The State Department stated that it has assessed culpability to 15 (unnamed) individuals, some of whom were culpable in MULTIPLE security incidents related to Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server and her mishandling of classified information.
“Consistent with longstanding policy, the Department does not release the names of current or former employees participating in the security incident program. However, in the spirit of cooperation, the Department can share with you certain information about the status of the ongoing review. To this point, the Department has assessed culpability to 15 individuals, some of whom were culpable in multiple security incidents. DS has issued 23 violations and 7 infractions incidents under 12 FAM 550. This number will likely change as the review progresses,” Assistant Secretary of Bureau of Legislative Affairs Mary Elizabeth Taylor wrote.

The DOJ recently informed the court in a filing in response to Roger Stone’s motion to compel unredacted Crowdstrike reports that it doesn’t even posses the unredacted reports on the so-called ‘hack’ of the DNC servers.
The DNC’s lawyer provided the Crowdstrike reports to the US government with redactions and claimed the redacted parts were not relevant to the investigation.
And surprise, surprise — the FBI never looked into it.
“By May 2016, the DNC and the DCCC became aware that their computer systems had been compromised by intrusions, and they hired the cybersecurity company CrowdStrike to identify the extent of the intrusions and mitigate the threat,” the filing stated.
Right, because going to the FBI wasn’t an option for Hillary and her camp — they hired a Deep State friendly cybersecurity firm to crank out reports for them and magically it was ‘confirmed’ that the Russians hacked the servers and were given code names “Cozy Bear” and “Fancy Bear.”
Former FBI Director James Comey testified that the FBI asked the DNC for the compromised servers several times and they refused to hand them over to the bureau. Instead of taking the servers, Comey and the DNC agreed that CrowdStrike would investigate the so-called ‘hack’ and they ultimately churned out three “draft reports.”
According to the court filing, “Copies of these reports were subsequently produced voluntarily to the government by counsel for the DNC and DCCC. At the time of the voluntary production, counsel for the DNC told the government that the redacted material concerned steps taken to remediate the attack and to harden the DNC and DCCC systems against future attack.”
And did the FBI further look into the redactions? NOPE! The FBI just trusted the DNC’s lawyer that there was nothing relevant behind the redactions.
“According to counsel, no redacted information concerned the attribution of the attack to Russian actors,” the filing stated.
So there you have it. CrowdStrike gave the US government three “draft reports” on the so-called hack which was full of redactions and the FBI just took their word for it that the Russians hacked the DNC servers.

Dozens of children fell ill from a mysterious disease at a retreat hosted in New York by the notorious NXIVM cult, according to a report by the New York State Department of Health.
The 16-page report centers on Brandon Porter, NXIVM’s doctor, and accuses him of failing to report the outbreak of the disease. The document also accuses Porter of conducting a barrage of shocking human experiments, such as showing scenes of gruesome murder and decapitation to test subjects without their consent.
About “50 to 60 children” were present at the event attended by nearly 400 people—including Porter himself—at the Silver Bay YMCA recruitment office in New York, back in August 2016. During the conference, “many of the attendees and most of the children became ill with an undetermined infectious disease.” Attendees allegedly suffered from “flu-like symptoms, vomiting, and diarrhea.”
“It might have been a drug experimentation on Keith’s part,” Parlato wrote.

Porter was charged for conducting illegal and highly perverse experiments for a “fright study” on human subjects. The OPMC accused Porter of showing subjects “an actual video of the horrific and brutal murders and dismemberment of four women by machetes.”
Between 2012 and 2017, the doctor also allegedly showed subjects other violent clips without their consent, including “a male African-American being viciously stomped by a Nazi; a conscious male being forced to eat a portion of his own brain matter; and a graphic gang rape.”
Porter is charged with moral unfitness, gross negligence, and gross incompetence. The OMPC has set a June 27 hearing for Porter to determine whether his medical license should be revoked. If those charges are proven, he could be facing criminal charges by the New York State Attorney General.

HONG KONG, June 15 (Reuters) - Hong Kong leader Carrie Lam on Saturday indefinitely delayed a proposed law that would have allowed extraditions to mainland China, in a dramatic retreat after anger over the bill triggered the city's biggest and most violent street protests in decades.
The extradition bill, which would have covered Hong Kong's seven million residents as well as foreign and Chinese nationals there, was seen by many as a threat to the rule of law in the former British colony.
Around a million people marched through Hong Kong last Sunday to oppose the bill, according to organisers of the protest, the largest in the city since crowds came out against the bloody suppression of pro-democracy demonstrations centred around Beijing's Tiananmen Square on June 4, 1989.
In 2018 Google helped the Chinese Communists develop a social credit scoring system. The scoring system, first announced in 2014, rates China’s one billion citizens based on their behavior and associations. Already, nine million people with low scores have been blocked from buying tickets for domestic flights and trains.
As horrible as this sounds the Silicon Valley tech giants are already using a similar system here in the United States.
And Facebook is using offline behavior to factor into their scoring system.
On Thursday Breitbart’s Allum Bokhari revealed that Facebook is using a similar social credit scoring system on Americans.
This is no surprise to those who have noticed the growing intolerance by big tech to conservative thought leaders and publishers.

Facebook monitors the offline behavior of its users to determine if they should be categorized as a “Hate Agent,” according to a document provided exclusively to Breitbart News by a source within the social media giant.
The document, titled “Hate Agent Policy Review” outlines a series of “signals” that Facebook uses to determine if someone ought to be categorized as a “hate agent” and banned from the platform.
Those signals include a wide range of on- and off-platform behavior. If you praise the wrong individual, interview them, or appear at events alongside them, Facebook may categorize you as a “hate agent.”
Facebook may also categorize you as a hate agent if you self-identify with or advocate for a “Designated Hateful Ideology,” if you associate with a “Designated Hate Entity” (one of the examples cited by Facebook as a “hate entity” includes Islam critic Tommy Robinson), or if you have “tattoos of hate symbols or hate slogans.” (The document cites no examples of these, but the media and “anti-racism” advocacy groups increasingly label innocuous items as “hate symbols,” including a cartoon frog and the “OK” hand sign.)
Facebook will also categorize you as a hate agent for possession of “hate paraphernalia,” although the document provides no examples of what falls into this category.
The document also says Facebook will categorize you as a hate agent for “statements made in private but later made public.” Of course, Facebook holds vast amounts of information on what you say in public and in private — and as we saw with the Daily Beast doxing story, the platform will publicize private information on their users to assist the media in hitjobs on regular American citizens.
Breitbart News has already covered some of the individuals that Facebook placed on its list of potential “hate agents.” Paul Joseph Watson eventually was categorized as “hateful” and banned from the platform, in part, according to the document, because he praised Tommy Robinson and interviewed him on his YouTube channel. Star conservative pundit Candace Owens and conservative author and terrorism expert Brigitte Gabriel were also on the list, as were British politicians Carl Benjamin and Anne Marie Waters.

New York eliminated the religious exemption to vaccine requirements for schoolchildren Thursday, as the nation’s worst measles outbreak in decades prompts states to reconsider giving parents ways to opt out of immunization rules.
The Democrat-led Senate and Assembly voted Thursday to repeal the exemption, which allows parents to cite religious beliefs to forego getting their child the vaccines required for school enrollment.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo, a Democrat, signed the measure minutes after the final vote. The law takes effect immediately but will give unvaccinated students up to 30 days after they enter a school to show they’ve had the first dose of each required immunization.

At the Department of Interior, Secretary David Bernhardt announced a plan to open up more than 1.4 million acres of federal land through the elimination of some 7,500 regulations. The land, under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, includes 74 national wildlife refuges and 15 national fish hatcheries.

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — One of the largest cocaine busts in United States history happened Tuesday in Philadelphia. Federal authorities continue to comb a cargo ship at Packer Avenue Marine Terminal in South Philadelphia. So far, they’ve seized 16.5 tons of cocaine — 33,000 pounds — which has a street value of more than $1 billion, the U.S. Attorney’s Office says. Investigators believe there is still a significant amount of cocaine remaining on the ship. Before coming to Philadelphia, the Mediterranean Shipping Company ship was previously in the Bahamas, Panama, Peru and Colombia. The ship was on its way to the Netherlands.
According to the complaint, Durasevic admitted his role to authorities in bringing cocaine onto the vessel after being offered $50,000 by the chief officer. Durasevic told authorities the cocaine was loaded onto the ship after leaving Peru. Tiasaga told authorities that six boats approached the MSC Gayane during the night, while Durasevic operated a crane to bring bags of cocaine onboard. The ship was later approached by another eight boats, where more cocaine was loaded onto the ship, according to the complaint. Tiasaga told authorities his role was to help in moving the drugs below decks.

Republican Governor Protects Kids’ Lemonade Stands
Kids will no longer have to fear having their summertime beverage operations shut down. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) signed a bill into law this week that will allow children to operate lemonade stands in his state without fear of legal repercussions.
While lemonade stands may be seen as a staple of an American childhood, it turns out that they violate laws regarding the selling of food or beverages in many states. In 2013, a 10-year-old in Indiana had her stand shut down due to lack of a permit. Last May, two young boys in Colorado had their stand shut down for lack of a permit. In August, a 7-year-old boy had his stand shut down for operating without a permit. And these are just a few examples.
This Texas legislation was inspired by a 2015 incident where two young girls, ages 7 and 8, had tried to use a lemonade stand to raise money to take their dad to a waterpark for Father's Day. Police shut their operation down for violating the law by not having a "peddler's permit." Even when the city agreed to waive their permit fee, the health department said that they could not sell their lemonade without an inspection and another permit.
"Here's a commonsense law," Abbott said in a video on Twitter on Monday. "It allows kids to sell lemonade at lemonade stands. We had to pass it because police shut down a lemonade stand here in Texas. So kids," he said signing the document on his desk and holding up a glass of lemonade. "Cheers."
