In his 74 page manifesto that has since been scrubbed from most websites the killer described himself as an “eco-fascist by nature” and a supporter of British fascist Sir Oswald Mosley. The killer praises China as the “nation with the closest political and social values to my own.”

The primary suspect in the massacre Friday of 49 people at two mosques in New Zealand named a prominent British fascist leader who was allied with Italy’s Benito Mussolini in the 1930s as the historical political figure with whom he most identified.
Tarrant wrote that Sir Oswald Mosley “is the person from history closest to my own beliefs.”
Describing himself as a “racist,” Tarrant state’s he’s not a conservative and could be labeled a socialist, “depending on the definition.”
Mosely, who was photographed with Mussolini on a visit to Italy in 1936, was the leader of the British Union of Fascists in the 1930s after serving as a member of Parliament… …Tarrant says he’s “an actual fascist.”
“I am sure the journalists will love that,” he says, adding he considers himself “an Eco-fascist by nature.”
Tarrant also declares that the “nation with the closest political and social values to my own is the People’s Republic of China.”
The Leftists would really have liked a distraction from all this coming out about their candidate Beto. How convenient that someone shot up a mosque in New Zealand.

On Friday Attorney General Bill Barr sided with President Trump. Barr said the president “absolutely has the right to declare a national emergency on the southern border there. He says the veto is the right thing to do. And the declaration will hold up in a court of law.

The Washington Post on Wednesday published a searing indictment of the Obama administration for disregarding a plea from health experts to declare a public health emergency for overdoses from fentanyl, the powerful synthetic opioid that was already racking up a body count in 2016 and would go on to kill thousands of people over the next three years.
The Post authors ruefully note that Obama did declare a public health emergency for the Zika virus, which ended up killing a total of two people in the continental United States.

We saw too that after the DWI arrest, according to another county record, O’Rourke was referred to a misdemeanor diversion program in March 1999 and completed ‘DWI school’ in May 1999.”
Furthermore, Beto had a separate charge for an attempted robbery, but that charge was later dropped. The circumstances behind the charge included him hopping a fence and illegally entering the University of Texas at El Paso, so “trespassing” probably would be a more accurate charge here than “burglary.”
He’s since confessed to both crimes. After a woman at a rally in San Antonio said she’d seen what looked like a mugshot of Beto, he told her “More than 20 years ago, I was arrested–not once, but twice. So you should know that and we should all own that if asked.” Beto spoke of the El Paso incident, then said he was also arrested for a “far more serious mistake: I drove under the influence of alcohol. There’s no justifying that.”
