbon dioxide,” the study notes.
“Exhaled human breath can contain small, elevated concentrations of methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O), both of which contribute to global warming,” the researchers, led by atmospheric physicist Nicholas Cowan of the UK Centre for Ecology and Hydrology, wrote. “We would urge caution in the assumption that emissions from humans are negligible.”
While Cowan explained that “CO2 contribution in human breath to climate change is essentially zero” because plants absorb nearly all the carbon dioxide humans breathe out, the other two gasses are left in the atmosphere. Methane traps 80 times the amount of heat as carbon dioxide during its first 20 years in the atmosphere, though this potency decreases over time.

Let’s say Russia and China are lying, and the US did not manufacture C19.
Then why would Fauci, Collins, and the US government, put so much effort into covering up the lab origins?
Why are the US and their allies the only ones NOT interested in who caused a global pandemic?
Why did government health agencies and Big Tech censor scientists and journalists who pointed out its lab origins? If someone else created this virus, why are the US government so invested in covering up who is responsible? Over a million Americans died, shouldn’t they be tirelessly trying to find out who killed all those people?
Who benefited from the pandemic? American Pharmaceutical companies, that began the vaccine development BEFORE the pandemic. Who funds the MSM and Deep State politicians? Big Pharma.
If Russia and China are lying, why is it that the US veto every request at the UN Security Council for a joint investigation into the origins of C19?
There are two options. Elements within the US are responsible, or, a different entity is responsible and the US government went out of their way to cover it up.
The paper trail confirms it’s the former, but either way, heads must roll.
