Northam maintains that he learned about his family’s slave ownership in 2017. That story is harder to believe once you see that three out of the four grandparental lines of his family owned slaves. Two branches owned at least two dozen.

Hillary Clinton’s fake southern accent is back. On Sunday twice-failed presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton spoke at a historic black church in Selma, Alabama for an anniversary event of the 1965 “Bloody Sunday” march from Selma to Montgomery.
Hillary invoked her fake accent as she told the crowd at Brown Chapel, “Oh, this is the day the Lord has made! Let us rejoice and be glad in it! Oh!”
“Reverend Green, when those bones get up, and when that spirit is breathed into them, and they start climbing out of that valley, the first place they go is to register to vote!” Hillary said with her fake southern accent.
Hillary Clinton has no shame — she always invokes a fake southern accent when talking to crowds in the deep south and the media never calls her out on her blatant pandering.

Just a reminder:
2016 Clinton didn’t win the majority of the popular vote, and the majority of Americans didn’t vote for her. The majority did think she was a liar, dishonest, and untrustworthy, which probably explains why she wasn’t able to break through with voters and energize them in the same manner as the president-elect.

On America’s southern border, migrant women and girls are the victims of sexual assaults that most often go unreported, uninvestigated and unprosecuted. Even as women around the world are speaking out against sexual misconduct, migrant women on the border live in the shadows of the #MeToo movement.
