Exposed: The FBI has not even brought justice to it’s own agents:
Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch on Tuesday announced it obtained records of 14 referrals of FBI employees to the bureau’s OPR (Office of Professional Responsibility) for leaking sensitive or classified information.
Out of the 14 leakers, only four were fired!
According to Judicial Watch, former Deputy Director of the FBI Andy McCabe appears to be one of the individuals referred to the OPR.
“No wonder the FBI was leaking so profusely. Collectively, these documents show lenient treatment for evident criminal activity. Only four of the 14 employees found to have made an unauthorized disclosure were dismissed from the FBI,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “And even though Andrew McCabe was fired and referred for a criminal investigation for his leak, no prosecution has taken place.”

Demonic creature Strzok now suing the FBI for firing him for overwhelming cause while charges of treason still hang over him.
Former FBI counterintelligence chief Peter Strzok on Tuesday filed a lawsuit against the FBI and DOJ over his firing claiming the decision was based on “unrelenting pressure” from President Trump.
Peter Strzok, a key FBI agent in the Russia investigation was caught sending anti-Trump text messages to his paramour FBI lawyer Lisa Page and subsequently removed from the special counsel’s team in the summer of 2017.
Peter Strzok was fired from the FBI last August and escorted out of the building.
Now he’s suing, claiming the US government violated his First Amendment and Fifth Amendment rights — he is seeking “reinstatement and back pay.”

Trump and Others Sue California After State Passes Law to Release Tax Returns as Requirement to Appear on Ballot
PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP SUED CALIFORNIA ON AUG. 6 AFTER CALIFORNIA GOV. GAVIN NESOM RECENTLY SIGNED A BILL INTO LAW REQUIRING PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES TO RELEASE FIVE YEARS OF TAX RETURNS.
The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California and alleges that the law adds an “unconstitutional qualification” to the prerequisites listed for candidates in the Constitution.
“The Democratic Party is on a crusade to obtain the president’s federal tax returns in the hopes of finding something they can use to harm him politically,” the lawsuit states, according to CBS. “In their rush to join this crusade, California Democrats have run afoul of these restrictions on state power over federal elections.”
The Republican National Committee and Judicial Watch also sued California over the law. “It certainly doesn’t bode well for Democrats heading into 2020 that their best bet for beating President Trump is to deny millions of Californians the ability to vote for him. This stunt by Democrats is unconstitutional and, simply put, desperate,”
she said in a statement.
Jay Sekulow, counsel to the president, said in a statement that “the State of California’s attempt to circumvent the Constitution will be answered in court.”
Even Jerry Brown knows it is unconstitutional:
Former Gov. Jerry Brown vetoed a similar bill in 2017, reported CBS Sacramento, writing that it would sit a “‘slippery slope precedent.”
“Today we require tax returns, but what would be next? Five years of health records? A certified birth certificate? High school report cards? And will these requirements vary depending on which political party is in power? A qualified candidate’s ability to appear on the ballot is fundamental to our democratic system,” he wrote.
“For that reason, I hesitate to start down a road that well might lead to an ever-escalating set of differing state requirements for presidential candidates.”

El Paso Shooter Promoted Population Control: “If We Can Get Rid of Enough People” Planet Will be “Sustainable”
Law enforcement officials said they were confident that an anti-immigrant document posted online belongs to Patrick Wood Crusius, 21, who they said is responsible for Saturday’s mass shooting at a Walmart in El Paso—leaving at least 20 dead and 26 wounded or injured.
The nearly 2,400-word manifesto outlines reasons for launching the attack, breaking down the “political” and “economic” motivations.
The author expresses explicit support to the shooter in Christchurch, New Zealand, who killed 51 people at a mosque in March. The author also gained inspiration by reading “The Great Replacement,” a book by a white nationalist French author who claims European elites are conspiring to replace their native populations with non-European immigrants.
The author also devotes a significant portion to overpopulation and its contribution to environmental degradation.
“The decimation of the environment is creating a massive burden for future generations. Corporations are heaing [sic] the destruction of our environment by shamelessly over harvesting resources,” it reads, saying Americans are unwilling to change their lifestyle to save the environment.
“Fresh water is being polluted from farming and oil drilling operations. Consumer culture is creating thousands of tons of unnecessary plastic waste and electronic waste, and recycling to help slow this down is almost non-existent.”
The author concludes that the “next logical step” is to decrease the population. “If we can get rid of enough people, then our way of life can become more sustainable,” the manifesto says.

Senator Rand Paul had part of his lung removed over the weekend due to damage from the politically motivated assault by his neighbor in 2017.
Senator Paul was attacked by his neighbor Rene Boucher while he was mowing his lawn and suffered six broken ribs.
“Unfortunately, I will have to limit my August activities. Part of my lung damaged by the 2017 assault had to be removed by surgery this weekend. The doctors, nurses, & staff at Vanderbilt University Medical Center were great. I should be able to return to the Senate in September,” Senator Paul tweeted on Monday.

49% of Democrats Think Trump Voters Are Racist
Most voters don’t consider supporters of President Trump to be racist, but half of Democrats do.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 59% of Likely U.S. Voters disagree with the following statement – “Vote for Donald Trump, and you are a racist.” Twenty-nine percent (29%) agree with the statement, while 12% are undecided.
But a closer look finds that 49% of Democrats think Trump voters are racist, compared to 13% of Republicans and 23% of voters not affiliated with either major party.
Rasmussen Reports did not identify the source of the statement in its question. Joe Lockhart who served as press secretary for President Bill Clinton from 1998 to 2000 made the comment on Twitter earlier this week.
Voters are closely divided over whether Trump is a racist, but one-in-three Democrats think it’s racism any time a white politician criticizes a politician of color.
Most voters in nearly every demographic category say Trump voters are not racist.
Women and those under 40, however, are more likely than men and older voters to see those who vote for Trump as racists. Forty-one percent (41%) of blacks agree, compared to 26% of whites and 37% of other minority voters.
Fifty-seven percent (57%) of self-described political liberals believe those who vote for Trump are racist. Seventy-five percent (75%) of conservatives and 57% of moderates disagree.
Seventy-one percent (71%) of all voters think most politicians raise racial issues to get elected, not to address real problems. Just 15% think they raise those issues because they want to address real problems, but 14% are undecided.
With unemployment for black Americans at an historic low, voters believe Trump has been better for young blacks than President Obama. But voters also still feel the government could do more and don’t think Trump’s rotten relationship with black members of Congress helps.
The survey of 1,000 Likely Voters was conducted on July 29-30, 2019 by Rasmussen Reports.
Lindsey Graham’s bill to solve the immigration problem was delayed by Democrats for 7 weeks, and he finally had had enough of the stalling:
In one of the last days leading up the August recess, the Senate Judiciary Committee got into a heated clash over a controversial asylum bill. Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Senator Lindsey Graham from South Carolina, refused to delay the bill any longer, after accusing Democrats of withholding a vote for 7-weeks.
The bill, known as the Secure and Protect Act, requires that asylum seekers from Central America apply for asylum outside of the United States before applying here. Graham’s bill also extended the time that migrant families must be kept in detention centers from 20 days to 100 days, in order to help avoid immigration fraud.
“Here’s the way I take what you did last week, your saying I really can’t be chairman. After seven weeks of holding my own bill, under this scenario I can’t even pass a bill that I introduced as chairman because two of you won’t show up,” Graham said. “I will work with you as long as I can in good faith, but you are not going to take my job away from me! I take this very personally. I tried my best.”“I will no longer allow our asylum laws to be exploited by human traffickers, smugglers and cartels,” said Graham in an official statement. “Cartels, smugglers and human traffickers are profiting off immigrants and helping them take advantage of our broken asylum laws. I will no longer allow the loopholes in our laws to be exploited. I will not aid and abet these horrific practices. My bill fixes these problems.”

Some bad people took advantage of the Boy Scouts organization’s position of trust to abuse boys. Is the timing a distraction to take the heat off of the public exposure of Epstein? Gay molesters take advantage of any opportunity and have done so over the years. The Catholic Church likewise has been in a position of trust and has been exposed at the highest levels.
At a news conference Tuesday morning, the lawyers said they have nearly 800 other clients who were abused while Scouts. The suit says at least 350 abusers do not appear in the Boy Scouts’ disciplinary files, citing that as evidence that the organization has not adequately vetted its volunteers and hidden the extent of the sexual abuse scandal.
The accused tend to be men of stature in their communities, most of whom volunteered as troop leaders or assistant troop leaders. They were police officers and members of the military, teachers and a mayor, doctors and a child psychologist.
Their prominent positions offered them easy access to children. They allegedly caught their prey in tents and homemade shelters in the wilderness, in their cars shuttling young boys back and forth to Scouting activities, and sometimes in the children’s own homes.
Their access was unique to the Boy Scouts itself – at giant Jamborees and secretive Order of the Arrow ceremonies, isolated summer campgrounds and well-used church recreation halls. They're accused of trading on the youth organization’s all-American wholesomeness to assuage parents who might not otherwise have allowed young boys to be alone with adult men.
