The Democrats look for a Distraction:

Justice Thomas Exposes the Eugenics inherent in Abortions and Planned Parenthood:

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas believes the nation’s top court will soon need to consider the constitutionality of laws that prohibit abortions in cases where mothers are basing their decision to abort solely on unwanted characteristics of the child, such as race, gender, or disability.

Thomas penned an extensive commentary (pdf) on the link between eugenic manipulation and abortion in an opinion concurring with the court’s decision to not hear a case concerning an Indiana law that prohibited abortions in cases where mothers chose to abort on the basis of a child’s race, gender, disability, a diagnosis for Down syndrome, and other characteristics.

Given the potential for abortion to become a tool of eugenic manipulation, the Court will soon need to confront the constitutionality of laws like Indiana’s,” Thomas wrote.

Thomas traced the roots of the legalization of abortion to the U.S. birth-control movement that developed alongside eugenics. He pointed out that the founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger, was a eugenist who saw birth control as a useful tool for her cause. Sanger saw birth control as “really the greatest and most truly eugenic method.

Thomas acknowledged that Sanger was not directly referring to abortion, but added that abortion is a much more effective tool for eugenics by Sanger’s own argument.

Whereas Sanger believed that birth control could prevent ‘unfit’ people from reproducing, abortion can prevent them from being born in the first place,” Thomas wrote. “Many eugenicists, therefore, supported legalizing abortion, and abortion advocates—including future Planned Parenthood President Alan Guttmacher—endorsed the use of abortion for eugenic reasons.”

The eugenics movement was prominent in the United States for decades, especially on the campuses of elite universities such as Harvard, Stanford, and Yale. In 1927, the Supreme Court affirmed eugenics in a ruling legitimizing the forced sterilization of Carrie Buck, who the court determined to be “a feeble-minded white woman” with a “feeble-minded” mother and a “feeble-minded” child.

Three generations of imbeciles are enough,” Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr. wrote in an opinion joined by seven other justices.

The question of abortion being used as a eugenics tool has become more relevant over time because medical imaging technology can now detect a variety of characteristics in pre-born children that were previously impossible to determine.

Thomas argued that the use of abortion for eugenics purposes is “not merely hypothetical.” He cited examples from around the world where the goals of eugenics are being achieved through abortion.

The abortion rate for children diagnosed with Down syndrome in Iceland is near 100 percent. Many European countries have similarly high rates. In the United States, about 66 percent of children with Down Syndrome are aborted.

In Asia, preference for boys has resulted in 160 million abortions of girls. In India alone, there are 50 million more men than women.

Chinese and Asian-Indian families in the United States appear to tend toward the same pattern, with abortion data showing a preference for boys over girls. Meanwhile, black women in the United States have an abortion at a rate three-and-a-half times higher than white women.

And there are areas of New York City in which black children are more likely to be aborted than they are to be born alive—and are up to eight times more likely to be aborted than white children in the same area,” Thomas wrote.

“Whatever the reasons for these disparities, they suggest that, insofar as abortion is viewed as a method of ‘family planning,’ black people do indeed [take] the brunt of the ‘planning,’” the justice added.

There are those who already argue that abortion achieves the goals of eugenics. Thomas pointed to a book titled “Freakonomics,” in which the authors wrote that the legalization of abortion led to the biggest crime drop in the history of the United States. The authors argued that crime dropped because the children with the most propensity for crimes were no longer being born.

Support for the eugenics movement decreased in the United States in the 1940s. In Indiana, the state legislature passed a resolution in 2007 condemning eugenics. On May 28, 2017, the state enacted the Sex-Selective and Disability Abortion Ban at issue in the Supreme Court ruling.

Planned Parenthood promptly sued the state to prevent the law from going into effect. The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals struck down the law. Thomas opposed the court’s decision.

Enshrining a constitutional right to an abortion based solely on the race, sex, or disability of an unborn child, as Planned Parenthood advocates, would constitutionalize the views of the 20th-century eugenics movement,” Thomas wrote.

Remember: The Muller Report lied about Assange and about Seth Rich. Mueller is on the hook.

Mueller: The Special Counsel Report Speaks for Itself, I'm Not Commenting Further

Townhall ^ | 05/29/2019 | Katie Pavlich

Posted on 5/29/2019, 8:53:31 AM by SeekAndFind

Speaking from the Department of Justice Wednesday morning, Special Counsel Robert Mueller said he is retiring and returning to private life. The Special Counsel's office on this case is officially closed and up until this point, Mueller has been a DOJ employee.

"I'm speaking out today because our investigation is complete," Mueller said. "We are formally closing the Special Counsel's office and I am resigning from the Department of Justice to return private life."

For weeks the Special Counsel's 400-page report on the investigation into the 2016 election has been questioned, with Democrats and Republicans calling on Mueller to testify about his findings. Today he said the report speaks for itself and said he has no other statements to make about the investigation.

"I hope and expect this to be the only time that I will speak to you in this manner. I am making that decision myself," Mueller said. "I do not believe it is appropriate for me to speak further about the investigation."

"The report is my testimony...Our written work speaks for itself," he continued. "Any testimony would not go beyond our report...We chose those words carefully."

The Mueller report shows no Americans colluded with the Russian government to win the 2016 election, but today Mueller emphasized Russia's attacks and stressed a need to be vigilant.

"I will close by reiterating the central allegation of our indictments, that there were multiple, systematic efforts to interfere in our election. And that allegation deserves the attention of every American,” Mueller said.

With his voice shaking and obvious signs of emotional distress, Mueller put an end to the vendetta by his people in the DOJ:

Mueller also emphatically said he was speaking in public for the first time since the investigation began because “our investigation is complete.”

“These indictments contain allegations, and we are not commenting on the guilt or the innocence of any specific defendant. Every defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.”

“We did not, however, make a determination as to whether the president did commit a crime,”

“[The introduction to the volume two of our report] explains that under long-standing department policy, a president cannot be charged with a federal crime while he is in office,” Mueller noted. “That is unconstitutional.”

“Even if the charge is kept under seal and hidden from public view, that too is prohibited. The Special Counsel’s Office is part of the Department of Justice and by regulation it was bound by that department policy. Charging the president with a crime was, therefore, not an option we could consider.”

“And beyond department policy we were guided by principles of fairness. It would be unfair to potentially — it would be unfair to potentially accuse somebody of a crime when there can be no court resolution of the actual charge.”

“Now I hope and expect this to be the only time that I will speak to you in this manner. I am making that decision myself. No one has told me whether I can or should testify or speak further about this matter,” Mueller said.

Trump Tweet:

Nothing changes from the Mueller Report. There was insufficient evidence and therefore, in our Country, a person is innocent. The case is closed! Thank you.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders perfectly summed up special counsel Robert Mueller’s statement about alleged collusion between President Trump and Russia.

“The Special Counsel has completed the investigation, closed his office, and has closed the case. Mr. Mueller explicitly said that he has nothing to add beyond the report, and therefore, does not plan to testify before Congress. The report was clear—there was no collusion, no conspiracy—and the Department of Justice confirmed there was no obstruction. Special Counsel Mueller also stated that Attorney General Barr acted in good faith in his handling of the report,” Sanders said in a statement.

“After two years, the Special Counsel is moving on with his life, and everyone else should do the same,” she said.

The Deep State has chosen their 2020 candidate for US president.

Former CIA Chief John Brennan defended 2020 Dem front-runner Joe Biden and lashed out at President Trump on Tuesday evening.

Joe Biden’s decision to criticize leader North Korea leader Kim Jong-un has drawn a stinging response from state media, calling him a “fool of low IQ” personally “bereft of elementary quality as a human being.”

Trump Tweet on Biden:

Anyone associated with the 1994 Crime Bill will not have a chance of being elected. In particular, African Americans will not be able to vote for you. I, on the other hand, was responsible for Criminal Justice Reform, which had tremendous support, & helped fix the bad 1994 Bill!....Super Predator was the term associated with the 1994 Crime Bill that Sleepy Joe Biden was so heavily involved in passing. That was a dark period in American History, but has Sleepy Joe apologized? No!

BIDEN to 10-Year-Old Girl: ‘I’ll Bet You’re as Bright As You Are Good Looking’

Another creepy moment for Joe Biden

Former vice president and 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden struck again Tuesday afternoon, grabbing a ten-year-old girl by the shoulders and putting his face inches from hers, just moments after telling the child she was “good looking.”

“I’ll bet you’re as smart as you are good looking,” Biden told the 10-year-old girl at an American Federation of Teachers town hall in Houston.

The girl was chosen to ask him a question, which he answered. Then, he got personal with her, complimenting her on her looks. When she said her favorite school subject was journalism, he grabbed her by the hand and walked her over to the press corp at the back of the room, where he placed his hands on her shoulders and his face right next to hers. The girl looked visibly uncomfortable.

Biden has been accused by several women of inappropriate touching.

The Left Blames Facebook for not Censoring Enough to Control the European and British Elections

Here is an excerpt from a leftist publication:

"Facebook still can’t control the far-right political propaganda monster it built

News about Facebook in the week leading up to the European Union Parliamentary elections reinforced the image of a company unable to control a platform that has been hijacked by right-wing extremists.

A study dubbed “Fakewatch” released by global citizens’ movement Avaaz, which monitors election freedom and disinformation, found what the group identified as 500 suspicious pages and groups linked to right-wing and anti-EU organizations that were spreading massive disinformation.

Far-right and anti-EU groups are weaponizing social media at scale to spread false and hateful content,” the study says. “Our findings were shared with Facebook and resulted in an unprecedented shutdown of Facebook pages just before voters head to the polls.”

Indeed, Facebook subsequently took down 77 of the pages and groups reported by Avaaz. Overall, those 500 pages and groups were followed by 32 million people and had more than 67 million “interactions” (comments, likes, shares) over the past three months.

In France, Avaaz found in another report that Facebook had generated more than 105 million views of fake news about the country’s Yellow Vest movement.

Avaaz campaign director Christoph Schott said bad actors’ tactics have evolved, as they now play a long game when it comes to manipulating Facebook’s platform. For instance, he said many of these groups started several years ago under innocuous names and focused on mundane subjects. At some point, the groups would change names and become funnels for right-wing content targeting people who hadn’t necessarily signed up for such topics.

In other cases, the groups lie dormant for years and then are suddenly re-activated to help extremist content ricochet around Facebook’s platform, he said. As a result, it’s hard to know if Facebook is fighting a losing battle or is just not fighting. But Avaaz thinks the platform could and should do more.

Alas, Avaaz wasn’t the only research group to publish alarming findings. The Oxford University-based Computational Propaganda Project came out with a study looking at the spread of junk news during the EU election season. The report noted: “On Facebook, while many more users interact with mainstream content overall, individual junk news stories can still hugely outperform even the best, most important, professionally produced stories, drawing as much as 4 times the volume of shares, likes, and comments.”

But ironically (or perhaps not), the most damning statistic last week came from Facebook itself. In its latest Community Standards Enforcement Report, the company revealed that it had taken down 2.19 billion fake accounts during the first three months of 2019. That’s up from 1.2 billion accounts disabled during the last three months of 2018.

Those almost 3.4 billion bad accounts over six months are compared to the 2.37 billion active monthly users the company reported it has. Facebook says it is confident that the majority of these bad accounts were zapped almost as soon as they were created and had little impact.

But Schott said he found the trend disturbing, another sign that right-wing groups are investing even more time and resources into harnessing Facebook’s platform to spread their messages.

“It shows the number of actors trying to do damage,” Schott said. “And that’s frightening.”

Merkel’s heir apparent calls for censorship, and the people rebel!:

Merkel heir faces widespread criticism after proposal to regulate online opinion

Chancellor Angela Merkel’s heir apparent faced criticism from across Germany’s political spectrum on Tuesday after she called for rules about expressing online opinions before elections in response to a YouTube video that criticized her party.Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer, who replaced Merkel as leader of the ruling CDU last year, denied she was promoting censorship after her comments, which were prompted by a YouTube video by a popular 26-year-old blogger named Rezo.

Germany’s two main parties were both hammered in an election for the European Parliament over the weekend, with voters under the age of 30 in particular largely deserting the conservative CDU and its Social Democratic coalition partners, the SPD.

In the video, seen by millions ahead of the vote, Rezo called on voters to reject the two parties for betraying the young by not addressing the climate crisis.

“I asked myself what would be the response in this country if say 70 newspapers issued a joint appeal two days before the election, saying: ‘Don’t vote CDU or SPD.’” Kramp-Karrenbauer, widely known by her initials AKK, told reporters on Monday.

“That would have been clear propagandizing before the election, and I believe it would have unleashed a lively debate,” she added. “So the question remains: what are the rules from the analogue era and how do they apply in the digital era?”

She later defended her remarks: “It is absurd to assume that I want to regulate opinions,” she tweeted. “But what we have to talk about are the rules that apply during election campaigns.”

NXIVM Trial Keeps Moving Forward:

Allison Mack has turned over flash drives in the NXIVM case which have been entered into evidence. She was in touch with the elite and the cult was involved with politicians including the Clintons and Senate Minority leader Shumer. This could be interesting.

Total Disaster: Venezuela’s Failed Socialist Experiment Produces Worst Collapse In Nearly 50 Years ^ | May 28, 2019 | Matt Vespa

Posted on 5/28/2019, 4:29:51 AM by Kaslin

If the Democratic Party wants to run on a full-blown socialist agenda, and it looks like they could especially in future election cycles, then Republicans have the perfect example to show voters concerning its total failure. Yes, we’re talking about Venezuela whose addiction to so-called 21stCentury Socialism, championed by the late Hugo Chavez, had led to one of the most stunning economic collapses in nearly a half-century. It’s downright depraved what has occurred. People are eating out of trashcans, hyperinflation has made mounds of money utter worthless, groceries are now a luxury due to available items and costs, and because of the cost—you have Venezuelans of all walks of life resorting to prostitution for common goods. Even children have been forced into prostitution in order to buy groceries. Basic medicines are scarce. Hospitals are reportedly working in 19thcentury conditions, with basic items like soap, being in short supply. Hungry citizens are breaking into zoos, slaughtering the animals for meat. Outside of war, there hasn’t been anything like Venezuela’s economic fall.

The New York Times recently compiled the list of issues facing the nation. For starters, hyperinflation is about to hit…10 million percent. The shoddy power grid has many butchers hoping they can sell their variety of meats before the end of the day to avoid them spoiling. For the most part, they’re being relegated to selling at shavings and cow hooves since most Venezuelans can’t afford anything else. Oh, and on top of all of this, the rolling blackouts, the hunger, the lack of basic supplies and medicine—you have gangs taking over whole towns. Venezuela is pretty much a failed state (via NYT):

Zimbabwe’s collapse under Robert Mugabe. The fall of the Soviet Union. Cuba’s disastrous unraveling in the 1990s.

The crumbling of Venezuela’s economy has now outpaced them all.

Venezuela’s fall is the single largest economic collapse outside of war in at least 45 years, economists say.

In Maracaibo, a city of two million on the border with Colombia, nearly all of the butchers in the main market have stopped selling meat cuts in favor of offal and leftovers like fat shavings and cow hooves, the only animal protein many of their customers can still afford.

Venezuela has lost a tenth of its population in the past two years as people fled, even trekking across mountains, setting off Latin America’s biggest ever refugee crisis.

Venezuela’s hyperinflation, expected to reach 10 million percent this year according to the I.M.F., is on track to become the longest period of runaway price rises since that in the Democratic Republic of Congo in the 1990s.

“This is essentially a total collapse in consumption,” said Sergi Lanau, deputy chief economist at the Institute of International Finance, a financial trade association.

And yet, the nation’s president, and Chavez’s successor, Nicolas Maduro, continues to blame America for the economic woes, which is beyond fantasyland talk. Venezuela’s economic disaster is also dragging its local neighbor and ally, Cuba, into the gutter. The island bastion of communism is initiating rationing of supplies across the board due to the aid they’re sending to Venezuela. Socialism fails. It kills. It brings suffering to everyone. That’s the only thing that’s equal about the whole philosophy. We all suffer together. As long as Maduro remains in power, nothing will get better.
