The Oregon legislature is moving ahead with a bill that would allow illegal aliens to obtain driver’s licenses. House Bill 2015 “Eliminates requirement that person provide proof of legal presence before Department of Transportation issues noncommercial driver license, noncommercial driver permit or identification card.“
The 26-page bill would remove from the law phrases such as “proof of legal presence in the United States or, if the person is not eligible for a Social Security number, proof of legal presence in the United States and proof that the person is not eligible for a Social Security number” and “A person provides proof of legal presence in the United States by submitting valid documentation, as defined by the department by rule, that the person is a citizen or permanent legal resident of the United States or is otherwise legally present in the United States in accordance with federal immigration laws.”
In addition to being able to obtain driver’s licenses, this could also mean illegal aliens could register to vote. One of the ways that one can register to vote in Oregon is by providing a driver’s license number. In fact, a bill from a couple of years ago automatically registers someone to vote if they get an Oregon driver’s license. There’s nothing in the new bill that references voting or how the motor voter law would apply to illegals getting driver’s licenses. The state legislature had tried a similar stunt in 2014, but activists countered it by putting it up for a vote as a referendum.
In the end, the proposal to give illegal aliens driver “cards” got walloped on the ballot 66-34%. No action on HB 2015 is scheduled, so that means they’ll probably wait until the last few days of the legislative session and ram it through.

Frustrated that they didn’t win in 2016, the left has a new plan: Sidestep the Constitution and effectively get rid of the Electoral College.
Colorado is the latest state to jump on board. Last week, Democratic Gov. Jared Polis announced that he would sign a bill which basically re-writes the electoral process, and could pave the way to letting big cities dominate every future presidential election.
The liberal called the Electoral College an “undemocratic relic,” apparently believing that he knows better than the Founding Fathers. “I’ve long supported electing the president by who gets the most votes,” Polis declared on Feb. 24, according to The Hill.
That plan would force Colorado’s electors — the people who actually cast the official votes for president — to side with whichever candidate wins the national popular vote, no matter what. By changing the regulations at the state level but still using puppet electors, liberals would avoid amending the Constitution to get their way.
Ironically, the plan could also mean that the votes of Colorado’s own citizens don’t really count, because they would be negated if they don’t match the whims of the popular vote. As one Colorado county commissioner rightly pointed out, “we do not support the National Popular Vote, which allows California and New York to decide Colorado’s votes for President.”
But the Rocky Mountain State isn’t alone. An eye-opening number of other states are joining the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, all moving toward similar legislation.
“The states making up the compact, which already includes New York, Illinois and all the New England states except for New Hampshire, would commit to awarding their electoral votes to whomever wins the popular vote nationally, regardless of the results in the Electoral College,” The Hill explained.

Government school officials in California think it is “really important” to teach children about pedophilia and pederasty in the classroom because it is a “sexual orientation.”
The stunning admission came after a parent-information meeting last month for the Brea Olinda Unified School District (BOUSD). Stephanie Yates, founder of Informed Parents of California, asked school officials why they were “teaching pedophilia in school to 9th graders.” But instead of a denial that such an atrocity was taking place, a top school official confirmed it was happening and acted like there was nothing wrong with it.
“This is done because we are talking about historical perspectives of how gender relations and different types of sexual orientations have existed in history,” said BOUSD Assistant Superintendent of Curricula Kerrie Torres in a matter-of-fact way, sounding almost oblivious to how the bombshell might sound to normal people.
Consider: With “sexual orientation” increasingly becoming a legally protected category across almost half of the states already — with Congress working on it too — the implications of defining pedophilia and pederasty as such are hard to overstate. For instance, in California, “discrimination” based on “sexual orientation” is prohibited. If pedophiles simply have a different “sexual orientation,” does that mean schools are required to hire them?
Establishment propaganda outlets disguised as news organizations such as Salon and Slate have also been working to normalize and redefine pedophilia and pederasty as a “sexual orientation.” LGBT movement hero Harvey Milk, who is celebrated in California's fake “history” textbooks as a great figure, was known for raping minor boys, at least one of whom later committed suicide. There seems to be a trend here in California.
California parents and teachers are protesting what they call the “sexually explicit” and “dangerous” agenda of the proposed statewide health education curriculum. According to education advocate and former public school teacher Rebecca Friedrichs, concerned parents, grandparents, and teachers spent hours poring over the thousands of pages of curricula during the 60-day public review period. What they found led them to march on the state capitol — twice.
The proposed curriculum presents transgenderism and same-sex relationships as positive, viable options, that children can choose as early as five years old. The curriculum teaches children as young as pre-kindergarten that their parents “assigned” them a gender at birth and that a “spectrum” of genders exists.
Some of the recommended kindergarten books include My Princess Boy, which the framework calls “an age-appropriate book that can be used to demonstrate gender differences and inclusion.” This story focuses on Dyson, a pink-loving, dress-wearing young boy. Another, The Great Big Book of Families, specifically pushes teachers to expose children to families with lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender parents. As one teacher put it, “I didn’t plan on having a same-sex marriage debate with kindergarteners.”
Similarly, a suggested first-grade book is Who are You?: The Kids Guide to Gender Identity, which presents students with the option that they can be “trans, genderqueer, non-binary, gender fluid, transgender, gender neutral, agender, neutrois, bigender, third gender, two-spirit ...”
Parents and teachers alike expressed vehement concern that the messages contained in these stories could be confusing to children.
“We will not allow our parental rights to be stripped from us. We will not allow our children’s hearts and minds to be stolen and used for political social experiments and radical activist agendas. We will stop at nothing to protect our kids,” stated Stephanie Yates, founder of Informed Parents of California, the group leading the charge against the curriculum.
As the curriculum progresses to higher grades, parents found more and more questionable inclusions, such as a recommended book for fifth grade, George, that includes references to “porn,” “hiding your search history from Mom,” and “all boys are dirty and look up girls’ skirts.” Young adults in high school are taught about all the ways they can procure birth control, in addition to their rights to procure abortions without parental consent. They are even told that their school will give them an “excused absence” to do so.
Though the official meeting agenda is not yet posted, the State Department of Education is expected to meet on May 8-9 to adopt the final version of the health framework, according to those familiar with the process. In the March hearing, more than 200 people spoke out against the bill and only 10 spoke in favor. Parents also urge lawmakers to consider SB673, which adds provisions to the law for transparency, parental opt-in, and accountability.
Yet, with the strong alliance of the California Teachers’ Union, the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, and GLSEN pushing the curriculum, it is unlikely that the numerous suggestions parents offered during the 60-day review process and during the protests will be taken into consideration.

Democrat Operatives Found Guilty of Illegally Coercing Republicans During Kavanaugh Hearings:
IT staffer Jackson Cosko’s conducted a massive data-theft scheme that was ultimately used to “intimidate” Republican senators by “doxxing” them during a confirmation hearing for Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, prosecutors said.
Cosko pleaded guilty April 5 to masterminding what prosecutors said was “an extraordinarily extensive data-theft scheme, copying entire network drives, sorting and organizing sensitive data, and exploring ways to use that data to his benefit.” He admitted to stealing tens of thousands of documents and emails from Hassan’s office, in addition to credit card information and Social Security numbers belonging to Senate employees.
The data also included a master list of senators’ private information that Cosko posted to Wikipedia out of “anger” at Republicans during the Supreme Court nomination hearings, prosecutors said.
Cosko’s lawyer said drugs contributed to his admitted crimes. But a statement of facts prosecutors filed as part of Cosko’s plea agreement describes an elaborate, months-long scheme involving two people.
The data was stolen from Hassan’s office in months of late-night burglaries between July and October 2018 after Cosko was fired that May for different misconduct that Hassan, a New Hampshire Democrat, has declined to explain, according to the statement.
DeForest-Davis — identified in court documents only as SUBJECT A — allegedly repeatedly provided Cosko a key that he used to enter the office at night and install tiny devices that capture every keystroke, including passwords that were then used to access further materials, according to the statement. After Cosko was caught in the act by a Hassan staffer in October 2018, the accomplice went to the office and wiped down keyboards and mice to erase any fingerprints, prosecutors said.
On Sept. 27, Cosko “became angry” while watching the Kavanaugh hearing on TV, the statement of facts shows. From his House computer in Jackson Lee’s office, using data previously stolen from Hassan’s Senate office, Cosko “responded by maliciously publishing the personal home addresses and telephone numbers” of Republican senators to Wikipedia “with the intent to intimidate them, and with the knowledge and intent that others would use that information to intimidate,” according to the statement.
The senators included Lindsay Graham of South Carolina, Orrin Hatch of Utah, Mike Lee of Utah, Mitch McConnell of Kentucky and — after he called for finding and punishing the suspect — Rand Paul of Kentucky.
On Oct. 2, DeForest-Davis allegedly “provided [Cosko] the keys knowing that [he] intended to unlawfully enter the Senator’s office that night,” prosecutors said. A Hassan aide who recognized Cosko as a fired staffer caught him there, and Cosko fled and then emailed the witness “If you tell anyone I will leak it all. Emails signal conversations gmails. Senators children’s health information and socials,” the statement of fact shows.
The next morning, he met with the accomplice to return the key and asked her to “wipe down all of the computers, keyboards and computer mice, and to unplug the computers in Senator Hassan’s office,” according to the statement.
DeForest-Davis allegedly wiped off finger prints but then another Hassan staffer, identified as WITNESS 3, entered the area. DeForest-Davis allegedly texted Cosko: “Hey So I was able to wipe down the keys and mouse but [witness] was coming so I could [not] do the other thing… sorry I couldn’t do everything,” according to the statement.
Among other crimes, Cosko pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice.
